In short: Videoslots is an online casino launched in 2011 and operated by Videoslots Ltd of Malta, licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. It has faced regulatory penalties, including a £650,000 UK Gambling Commission payment in November 2025 and a SEK 12 million fine in Sweden in April 2025.
Launched in the spring of 2011, Videoslots is an online casino that has operated since 2011. Various factors contribute to the gambling operator’s massive success. First of all, Videoslots is home to an impressive array of premium-quality games as it strives to meet the requirements of all types of casino fans, no matter whether they are interested in slots, classic mainstays like roulette, baccarat, and blackjack, or video poker. Gambling enthusiasts are also provided with the option to test their skills and knowledge against those of Videoslots’ professional croupiers as the website also features a Live Dealer section, with traditional table games being streamed in real time.
The casino has a large game selection, but it has faced regulatory penalties in several markets, as set out below. Videoslots bears the stamp of approval of two of the most respected regulatory authorities, namely the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. It makes sense the operator puts a great emphasis on transparency and responsible gambling as well.
The available payment methods depend on the player’s country and account. Those in need of help with choosing a suitable payment solution always have someone to count on as customer service is available at all times via the convenient live chat facility. Players will also benefit from the website’s mobile compatibility and the gaming operator’s generosity as there is a wealth of bonuses awaiting both new and existing members of the casino.
Software Providers
Videoslots works with a wide range of software developers. The renowned operator has brought together the cream of the crop of the entire gambling industry, including Swedish software giant NetEnt which is responsible for the creation of some of the most sought-after games on the online casino scene.
NetEnt offers an impressive number of table classics like roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker, but it is its slots collection that has earned the developer the most accolades. Slots like Starburst, Jack Hammer, and the progressive Mega Fortune are instantly recognizable even among those who are not fans of this particular type of game. Needless to say, these are also on offer on Videoslots’ website.
Another notable name Videoslots has teamed up with is that of developer Microgaming, which has been leading the industry towards innovation since 1994. The reputable software company has contributed to the Videoslots’ gaming library with a nice range of video slots, video poker variants, arcades, and classic card games. Playtech’s contribution to the casino’s collection is also worth a mention, with popular games the likes of Goblins Cave, Mr. Players, who register at Videoslots can also enjoy games by other well-known providers, such as Play’n GO, NextGen, Rival Gaming, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, NYX (now part of Light & Wonder) and IGT, among many others.

Game Selection
Do not be misled by this casino’s name – its website is home to so much more than video slots. The variety of games available at Videoslots is truly tough to match as players can pick from over 2,000 premium titles. The games are available for instant play so there will be no need to waste time and storage space on downloading and installing additional software.
The established operator is on track with the latest trends in the casino world and updates its collection on a regular basis, adding the latest titles to maintain the high level of interest on behalf of its players. The games are conveniently grouped into categories on the basis of their type and software provider, which allows for a quick and easy navigation through the vast portfolio.
Video Slots
Reel fans will be particularly delighted by what this online casino has to offer as the choice of games is indeed great. One of the categories consists of classic, three-reel games which are, in fact, the prototype of the modern slots we all love to play today. Some of the most popular three-reel slots you can play at the website include classics like Microgaming’s Couch Potato, Break da Bank, and the fruit-themed Fruit Fiesta.
Multi-line video slots attract a good deal of interest as they offer players more winning opportunities. Videoslots remains true to its name and offers a wealth of advanced titles with multiple paylines to bet on, including games in the popular 1024 and 243 Ways to Win formats. Some of the most noteworthy options are Starburst, Immortal Romance, Blood Suckers, Aloha, and Gonzo’s Quest. Many of the games also incorporate the Gamble feature. Additionally, there are over forty progressive titles with jackpots that grow until they are won, including slots like Mega Moolah, Major Millions, Mega Fortune, Arabian Nights, and Hall of Gods.

Video Poker
This online casino may borrow its name from slots, but video poker fans who register there will also remain greatly satisfied with the list of options they are provided with as there are over twenty bespoke variations to pick from. The available video poker variations are supplied by NetEnt and Microgaming (now Games Global), according to the earlier review.
There is the option to play a single hand per round or bet on multiple hands at once. Not a single well-known video poker variation is missing from the list as fans can test their luck and skills in Deuces Wild, Jacks or Better, All Aces, Tens or Better, All American Poker, Joker Wild, and Aces and Faces, to mention just a few.

