Superior Casino is closed. This review is kept for reference only.
The first online casino to be powered by Rival software, Superior Casino has had a substantial market presence since 2006. The casino features a user-friendly website that you can easily navigate and it promises that you will enjoy every minute of your experience. Here you will be able to benefit from excellent bonuses and promotions, as well as a rich and diverse games selection, courtesy of Rival Gaming.
Software Providers
The virtual casino is powered by one of the underdog software developers in the industry, Rival Gaming. This casino software development studio has been creating games since 2006 and is responsible for a large number of slots and table games. It stands out from the competition with its selection of 3D and progressive slots. The company’s Interactive slots, dubbed I-Slots, are a welcome addition to the world of online casino gambling.
They feature incredible graphics, rewarding bonus rounds, beautiful animations, and offer a very entertaining experience. Apart from the creative slots, the developer has also created numerous roulette, blackjack, casino poker, baccarat and craps games, along with a decent number of video poker titles. This development studio, sadly, does not have the market presence that it deserves, despite its games selection being one of the best out there, rivaling the ones from Microgaming and Playtech.
The operator was quick to realize the talent behind these titles and became the first online casino to work with Rival Gaming, forming a partnership that has lasted over a decade, at the time of this writing. Aptly named, the casino lives up to its moniker partly due to the excellent game selection provided by Rival Gaming.

