Uptown Aces is a renowned online casino brand which provides a wide selection of first-rate games, ranging from virtual slots to various authentic casino staples like blackjack and roulette as well as numerous specialty games. The online casino’s website boasts a classic Las Vegas-themed layout with bright neon lights and provides players with the ultimate gaming experience from the comfort of their own homes.
The virtual casino is a relatively new gaming operator as it emerged on the scene just two short years ago, in 2014. Don’t let this fact mislead you, the casino covers all aspects necessary for a high-quality gambling session. It provides comprehensive customer support via Live Chat, phone and e-mail and accepts a vast range of secure, quick and convenient methods of payment.
Existing members are in for the royal treatment as they are eligible for a myriad of ongoing promotional offers and are granted membership to the casino’s VIP Club where numerous exclusive benefits await them.
The casino accepts players from various countries around the world, including the United States. Registered members are provided with greater flexibility as the casino is also available in a mobile format, allowing players to engage in their favorite games at all times, regardless of their location.
Powered by Real Time Gaming
The operator has joined forces with one of the most reputable and respected software providers in the gaming industry, Real Time Gaming (RTG). The developer is highly-regarded for the quality of its games as its entire portfolio boasts superb, upscale visuals and compelling and immersive sounds that come shockingly close to what one would expect to see and hear in an actual land-based casino. In addition, the interface of each game RTG has to offer is exceptionally user-friendly and easy to navigate, while gameplay is hassle-free and smooth.
The quality of RTG’s game collection is commendable, yet it is to be expected as the software developer has a rich experience in this industry.
RTG is highly praised for its enticing progressive slots, the likes of Aztec’s Millions, Jackpot Piñata, and the Egyptian-themed, Cleopatra’s Gold. The software provider attracted even more attention and praise with the recent release of its “Real Series” catalog, a collection of top-notch quality video slots with unique features and feel, allowing for up to 30 lines to be played at the same time. Naturally, many of the “Real Series” slots like Caesar’s Empire are to be found on the operator’s portfolio as well.

Games
As stated above, the online casino is home to an ever-growing gaming collection, designed to meet the individual preferences, style of play and budget of all players. The website features an impressive collection of the hottest virtual slots which includes classic 3-reels, a plethora of video slots as well as a nice selection of progressives.
Fans of classic casino games can indulge much to their hearts’ content in different variations of blackjack, poker and roulette. There is also a separate Specialty Games section where various options like Ken, scratchcards and bingo are included. Numerous RTG video poker variations are also present on the sites’ extensive list of games.
Players who join the casino are provided with two options; they can either download and install the casino’s safe software for free or opt for playing the flash version of the games.
Slots
Slots are often considered to be the backbone of online casinos as they are exceptionally easy to play, enjoy great popularity among players and often enable them to win life-changing prizes with humble stakes. Here, slot lovers are provided with the opportunity to choose from a vast range of options. More importantly, the casino’s extensive slot collection is adequately subdivided into separate categories allowing players to find exactly what they are looking for in a matter of seconds.
Fans of classic slots should visit the 3-reels category where they will find popular titles like Diamond Mine, Double Ya Luck, and Jumping Beans. The most extensive subcategory is the one featuring 5-reels. In this section, players can find various RTG favorites such as Aladdin’s Wishes, Cleopatra’s Gold and Aztec’s Treasure. There is also a special subcategory dedicated to slots with special features like bonus rounds, designed to make players’ gaming experience even more thrilling and rewarding.