Blackjack
If the game of 21 is what you prefer to play, you will greatly appreciate the broad collection of blackjack variations Videoslots has set up. In this section of the casino, players will be able to find numerous titles from Microgaming’s Blackjack Gold Series, including the ever popular Vegas Strip and Atlantic City variations. Other notable titles are Spanish 21, Double Xposure, Super Fun 21, and European Blackjack.
There are some less standard options for those willing to try something new. In Lucky Ladies, Suit’em and 21+3 Blackjack, there are interesting side bets adding more excitement and diversity to the standard game of 21. Players can choose between single-deck and multiple-deck games, where betting limits are flexible to accommodate bankrolls of all sizes.
Roulette
Those, who prefer games of chance, will be greatly impressed by what Videoslots has to offer in terms of quality roulette variations. These are all contributions from major software providers Microgaming and NetEnt, which translates in great authenticity of the graphics and audio. The available roulette games can generally be grouped into three categories, namely low, standard and high limit, which goes to show Videoslots caters to the needs of both high-rollers and players on a shoestring budget.
Traditional variants like French, European, and American Roulette all made it to the list of options. Those looking for a more dynamic and exciting gameplay most definitely should try Microgaming’s Multi-Wheel Roulette, where it is possible to activate and bet on eight wheels at the same time. Another roulette variation which truly stands out from the crowd is Felt’s Double-Ball Roulette where two balls are in action allowing for a number of additional bets to be made, with a 1,200 to 1 payouts if both balls land on the same number.

Poker
Players whose game of choice is poker should head to the casino’s “Other Games” section where they will be able to find several superb variants of the classic game of skill. Again, there are options for both high-limit and low-limit players, so it matters not how hefty a bankroll you have – you most certainly will find a game that fits within your budget.
Some of the titles worth mentioning are Microgaming’s Pai Gow Poker and Triple Pocket Hold’em. Felt has contributed with one variation, 3 Card Hold’em, while NetEnt has provided Videoslots with several realistic games like Oasis Poker and Texas Hold’em. The progressive variant of Red Dog is of special interest as it comes with a great twist. The game bears no resemblance to any other poker variation as players are dealt only three cards and are required to bet on the spread between two of them.
Scratchcards and Arcades
Those, who are not confident enough in their skills and knowledge to engage in card games, will be thrilled by Videoslots’ “Scratchcards” section where they can find a nice range of games, the likes of Dawn of the Bread, Bunny Boiler, Granny Prix, and Halloweenies. These offer a simplified and straightforward gameplay as the objective of the players is to find several identical symbols.
Bingo fans should visit the “Other Games” section of the website to play Microgaming’s Electro Bingo, Pharaoh Bingo, Mayan Bingo, and Bingo Bonanza, among other options. Fans of number games and lotteries have the opportunity to play one Keno variant.
Live Dealer Games
Sometimes playing against the Random Number Generator simply does not cut it anymore. At Videoslots, they are well aware of that, which is why the gaming operator introduced a fantastic Live Dealer casino to its website back in 2014. Players can enjoy a broad range of casino mainstays like blackjack and roulette, which are all broadcast live in excellent quality directly from NetEnt’s studio in Malta. The live games feature innovative interface, table statistics, live chat, and on-screen history, among other useful functionalities. The high quality of the live stream will leave you with the impression you are sitting at a real casino table.
Supported Devices
The Videoslots website can be conveniently accessed via a wide range of desktop and portable devices, running on some of the most widespread operating systems in the world. Players, who prefer to make bets from the comfort of their homes, can easily access the gaming library directly via their browsers without having to install any bulky software on their desktop computers. The entire catalog is available in Instant Play and is compatible with all commonly used operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux OS. However, if you wish to enjoy your gaming sessions at Videoslots to the fullest, your desktop computer should be able to meet at least some minimal system requirements so that the available games can run smoothly.
The internet browser you load the games in is also of some consequence. Generally, the browsers players are recommended to use when betting on Videoslots’ website are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. Nevertheless, Mac users will also be able to have their fair share of fun at Videoslots as the portfolio can be loaded through Safari browsers as well. Make sure you keep your browser up to date as this will ensure your smooth-sailing gaming experience.
Today’s world is all about mobility so it makes sense Videoslots operates a website that is fully mobile-responsive and compatible with a broad range of smartphones and tablets. Players can also spare some storage space since the games can be loaded directly into their mobile browsers without the installation of any additional applications. The casino games run in mobile browsers on current devices – including Android and iOS – you name it.
When you enter the casino’s address into your smartphone’s browser, you will be immediately redirected to the mobile version of the website, where you will be able to pick from over 800 premier games. Mind that these are not only slots – there is a little something for everyone as players get to enjoy a number of table games and video poker variants. The mobile interface is also very intuitive, with players being able to process payments, claim bonuses, and navigate through the gaming library with exceptional ease. On the downside, the live chat functionality is currently unavailable on mobile, so players who need assistance on the go must send their queries via email.
Payment Methods
Check Videoslots’ current cashier for deposit and withdrawal methods available to your country and account.
Check the actual deposit fee and minimum amount shown. Historical mobile-payment charges and a blanket statement that every other method is free should not be treated as current terms.
For payouts, confirm the supported route, identity checks, minimum and maximum amounts, and any daily or monthly limits. Check whether a charge depends on the number of withdrawals requested. Do not rely on old fixed fees or a universal twelve-hour pending period.
Separate casino approval time from the time a provider or bank needs to deliver the funds. Card payout eligibility depends on the account, issuer and jurisdiction and cannot be established from a general country list alone.
Check supported account currencies and any conversion charges before paying. Use the casino’s available deposit-limit controls to set a budget; payment convenience does not remove gambling risk.

