I really don’t have something to complain with Tradacasino, but i think that they do have to improve when it comes to the game selection since they already have way too many games in the market. They have to categorise each and every one of those when it comes to popularity to make it easy for most users to come up with a game and save a lot of time and effort on that end. May be adding more reviews could help as well since that there are many people who rely on their research to pick the games too. Ok so I use to deposit here daily. This new thing they said was suppose to exciting isn't even, I no longer am able to deposit with debit cause who ever set the site up put e transfer and debit as one deposit method and that it is not they are 2 different options. Since yesterday, trada has launched a whole new site, the games that I always play are no longer there, such as "who wants to be a millionaire" other games that I wanted to try I got an error message that directed me to the chat. When the error message appeared on the screen there was no possibility of playing another game, but this may be my location, the payouts are now on hold for 48 hours before they are released, the daily bonuses (free spins, 50% bonus) etc etc in the case of deposit) also no longer exist in this form. unfortunately after the renewal, I don't think it got any better!

Trada is still one of the best casinos today, they have awesome support services and they are always friendly and helpful. I have been a member of Trada casino for a couple of years now and I also still an active player there as well. The casino is not perfect, I had a few minor issue with WMS games bad connection but other games worked just as they should be which is great. Payout time could faster thou, they do not work at night so if you requesting a withdrawal outside the processing time frame then the processing time would be longer than 6 hours. Trada casino also has a nice shop item at the LCB shop which is in my opinion a very generous offer.

Was unimpressed with Trada, shortly after i tried them out - had a bad experience with someone in their chat (on X-Mas no less) which was enough to have me immediately quit my play there, but i was approached by their management later..they pretty much made everything right, and i have to say that aside from that incident, they have been top notch.
That said, i still think they are a bit behind with the amount of Games on offer, and i also never was able to test their advertised superfast pay-outs yet, but from what i'm reading on various forums, they seem to be on par.
But they do offer a lot of cool extras, and have great support staff, that is quite knowledgeable. Their Game portfolio also seems to be increasing rapidly as of late, so enough reasons to keep chasing that WD there :p

Trada is a good casino with good bonus offers and many providers. It would be a good place to play for most but not for canadians. So my review and rating reflect the canadian perspective of the casino. Most providers are locked, there's not much we can play there. Many slots are only mobile version with somehow only huge min bet. At least 2.50$ min bet is huge for a player like me. Sorry, have to adjust my rating negatively here: first off, they are waiting way too long with adding of more popular providers, even though i just read yesterday Quickspin is finally added, that's still a lot of Games missing, fom BTG, Thunderkick and NYX - kind of a must have in multi-platform Casinos! But that's not the most important, or in itself enough reason to drop my initial rating of 5! My main issue is that i started playing there a lot recently, and partook in several cashback offers: the last few deposits i made (around X-Mas) the cash-back meter was visible, but started to act weird (every other 5 spins it said it added one euro, but then it didn't) After confirming this, i opened chat, and what do you know? I get noone less then the ****** operations manager, because the rest of the team was off..you'd think that's good news, but in this case it was a nasty surprise: somehow this guy didn't want to hear me or understand me, and told me that the cashback i was supposed to have earned wasn't applicable, and started talking about some other bs promo that i took, all very confusing, and rather besides the point!
At one point i was convinced he must be drunk or on drugs, because he made no sense..and he gave me the feeling i was fishing for freebies, whereas i only tied to claim what i had coming!
Terrible experience,and since it was the operations manager, no way to elevate this to more capable or understanding workers...
Immediately closed account for the max amount of days, and i am being polite here - i really wanted to get abusive, but i guess i'm too mature for that nowadays...

Trada casino has a nice welcome bonus and offers a lot of decent reload bonuses through email. They also have good promotions from time to time but they don't have a defined reward system which is a must for me. They decided to randomly lock me out of my account until I verify my identity and age which I find is unfair and for that reason I don't play here anymore and probably never will. That's also why they only get a 1.5 rating from me.

I have heard a lot about this Casino and really do like it...however, I made a few deposits and couldn’t go higher than my initial deposit. I tried a few games, I do wish they would add Book of the Dead and perhaps more providers.
Another thing about this Casino is that you are unable to stop the reels on any of the Slots, I really don’t like that at all as I feel I’m at their disposal.
I like the fact that they offer Ecopayz as an option to deposit etc and minimum is 5 which is great

I dont know why they are so shy to offer all the users the same amount of bonuses. Ive received exactly 2-3 no deposit bonuses from them and thats it. In a span of 3 years. So yeah. Support seems no so nice at the end of the day, didnt solve my problems with account immediately, had to write an e-mail. At the end, after 2 weeks had my ID verificated.