Blackjack
Blackjack is an absolute must in both land-based and online casinos so it isn’t surprising the game made it on this virtual casino’s list as well. In the 21 Games section of the website, players can choose between a total of eight variants of the classic card game. It matters not which version of the international favorite you decide to go for as all of them are equally authentic and enticing. The visuals are crisp, the sound effects are extremely realistic and navigation is easy.
Players who register tend to favor Blackjack+Perfect Pair, Pontoon, European Blackjack, Super 21 and Face Up 21.
Poker
Poker fans are not left without options, either, as the virtual casino is home to an impressive selection of casino poker games. If you feel confident enough in your skills and experience, you should definitely give poker a try. The game is quite demanding but also very rewarding. The online gaming operator has set up a nice selection of poker variants that totals nine first-class options. Some of the titles of interest include Tri Card Poker, Let ’em Ride, Red Dog, Vegas Three Card Rummy, along with one that can trace its roots to Aruba, Caribbean Stud.
Roulette
If spinning the virtual roulette wheel appeals more to your personal taste, you would be delighted by the roulette selection. Each version stands out with immaculate visuals and sound effects, as great stress is placed on authenticity. However, all roulette variations are to be found in the Specialty Games section along with games like bingo. There is a total of five options to pick from – American Roulette, New American Roulette, European, French and Multi-Player Roulette.
Dice Games
Dice games are also included in the Specialty category, but frankly, the number of options is a bit underwhelming as there are only two alternatives to choose from. Fortunately, quality is once more up to par which at least partially compensates for the lack of versatility. Fans of rolling the dice can test their luck in a game of Craps or opt for Sic Bo, which is based on an ancient Chinese dice game.
Keno and Scratchcards
Maybe you have grown tired of playing table games and slots? If this is the case, you can diversify your gameplay a bit by visiting the Specialty Games section where you will find several less standard options such as Keno, and always a popular choice, Bingo. The latter are exceptionally easy to play as they come close to standard lottery games where numbers are drawn at random. The casino offers a Keno variant alongside various bingo games such as the popular Roaring Twenties Bingo and Bonus Bingo.
Slightly greater diversity is at hand in the Scratchcards subcategory. There are a variety of options to make your pick from, most notably, Hot Dice, Lucky 8s, Magic 7s, Treasure Tree and 5 Diamond Blackjack.
Supported Devices
The virtual casino keeps up with the latest trends in the online gaming industry, providing players with a vast range of ways to access the casino’s portfolio. As was previously mentioned, players who register can download and install the casino’s native software on their desktop devices or enjoy the games in Instant Play.
In our opinion, the first option is more beneficial as the downloadable software encompasses a wider range of games and provides instant access to the entire portfolio. However, those of you who demand to be able to play from different devices, like public computers, for example, should probably go for the flash version of the portfolio.
Of course, in both cases, your machine should meet some minimal system requirements if you wish to enjoy seamless gameplay without any hitches. The downloadable software is compatible with desktop devices running on the Windows OS. The download takes only minutes to complete provided that players’ internet connection is stable enough. The installation process is also seamless.
As the software is optimized for devices running on Windows, Mac users are advised to play the games in Instant Play mode. Of course, in order to do so, players are required to have an up-to-date version of the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed on their devices. Also, it would be a good idea to update your internet browser for optimal results. The flash version of the gaming portfolio works very well on all popular browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari (for Mac devices) and Internet Explorer.
To further its players’ convenience, the casino provides them with the opportunity to play while on the move, regardless of time and location. This is a great option as it enables players to keep track of the latest games and promotional offers. The latter is mobile-responsive which means members can launch the website directly through their portable devices’ browsers. Once you enter the casino’s address in your browser, you will be automatically redirected to the mobile version of the website. Another way to access the mobile counterpart of the virtual casino is by scanning the QR code, available at the website.
The mobile-responsive version of the casino is compatible with all widespread devices running on iOS, Windows and Android. These include iPad Mini, iPad Touch, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, Google Nexus 6 and 7, Samsung Galaxy S6 and S7 as well as Samsung Galaxy tablets 7 and 10.1.
Check to see if Blackberries, Kindle tablets and Samsung Galaxy S4’s are supported on the website.
Payment Methods
Of course, in order to win, players are expected to fund their accounts first and play for actual money. Luckily, the casino accepts a nice range of secure and established methods of payment, some of which are suitable for processing both deposits and withdrawals. Furthermore, the gaming operator complies strictly with the most stringent security standards in the industry and employs special SSL encryptions to protect its customers’ personal and banking details.
Popular deposit solutions, available include Mastercard, American Express and Visa credit and debit cards, payments via e-wallets Skrill and Neteller as well as Quick Cash, Eco Payz and Direct Money. Keep in mind there is a minimum deposit requirement. Deposits are typically transferred to players’ casino accounts right away.
Some of the aforementioned payment solutions can be used to process withdrawals of your winnings. The most convenient options are to cash out via Neteller, Skrill and EcoPayz. Courier checks and bank wire transfers are also available. The time required for the withdrawal to be completed depends on the method you use. The most time-efficient methods to cash out funds from your casino account are EcoPayz and the e-wallets Neteller and Skrill. Check casino review time, provider processing and any charges for the specific route; later wallet cash-out may have separate fees.
Meanwhile, courier checks and bank wire transfers require several business days to complete and fees respectively range per transaction. Check with the casino for the maximum cash out amount per week. Please note that if you are withdrawing funds from your casino account for the very first time, there is also a withdrawal limit for the first week.
Also, check to find out which currencies the operator works with, as transactions processed with any other currency will result in some additional expenses due to conversion. Conversion costs can depend on the operator, bank, wallet or other provider performing the exchange.