Customer Support
Customer service is an important aspect of providing casino players with a quality gaming experience as it is always a good thing to have someone qualified to turn to when you are experiencing any issues or cannot find the information you need. In this respect, players at Videoslots will have absolutely nothing to worry about as the reputable gaming operator offers customer support through the channels listed on its site.
There are a number of ways to reach the courteous support agents at Videoslots. The easiest and the quickest way to receive assistance and information would be to use the convenient live chat feature, which is available around the clock, seven days a week and all year round. The support agents have undergone training in order to be able to answer all queries in a time-efficient and professional manner. If the issue is not particularly pressing, there is always the option to contact the friendly support team via email.
Calling on the phone yourself is not an option. It is possible, however, to send a call request in which case, one of the agents will call you back as soon as possible to assist you. Another advantage Videoslots can offer to its players are multiple languages since the website is available in English, German, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian.
Licensing and Restricted Countries
Videoslots is operated by Videoslots Ltd of Malta and is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/CRP/258/2014), the UK Gambling Commission (account 39380), Sweden’s Spelinspektionen and, in Ontario, the AGCO. Regulators have fined it several times: the UK Gambling Commission imposed a £650,000 payment and a warning in November 2025 over anti-money-laundering and safer-gambling failures, Sweden fined it SEK 12 million in April 2025, and the Dutch regulator’s fine was reduced on appeal to €975,000 in September 2024.
Videoslots is based in Malta. It is hardly surprising Videoslots is entirely committed to providing its players with a secure and hassle-free experience as becomes evident by the fact the operator has published the average return percentages of every single slot game in its gaming library. This information is available for everyone to see in the “Game Payouts” section of the website.
Of course, this only works to the benefit of slot players, since it enables them to compare the RTPs of all slots on the portfolio and make an informed decision when choosing which title to bet on. Furthermore, the information is kept up to date at all times, with players being able to see whether the RTP of a given slot has increased or decreased since the last update. What further testifies the accuracy of the listed return percentages is the fact the games have been reviewed by independent, third-party auditors. Additionally, the operator is an avid proponent of responsible gaming as players are allowed to set their own deposit limits for the day, week, or month.
Players should bear some responsibility of their own and ensure online gambling is legal within the boundaries of their country before they proceed to sign up with real-money accounts at the website. As of the moment of writing this review, Videoslots cannot accept registrations from any of the following countries due to legal restrictions –
Afghanistan, Aland Islands, Albania, Algeria, American Samoa, Andorra, Angola, Anguilla, Antarctica, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Benin, Bermuda, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Bouvet Island, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Brunei, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Chad, Chile, China, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Congo Democratic Republic, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Djibouti, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Faroe Islands, Fiji, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Gabon, Gambia, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guam, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kiribati, Korea, Republic of, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Latvia, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Marshall Islands, Martinique, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mayotte, Mexico, Micronesia, Federated States of, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Montserrat, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nauru, Nepal, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Niue, Norfolk Island, North Macedonia, Northern Mariana Islands, Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Palestine, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Pitcairn, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Reunion, Romania, Russia, Rwanda, Saint Helena, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Vincent and The Grenadines, Samoa, San Marino, Sao Tome and Principe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Africa, South Georgia and The South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Swaziland, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tokelau, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vatican, Venezuela, Viet Nam, Virgin Islands, British, Virgin Islands, U.S., Wallis and Futuna, Western Sahara, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe

Love playing on video slots, super super quick withdrawals, plenty of deposit and withdrawal options. The battle section is also a huge W for videoslots, the no wagering of free spins is excellent too. I cannot rate this casino enough. Try it out if you can and enjoy

I love this Casino! Whitdrawal is fast! Bonuses are usually no wager and that is great! A lot of game providers and slots. I recommend this Casino!

Videoslots is kinda average as far as casinos go. They have a strange way of giving bonuses, you had to deposit and play, then get the bonus after you met the wagering conditions. Maybe they changed it now, but it seemed odd. The only good thing was that it had the Wolf Gold and Arctic Wolf slots which I really loved. Other than that not too special.

I have been playing here for a long time. The site is easy to navigate and verification process is easy. Fast cashouts.

