Hello, I was just wanting to inform people that I actually did withdrawal from my very first welcome no deposit bonus. Slotastic is an embarrassment. I won $2,000 from them entirely unencumbred, not tied any bonus and every spin whether won or lost was played within their terms. Rather than pay my withdrawal request, they rejected it and told me I am limited to withdrawing $500 per week. THEN they rejected my second request stating my verification has expired. So I resumitted the same documents, and now I have to wait another 48 business hours. To receive the first $500 of what they owe me. It's already been three weeks since I submitted the first request. I am not desperate for the money so this is almost an experiment to see just how low these crooks will go. Embarrassing.

It's normal overrun rival casino. Pretty much all the same. My main dislike about this is minimum cash out is 100. I worked up my 15 tournament win to about 60 then i couldn't hit a single win after that. This is the second time this has happened on this casino. Once you reach 60-80% it's like the games turn off 😐

Average. Very similar to other RTG casinos that came out around the same time. Always keep in mind, like everybody says - follow the rules and you won't get burned. This was my go to casino, I was playing here for over a decade, then one day they removed all match codes for anything over 199% match and jacked their play through amount through the roof. Now they have put max cashout amount on a majority of their match codes, I am so disappointed and disgusted with this casino. They are more greedy than ever. I am no longer a VIP after not depositing for a month even though I was a VIP for about 10 years.

A little glitchy on my mobile phones. Not many wins and not very often. Tournaments have constant errors during play, kicking you out and requiring you sign back in to continue, but the game timer keeps running. This happens just about every tournament game several times a game.
Their missions only point is to get you to spend more money. Not much return for the cost and effort.
Chat people are polite but not very informative.

You can't get through any playthrough it seems and I deposited a few times trying thinking this was a different casino I read about. What a horrible mix up and experience. I’d give it the Applebees places of fine dining. You can go anywhere and experience the same thing. I believe they use the same chat reps as you’ve already experienced elsewhere. It’s slower payout that Extreme, Brango or adrenaline. Don’t expect payout same day or instant. Expect several days, emails, and your continued pressures to get the money you deserve

So this used to be one of my favorite casinos to play at. Used to be is the word here. I have played here for a few months and I finally got through a playthrough at was able to request a withdrawal. I was approved fairly quickly, around 48 hours from documents sent to approval to withdraw. Pretty painless really. I had my money to my Bitcoin wallet within 24 hours. All is well right? No. I was going to turn around and deposit some of my winnings back in. Well after lots of money lost I finally hit enough to withdraw around 1K I immediately lost ALL bonus coupons, idk why some of these casinos cut your bonuses off so fast, I've never deposited again and never will, but I've defiantly deposited on other sites, seems like a dumb policy imo