The games selection of the casino that is courtesy of Rival Gaming, is nothing short of excellent. You will be able to play the best slots, video poker and table games that the company has to offer. While the casino does not feature the largest games selection out there, the offerings are diverse and good enough to rival the best out there.
The high quality of the games certainly makes up for their relatively low number. The games can be accessed by either the downloadable casino client or by utilizing the instant-play interface, which allows you to play your favorite titles directly in the window of your browser.
Slots
Slots are the backbone of any online casino and it is certainly true in this case. The operator offers an excellent slot games selection that you absolutely must play. It is made up of the best work of Rival Gaming, representing the talent of the developers and the dedication this company has to create high-quality titles.
The slots selection is spread out across four different categories, including 3D Slots, I-Slots, Video Slots, and 3-Reel Slots, each containing its own subsection of excellent titles.
The slots here feature excellent graphics, with bright and cheerful colors accompanied by smooth animations. The background sound fully immerses you into the experience and making your play session all the more enjoyable. The I-Slots, in particular, is a very innovative take on the classic slots gameplay. As you play a story unfolds on your screen, with new windows and symbols appearing on each stage.
It also helps that each I-Slot is accompanied by a massive progressive jackpot waiting for one lucky player.
At this particular casino, you will have the joy of playing excellent slots such as Major Moolah, Rival’s very first progressive video slot, along with Strike Gold, 1 Million Reels, Money Magic, the simple-themed, Five Times Wins, and many more.
Video Poker
Video poker is a relatively new genre when compared to other casino games, but nonetheless, it is one of the most beloved games out there. A game combining elements of slots and traditional poker, video poker rose to high popularity in the last decade and has remained in that position ever since.
The innate fun that poker provides is only enhanced by the colorful and cheery atmosphere of slots. In fact, one of the aspects of video poker is that it rewards skilled players. It is one of the few casino games that the player can ‘beat’. This is done by having a thorough understanding of the chance and probability of a deck of cards and also knowing which cards to dump and which to hold. While this will require a good amount of learning and preparation on the player’s part, it can also yield excellent results.
Video poker is a game with a relatively low house edge making it possible for you to win a decent amount before quitting. Overall, this game genre offers you incredible entertainment, in addition to a high chance of winning a pretty penny.
Here, you can play several styles of video poker such as Jacks or Better, which is always a popular option, along with Joker Poker, Double Joker, Tens or Better, and many more.
Table Games
A good distraction from the bright and cheerful slot games can be found in the table games selection. There you will find games that will help you relax and enjoy yourself in a more tame environment. The phrase ‘table games’ does really constitute a genre rather a collection of games. Under this category, you will be able to play fan-favorite options such as blackjack, roulette, casino poker, baccarat, etc. The casino offers you the chance to engage in some of the best table games on the market.
Whether it is spinning the ball on a game of European Roulette, hitting or standing on Blackjack or enjoying the classic game of Baccarat, the gives you access to titles that will bring you many hours of entertainment.
Live Casino
The casino also offers live dealer titles and just like the name implies, these are game hosted in real-time by a professional human dealer, with the footage being streamed over the Internet to your computer screen. This is the most immersive genre in the whole of the online casino industry and it is the biggest leap in technology and innovation that online casino players have experienced.
Live dealer titles allow you to experience the true feeling of a brick-and-mortar casino atmosphere without the need to leave the comfort of your own home. The fact that they are hosted by a person breathes life into the games and that makes the experience much more engaging. Players can also interact with the dealer and the other players through the use of a chat system.
The interface also allows you to keep track of previous hands or spins and make your plays accordingly. Here, you will have access to some of the most-liked live dealer games on the market. Given that they are relatively new additions, the number of the available games is still rather low, but with time it is sure to increase.
Supported Devices
The website is a modern online casino and as such, it can be accessed through various different devices. Desktop PCs are the traditional way to play at an online casino. You can access the instant play interface by using any browser that supports HTML5 and Adobe Flash Player. This includes all modern commercial browsers such as Google Chrome, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and others.
Alternatively, you can always opt-in to use the desktop casino client. This downloadable version will allow you to keep the casino as a dedicated program on your hard drive which you can load at any time. Dedicated clients, in general, have several advantages over in-browser versions, in terms of quicker load times and better graphics and performance.
The casino’s mobile version allows users to access the casino regardless of time and location. This version of the casino can be loaded on any smartphone or tablet with an Internet connection. This is done simply by entering the web address of the casino in the browser window. This mobile version is well built and performs just as well as the desktop one. Using it, you will be able to access most of the available games, as well as manage your bankroll.
There is no dedicated application available, which is regrettable. It is a common fact that mobile apps perform better than any in-browser version. However, the mobile casino is good enough to stand on its own without any major issues.
Bonuses and Promotions
The current offer for your country is shown below. Always read the full bonus terms, including wagering requirements, expiry and maximum cashout, before you opt in.
Payment Methods
The operator has provided its users with several means to deposit and withdraw money, in order to ease the process. At this casino, you will be able to move sums by several different payment methods including bank cards, eWallets, prepaid cards and cryptocurrencies. The use of eWallets has become widespread and a type of standard among the online casino industry. They allow for very quick and secure transactions and can limit the card details shared with a merchant, but do not eliminate identity checks or all sharing of transaction information.
Using this method you will be able to make instantaneous deposits at the click of a button and withdrawals issued to eWallets are generally the fastest out of the vast majority of supported payment services.
You will be able to utilize two of the most used eWallets on the market, Neteller and Skrill, also known as Moneybookers. Credit and debit cards are, of course, a supported payment method for online casinos. Here you will be able to use your bank cards to deposit and withdraw money to and from your casino balance.
Card payout support depends on the issuer and operator. A Paysafecard voucher cannot receive a payout. An eligible Paysafecard account may receive payouts where the merchant and country support them; confirm the exact withdrawal route before depositing.
Bitcoin transactions are recorded on a public blockchain and are not inherently anonymous. Confirmation time, network fees and casino approval can affect a transfer. See the FTC’s cryptocurrency guidance.
Be sure to determine what the minimum deposit amount is.
As for the withdrawal process, before each payment is sent to the player, the casino staff has to review and confirm the transaction. The review process goes over the player’s betting history and the employees look for any irregularities and plays that go against the terms of service. Only after that process is complete does the casino send the payment. The casino claims to process each payment in two to seven business days.

Customer Support
If you ever experience an issue or have an inquiry you can always turn to the casino customer support team. The support agents are fit to handle any and all situations and will treat your case with the utmost respect and attention. It has provided two ways for you to get in contact with the customer service staff; one being the Live Chat system.
This way you will be able to chat directly with a casino representative in real-time. The feature can be accessed from any page on the casino website. There is a button located on the lower right corner of your screen where you can begin a session. When you click on it, you will have to enter your email address and name, and as soon as an agent becomes free they will respond to your question.
Another means of contacting the staff is via email. You can reach the customer support team at [email protected]. The agents work tirelessly to maintain the casino’s superiority and that entails live support at any time of the day.
The online caisno and customer support are available in several different languages including English.
Licensing and Restricted Countries
Superior Casino is closed. Review site LCB lists the casino as closed in July 2023, and AskGamblers, Casino.Guru and Wizard of Odds also list it as closed. In the case of this casino, there are several countries whose residents cannot access it and are not allowed to open an account. These are
Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Curacao, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Guam, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Netherlands Antilles, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Syria, Ukraine, Viet Nam, Virgin Islands, U.S.

