Tivoli Casino’s customer-service page lists telephone support on 3637 1965, live chat and [email protected]. Its published opening hours are 10:00–20:00, with shorter hours of 10:00–16:00 on 24 and 31 December. The earlier claim that telephone support was unavailable, and the different weekday/weekend timetable, are outdated.

Licensing and availability
Tivoli Casino is run by Danske Licens Spil A/S, part of the Danske Spil group, and is regulated by the Danish Gambling Authority (Spillemyndigheden), according to its website footer. Danske Spil took over TivoliCasino.dk from Tivoli A/S in May 2019 under a 10-year agreement to use the Tivoli brand. In June 2023 Spillemyndigheden issued Danske Licens Spil A/S two reprimands for breaching the Anti-Money Laundering Act, over failures in enhanced customer due diligence and in reporting suspicious activity.

tivoli had great problems with free spins when i joined some time ago. the problem lasted a month or so and was generally off putting so much so that i havent deposited there. they may have fixed the problem by now but be careful nevertheless. the problem is too lenghty of an explanation to write here. neutral!

I have deposited here sometimes. They have good promotions and have a good selection of games. One negative i find is that they do not have live customer support and i had to email them when i had problems.At my first deposit i did not receive the 100% bonus and i emailed them. My problem was solved after 3 days which i find unexceptable. Also there are many country restrictions like the 170 free spins which can be claimed only by a few countries.

The 172 freespins is not availble for me , but i can take just the welcome bonus of 100% at 40 times wagering! that said the support, when i ask them the terms for that,so i will think twice if i will deposit here. After they changed their bonus terms from rogue to great i did tried them on. Was not lucky at all. Was logged out allways when tried to change slot, forced to login every single time. It state on this site, the netherlands is not allowed to play. I have signed up at this casino before I saw this state and believe it or not I was able to sign up and claim the free spins bonus. You should think if your country are not allowed to play then your country shouldn't on the list. I still allowed to login but NetEnt games are not avaliable it said.