Well, refreshing how good their customer support was, and plenty of cool Games to play, so far the experience has been awesome: unfortunately i haven't been able to test their withdrawal speed yet, but my luck their seems o.k. nevertheless. I am getting fair playtime, and the deposit bonuses are o.k. They could improve on those though, and also on loyalty bonuses (not a fan of their cashback system, as that is not my thing, the percentage is a bit low, and it excludes you from other Bonuses) but fair is fair -it's a very nice place to play.
I also appreciate the fact their minimum deposit is as low as 5: this even on paysafe cards. This means more chances for quick punt, if a feel like it. SOme of their Games i had never seen before, and i am quite versed in software: tried them all basically, so that was a surprise. As most of my favorite providers are covered as well, it's definitely a Casino i am happy with. Only am playing there now for about three months or so, but they managed to snatch me away from a few other very highly regarded Casino's, which are (or were) on my regular list.

Trada casino has no deposit bonuses but you need to deposit to star wagering them as live support writes to chat ! Also when i asked for these spins a person from chat deleted them which i did not understand why ! Nice customernservice but absolutely ridiculous sticky wagering . Every spin bonus wil stick to your account. And you are not able to see this. If you dont know this like myself, And you deposit, and you win, you are not allowed to keep your winnings. This way they took 150 euro from me. I could only cash out 80 if i cleared the rest of remaining wagering. Or incould get back mybinitial deposit. As long as you have to ask a casino if they can remove any remaining wagering recquirements manually, even though you have no balance and youbare not ablento see they are there, they are rogue as can be. Beware and approach with caution. There are better flash mgs casinos anyway.

Yes, like the other reviews here i have to say TradaCasino is very fast with withdrawls, nearly everytime i made a withdrawl (like 6 times), the money was in my neteller in MAX. 3 hours, which is very good. As I said in my last comment, I deposited at TradaCasino with no bonus and I won 10euro over my initial deposit and I tried the withdrawal option. I made my withdrawal and my money were in 20minutes in my Skrill account. I must say that I had a little problem that my money were not withdrawable and I asked on chat why. They made a little mistake but is was solved in a few minutes and I was able to withdraw. So, again the support was good and the payout fast. I strongly recommend this casino.

in addition to my last comment: I have again contacted tradacasino and outlined my experience and feelings which led to a partial ceshback. I consider that as a very fair gesture and am happy a casino out there which has open ears to players who find themselves misunderstanding by using that strong term "cashback" for something which is different to the general meaning of cashback. Maybe they think it over because in my opinion they are offering an extremely generous system of wagering rewards that is top of the line. To name it cashback - a term which is commonly recognized as a cashback on lost deposits however leads to reduced joy towards that outstanding rewards system...

I should state my personal experience with them here - since i was extremely - absolutely disappointed. I played there several times without luck, and used bonus. then - i had in mind that they give that 25% cashback - i deposited and busted a DECENT amount about two weeks ago. I didn´t use any bonus. the next day - there was no cashback... they do not give any cashback if you dont use a special bonus code, as the supporter explained to me - he explained me that you get automativcally credited 2 euro to your balance while playing after wagering 70 euro. thats imo no cashback but wagerfree comps... the 25% cashback which is permanently promoted everywhere is just misleading - i would have stopped playing much earlier, if i knew they are not giving any cashback... be warned: no cashback at that place...

What I like is that they send a lot of freespins, and I don't or can't remember that I ever made a deposit over there. I dont like this casino at all. Their welcome cashback bonus is not really a cashback bonus. You have to wager your deposit in order to receive your ''cashbݤk'' in 10% installments. Therefore when i deposited 100€ and build up balance to 400 was not even able to withdraw my money even tough i did not use any single bonus code. Lost it all then.

Yesterday I made my first deposit at this casino and I was very impressed with it. Got the welcome bonus with no problems but I was a little disappointed with the free spins because they offer only 10 spins / day from the total amount of the free spins bonus. Customer support was very helpful. They offer lots of bonuses for non depositors also, received a lots of free spins over time and only a few of the bonus codes didn't work. Overall a very good casino. I was told that they have very fast withdrawals (I didn't manage to make a withdrawal yet). I dont remember to ever deposited here but i received a lot of free spins from them. I definitely like this casinos!