It is good to have a reliable casino with Rival slots. I used to play Rival slots a lot when it was launched, but soon afterwards, I found many of Rival casinos are rogue or poorly managed, so stopped playing the software anymore. Superior Casino is good to give Exclusive 33 NDB (wow) to have a trial enough to decide whether to play with real money or not. Better luck for you than mine :)

The casino that pleasantly surprised me, one of the few casinos in which I managed to fight off without a deposit bonus. Going to the main page of the casino you see not very eye-pleasing design, which gives some distrust to the casino, but hanging without a deposit bonus of $ 20 and even with a small vagere of just x20 makes you try your luck, which I decided to do.
One of the things that I did not like, this is what you need to download the client for later games, which causes even greater distrust to the site. Another negative point that I remember is the presence of two providers, one of which is betSoft gaming.
In the downloaded client passed the standard registration, the promised bonus was received without any problems and began to twist the little-known slots for me at that time, most of which I saw for the first time, but I was surprised that the slots then played, played in the provider rival gaming so.kak not a special fan of the bettsofta with his constant hangings during the game ... almost every slot gave a lot of bonus games more than x100 which of course was very pleased. After the wagering without a deposit bonus, I applied to the online support service (support for the English language) about the withdrawal, I immediately responded without delay, which surprised me too. I had to confirm my data and make a deposit of $ 25 for withdrawal. The money was withdrawn within two days on account of the screens if I'm not mistaken.
In the client, frequent promotions to deposit, making a deposit bonus, you need to activate yourself and by the way after the withdrawal I came to several more offers with no deposit bonuses with the same small wagers, one such bonus I once again managed to repel and put to the conclusion.
In general, despite the appearance of the casino, the lack of Russian-language support, which sometimes causes some difficulties in communicating with me and the number of providers in the client, I liked the passing actions in the casino, the work and responsiveness of online support and the absence of any problems with the withdrawal of funds.
Good luck!

Upgrading my review on this casino. They've added a bunch of new slots and the older one's don't seem to be as money hungry as they always were. They offer a live dealer room on the downloaded version. I can't find where the tourney room is on this site so I can't speak on that. All in all it should be played at on a free deposit bonus or spins bonus before depositing. Worth taking a look.

So far so good. I've made a couple of deposits and also claimed a no deposit bonus which I was able to make play through and request a withdrawal. Customer support has been really good. My documents were verified in a few days, now I'm just waiting on my withdrawal to be processed. I think Superior Casino are one of the better rival casinos.

This site will use ALL of their time stated in their TC for withdrawal. Just FYI, so if you read
"If a player deposits with a credit card he/she is required to have a security form documents in order to process a cash-out, and there may be a waiting period of up to 10 days before withdrawal is processed."
Realize that it will be 10 days, not a second sooner. Also that's business days, so no weekends. Every withdrawal ive seen from this casino uses the maximum amount of time that their TandC allows.

Hi Colleen, thank you for your feedback. We apologize if our site's information was not clear enough. In our cashier page we clearly state the daily and weekly withdrawal limits: http://www.superiorcasino.eu/Cashier/
Under withdrawal section.
We have updated the general casino terms so this becomes more clear. The higher withdrawal limits ($10,000 per week) are reversed to our highest VIP players and you could one day also have such limits. Thanks for your understanding.

At first, Superior seemed like a good choice, plenty of bonuses and good game selection. Reviewing the T & C they state 10,000 per week allowed cashout. So when I won almost $5,000 I was not very happy to learn I was only allowed $500 per day, up to $2,000 per week. When I asked about the 10k stated in the T&C I was told I didn't qualify for that. Straight up lies from where I'm sitting. The only good thing was they did have the 1,000 within a few days.

The 100% UP TO $1000 deposit coupon match at 15x b+d rollover is a steal for slots and keno play. You can hunt quite a few jackpots with this huge bonus. The best thing is is that it's extremely makeable to clear playthrough so exceptionally fair. If you play here, or want to try a Rival casino with a good deposit coupon match for slots, well here it is ladies and gents. All you could want easily makeable rollover/playthrough with a huge match!

Great customer support if you ever need them. They take their time, but they let you know whats going on and don't leave you hanging.

These types of online casino platforms are bogus. Just like at the cashier section and how you are never asked much when signing up. Steer clear.

Superior Casino after perusing through them seems to have quite a good selection of deposit bonuses at rather low roll over. Some rival power casinos bonuses are upwards of 50x plus playthrough, and as much as 100x for no deposit bonuses. The 15x deposit + bonus rollover bonuses look quite good, space and are very easily makeable amongst the vast amount of medium variance slots that rival provides. I'm surprised at their bonuses are gone so though somebody better jump on these things before they take them away.