Customer Support
The support representatives are trained in detail to answer all types of inquiries and to cope with all problems players could possibly encounter.
Of course, there is an extensive FAQs section at the website, which covers all popular questions and issues. It is recommended to go through this section before you attempt to contact the support staff as it is very likely you will find an answer to your question there. If you fail, you can always write an email to the support agents or call over the phone. There is a toll-free phone line for players who reside in the United States. Keep in mind, in many cases players are put on hold, especially during peak hours when there are too many calls to respond to.
If your issue is more pressing and requires an urgent response, you should consider using the Live Chat feature, available at the casino’s website. There is always a support representative on standby to provide players with information and assistance. The Live Chat agents are not only exceptionally quick to respond but very professional and polite as well.
Skype users, on the other hand, can contact the casino’s support staff using the username Support_UptownAces. All of the aforementioned methods are available year-round including on weekends and holidays.
Licensing and Restricted Territories
Uptown Aces Casino does not name its operator or give licence details in its terms. Review site Casino.Guru names Deckmedia N.V. as the operator and says its claimed Curaçao licence cannot be verified, and we could not find Deckmedia N.V. on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s public register. In February 2020 Australia’s ACMA asked internet service providers to block Uptown Aces as one of 14 illegal offshore gambling websites, and in August 2022 the ACMA warned software supplier Proxous for providing games to 13 illegal casinos, including Uptown Aces.
Players’ personal and financial information is secured as the operator goes to great lengths to protect registered members and prevent any fraudulent activities from ever taking place. Players’ transactions to and from the casino’s website are heavily encoded with state-of-the-art SSL encryptions so that everyone can enjoy their favorite casino games without having to worry about safety.
Players are allowed to register with real-money accounts as long as they do not reside in one of the following US states or countries – New York, Kentucky, Washington State, New Jersey, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri as well as in
Israel, Moldova, Netherlands, United Kingdom.

So got lucky and won 20,000.00.
I go to take care of kyc and it says should take 2-10 min. SOMETIMES it can take 3-5 business days. Well surprise, surprise... mine is going to take 3-5 business. Complete and utter B.S.!
They said its because some problem with documents but they dont know what so it has to be manually reviewed. Absolute B.S.
I never have a problem verifying. In fact, I just verified with thier payment processor minutes before and no problem.
The ONLY reason its going to take this long is because I have 20k to withdraw!
Takes all of the joy of winning right out.
These ppl suck. Now I get to sit and wait and sit and wait. No reason they cant verify right now.

Hi wh0079,
Sorry to hear about your experience.
Normally account verification should only take a few minutes, like you mention above. However, in some cases manual review is needed which can take a bit longer. In your case the document provided did not match the data you registered with, so we needed to update this. It's good to see that by now your account has been verified.
Thank you for your patience and congratulations on your win.

I want to see the reason I dislike this casino was due to the fact that in the beginning when I signed up for it it said that Washington plays were allowed to play on there I tried the whole Casino I was able to sign up and then a day later I was automatically blocked from my account I tried to regaining access and I was mad by a really rude support person and I asked him why was my account blocked and I was mad back with one second please literally like 34 minutes later and I finally got a response back and it was because I guess I'm not allowed to play from the local region I stay in and it was just all back from then on no good no bueno8

Just another less than average casino. Not the best selection of games. Nothiing that stands out. Nothing happened to make me never want to play here again, but also nothing that makes me want to go back. Just meh

This one is one of those that have special skills in wasting people time. I registered an account, tried to activate bonus code, they asked me to verify email, after I verified it They said “My account is not eligible for free bonus “ finally I asked them politely to just closed the account. In the casino online when there is a chance to communicate with someone there is rude to hear that you are not eligible for free bonus I think

This is one of the first online casino ive ever played. But i left them because of how long they took to pay me each time i won. They have nice bonus selection. Another thing i disnt like was how long it took to get verified

I didn’t cash out this time.. But I still gave a fair rating of 4.5.
The welcome chip was very generous and appreciated. And the max cashout from the chip is great if you get lucky enough to get there.
So just with that you are getting a great start.
As I understand they also have an app you can download. But I just stayed in my browser for now. I did enjoy playing here. And I would consider making a deposit as they also have a good first time deposit welcome package.
Of course I would have preferred to cashout, who wouldn’t? But that’s usually a deciding factor whenever I consider depositing, if I was able to successfully cashout out and considering the overall process of cashing out, if it was problematic and the thresholds for cashing out are also given some weight and consideration.
So despite not reaching cashout, I might still consider depositing. Especially since they were so generous with not just the chip but also with the max cashout from the free chip. I feel like that deserves to at least be acknowledged and rewarded, regardless of skill issues or not cashing out.
Just my worthless two cents.

