I won $5000 from a small deposit a couple years ago and they paid me no problem. Their manager at the time back then sent me a gift basket worth at least $100. So at one point this casino was excellent. I used to enjoy this casino and the managers involved and some of the reload bonuses and promos. In the past year or two they have changed management and the casino has turned very shady. Payments have long delays, massive bonus bans and a massive restrcited list added to bonuses. They stole my vip level years ago when I was very close to the $500 reward and then said they were pay me something and start a new vip program. They did neither. I do not trust this casino at all anymore and have closed my account.

I think the structure of the casino is quite good! Games are many to choose from. With some providers of games it can sometimes be that a few games hang a bit! I can't say anything about the different deposit and withdrawal methods because I haven't deposited there yet! About the support I can say that you get an answer! Slotsmillion is the casino I currently play the most at, mainly because of their weekly Summer Million giveaway campaign for Finnish players, and randomly given free spins every month. Slotsmillion is a good casino. To sum it up it is videoslots little brother and by that i mean it really look like videoslots but just a lil less good at everything than videoslots. I made my first deposit here along with a few others a while back and I’m having a hard time bringing myself to play here again. Not because it’s a bad casino but because there are a lot of better ones that I’ve came across and I haven’t had much luck here. They do have a good variety of slots and decent promotions but I never understood their reward system and for me the reward system is a big deal. It seems that they also have really good customer support although I only used live chat once. I reccomend giving this casino a try to see if you like and maybe you will have better luck than I did.

The withdrawal times are the slowest I ever encountered ... Requested in the weekend a withdraw for just 150 euro ... I know their payments team dont arrive until monday ... It's amazing how big their games library is and this is a great casino for those who like variations. This is also the first Virtual Reality casino. Sadly, in order to play the VR version, an expensive computer and VR goggles are needed. Don't worry though because more VR casinos are coming. Personally as Canadian, He started having too many negatives to continue playing at this place. 1- I can not get support in my time zone, so I had to wait until 4-5 am. 2- wager between 35x and 48x...clearly too high. 3- Since netent is no longer available in Canada, they have not found an alternative for freespins. 4- Withdrawal is only available by bank transfer.

Signed up via LCB and I didn't receive the 10 free spins so had to contact via live chat and received a level of service that I haven't ever had on any other casino before. Deposited here a couple of times, then finally had enough of a win to withdraw. So I took out $100, my bank statement said I got $75 plus my bank took $10. So I messaged Slotsmillion, they said contact your bank the finance department sent you $100. Contacted my bank, they said no, we took $10, you were only sent $75. My bank says, maybe the site you got it from, didn't put enough in in the first place and their bank took their fees.Slotsmillion says, well it must be your bank because we paid an extra $35 to send it to you. So basically one of them is lying and seeing as my bank has never kept my money from me before, I'm thinking its Slotsmillion.

Although at the review page it says that players from Greece are not allowed i succesfully opened my account here so I guess that this restriction aint valid. I think it's a very good casino, with BOTH playtech AND netent and many other software. Support is always quick whether live chat or e-mail support. The only thing I have noticed that Firefox browser is giving me a bit more struggles and seems to be buggy than using SlotMillion with Chrome.

Slotsmillion is probably the best new casino since launch of Guts casino. I was pretty much astonished with idea of introducing all slot providers at one place and was waiting for this place to go live. I signed up here and used all four welcome deposit bonus they offered and had some really good play time. I managed to win from three of four bonuses and was paid in timely manner ( about 12 hours). I had some issues here while trying to claim free spins offered with deposit bonuses but there always was a great chat support and they fixed all of issues I had. It is a great place to play and one of the best casinos online. Only few things they have to improve to be the greatest place: they don't do withdrawals on weekdays and I would like to see WMS slots added to their already great pool of games.

A big big plus playing at Slotsmillion is that you have so many choices to play your favorite slots. But I just don't seem to fit there. I never had luck winning anything. That's too bad actually because kept losing there just won't keep me playing there. But I am sure it is a really nice casino to play at. All the infos were posted above. It would be even better if they decrease the min deposit to 10€ instead of 20€.

I took the welcome package not long a ago, i managed to hit some decent hits on evolution and quickly built up my balance, went to live chat why can it see the wagering requirement any where? Reason was simple as i haven't touch the bonus money i don't need to wager it all! Awesome, there are just so few places that offer this option on their bonuses! okay so this time I made €100 deposit and claimed their 2nd deposit bonus of 50%. Starting point: €150 Goal: to try to double up my money and cash-out Games of choice to clear the wagering: dead or alive slot, golden gorilla and both old and new south park. I successfully met the wagering requirements but was just under €70 of balance left. This is why i have decided to play blackjack, €15 hand and try to recoup or go completely bust. I already started a topic at the forum but also wanted to update everyone here about my experience here. I played with 37.50 euro on the new Tornado slot. My whole balance reached 0 euro without even hitting a tornado feature. I played more then 100 rounds on gonzo quest from the first deposit bonus, and never triggered the free spins. ALWAYS two scatters and when there are three, there are not lined with each other. Feels like a total fraud, because this happened at EVERY game i play. I will never come back here again as i don't trust them for a second even though others are claiming the opposite. I deposited €20 and used the 100% bonus. I tried Gonzo Quest. The whole time I got two scatters but never three. The same story on the slot game Elements. Many times I reached the last stage before getting into the bonus game, but it never did. Again same story on Jack Hammer. Many times I got two scatters, but never three or more. Could be fishy in terms of giving hope for a bonus round to continue playing while never giving it but for the moment I think I just had bad luck.