Uptown aces is a lot like Oz win they cater more to the existing player than the new ones banking is same as Oz win 48 hours to get your money on withdrawals which again is way above average deposits are easy they have very high deposit bonuses 30 to 50 or $80 not very many lower deposites on all this is one of my top five casino I have one money at in quite a bit

This is not a bad casino to play in… though I never tried cashing out with these guys, so I lack that knowledge. However, they do have a good platform/ganes to play with… and welcome package… which is always nice

Claimed the bonus yesterday for the free chip. Playthrough requirements are high just like all other casinos. The thing that attracted me was the " max $180" withdrawal from the free bonus.

Easy to claim bonus but same old same old games, I really don’t know how anyone could ever hit the jackpot on some of those games. Sure would be nice to play something different. I’m hoping someone gets an imagination on a lot of the sites.

Uptown Aces Casino is a vibrant online gaming destination with a strong focus on cryptocurrency. As a crypto casino, it offers players the convenience and security of using digital currencies for deposits and withdrawals. The platform boasts a wide array of games powered by Realtime Gaming (RTG).
One of the standout features of Uptown Aces is its engaging tournament scene. Players can participate in a variety of tournaments, adding a competitive edge to their gaming experience. Notably, the casino hosts a monthly LCB (Latest Casino Bonuses) tournament, providing a dedicated event for fans of that community. This commitment to regular, exciting tournaments sets Uptown Aces apart. If you are reading his and haven't checked the tourney's out you should :).
While the game selection is solid and the crypto integration is a plus, some players might find the user interface a bit dated compared to newer online casinos. However, the generous bonuses and promotions, coupled with the fun tournament offerings, make Uptown Aces a worthwhile option for players looking for a crypto-friendly casino with a strong community feel, especially those who enjoy the thrill of competition. Overall, Uptown Aces delivers a fun and reliable gaming experience, particularly for crypto enthusiasts and tournament lovers.

Warning to US players!
I’ve been playing Uptown Aces for over two years until recently when I won $180. That’s when they suddenly decided my account didn’t pass ‘security filters’ and suspended my account without allowing any withdrawal. Emails to customer support went unanswered, so before depositing any funds be careful with this site.

No deposit bonus is nearly impossible to wager. Good game selection though and I like the site. Overall a good casino. Good game selection and multiple no deposit bonus but it is challenging to win/ wager/cashout on these. Easier to win on games after depositing.

I enjoyed the tiered VIP program, which felt rewarding as I continued playing. Deposits and withdrawals were smooth, adding to the convenience. On the downside, the live dealer section could use more variety, and some older games feel neglected. It’s a reliable choice for long-term players but might not appeal to those seeking a modern game library.

I used to play here on a regular basis until I had a withdraw incident they sent me free spins to try new game in an email during my withdraw process I used the coupon curing the withdraw claim and that you cannot do according to the many rules I did not know that then but valuable lesson but with some assistance they did grant my withdraw so all good i guess.

I found the registration process at Uptown Casino to be quite simple and straightforward. While I wasn't able to take advantage of the bonus, the game selection seemed promising, although many of my personal favorites were missing. It's a bit difficult to provide a full review without having used the bonus, but overall, the casino appears to be user-friendly

Pretty dope RTG casino with pretty nice bonuses. I was able to complete the requirements on one of their deposit bonuses. I'll admit I'm a little spoiled by other casinos when it comes to KYC verification and withdrawal speed; but I got verified within 3 business days like their site says, and after waiting on them to process my withdrawal (took 48-72 hours) I received my winnings via bitcioin. They also have pretty good loyalty bonuses (free chip or deposit bonus mostly), a lobby jackpot I won a couple times, and they send you emails with bonuses you can actually redeem, like, every other day

Run of the mill RTG casino. What sets it apart like so many other sites is the drawn out withdrawal process. I feel any online platform that makes you wait more than an hour for a withdrawal just isn't putting the effort in to retain customers. They all take our deposits instantly and should return the love