I even forgot this casino exists. This was one of the very first online casinos I played at. I just remeber that I liked bonuses but all and all I hated the casino.
Now it's restricted for My country that's why it wasn't popping anywhere😁
And never actually got anything on it, that's what I remeber ,just losing money there😅

This was one of the very first casinos I joined online and loved it but I can no longer play here from my country which is so disappointing! Anyone who can still play here I totally recommend checking it out, lots of free bonuses which is always handy for when you can’t deposit. Definitely go play here!

I have been unable to log in for several months, and I have tried to get help both through chat and email - unfortunately, the customer service here is terrible!
2-3 months ago, the issue was supposed to be escalated, but I have received no response. I have tried to contact them via chat multiple times, but even though I fill in all my information, they still need to verify that I am the one writing. The questions are impossible to answer, and the last time I tried, when I couldn't remember which slot was played the most over 6 months ago, they just closed the chat.
It should NOT be difficult to see case history in someone's email. In addition, the chat keeps disconnecting, and I have to start over. I still have no answer to what technical problem is preventing me from logging in..

I really love this casino , I don't know of any other casino like it , if they got their withdrawals happening alot quicker I think this would be the best casino I know of .
Reply
So this is not likely, this is certainly the best casino in the world right now.
I think another casino should create a video slot account and see how it works.
I simply don't understand why there are any other casinos in addition to video slot casinos.
Those guys are so ahead of their time it's ridiculous compared to others.
And I'm ashamed to say that I'm registered in hundreds of casinos and I know what I'm talking about.
Although some players complained about the RTP of the games, perhaps because of the financing of the casino tournaments, it is a matter of subjective observation.
Videoslot never leaves players without hope.
That casino was made by people out of passion for games and not for some quick profit.
Simply to finish, if you haven't done it yet, register for a video slot, it will be one of the best things you can do for yourself.

This is the place to play. Wds are paid within minutes. One of the largest library of games and phenomenal support. They jumped at the 94% rtp club so its not 5/5 anymore but trustworthy and very good casino.

for some reason this casino will not let me withdrawal. And even thought I have being playing here for well over 10 years every time I want to make a withdrawal its a process that I can not even understand why when I click on withdrawal its disabled I was told months ago it would be fixed after I sent them what they wanted but when I went back to withdraw yesterday the problem not fixed. I angry I spend a lot of money here and had a well over $2000 to withdraw but they had no problem letting me spend it before disabling my account. Why did they not do that when the $5000 was is in it they wait till i spend it all then they make it so I can not play as they wait for irrelevant information to my account that they were sent months ago. I have only used the same method to deposit into my account in months and that is what matters and they seem to think I am worthy of locking my account I am waiting for free spins on another game as they gave me 75 spins on Piggy Riches that can not be played in Canada and they can not even fix that for me even though I had played 4 other games that I won free spins on after the authorization of that game. I deposit here everyday. I spend spend spend and never one time have i made a withdrawal because they have to be a scam or fraud is all I can assume after this. They need to verified my account they say., Why do they take my money is what I do not understand if they can not pay me my money? I do suggest anyone who wants to be paid to play here it to much trouble. I play a lot of online casinos and never before have I not being able to make the withdrawal. Never have I not had my account verified and than not verified for whatever there reason being. I suggest people stick to what you know is going to let you win and be paid with no problem. I can play at casinos that I play at maybe 2 times a year and make my withdrawal with less problems than this. How do I explain to my partner time after time I need him to do the same paper work for nothing in return he questions why I play here it makes me look bad when I get nothing in return time after time of him providing me his info and them having to tell him I didn't win.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this casino. my account was closed without any reason and without informing me. I asked customer service, they didn't give me any information either, they just said I could open another account. Everyone knows that you are not allowed to have double accounts in a casino and here it is recommended by customer service. A bad casino for me

Even if the design might look a little bit worse than other online casinos, it is still a good casino and has a lot of providers. The house edge is pretty low too. There are a lot of deposit methods and withdrawal methods here, which can make the experience of a player better.

If you try to find out on search engines about online casinos with large revenue and big video slots libraries certainly you will find Videoslots casinos at the top of the list. Lots of deposit methods except crypto make this site easier to access. The big casino gaming library caters to everyone's needs from video slots and progressive jackpot games to live dealer games. It takes very little time for KYC verification. I never succeeded to withdraw from this casino but they say payouts are instant. Slots tournaments and daily and hourly sit-n-go slot tourneys run a whole day long and this includes freerolls. This casino allows you to participate for free for a few weeks if you deposit. I highly recommend this casino to LCB members.

great casino for players from sweden, i can deposit and cash out with Swish, and it take 1 second bothways! and on top of that all the good slotgames. sad thing is that by sweden gambling laws we can just get 1 bonus per lifetime...

I am revising my rating of this casino given some troubles I had with authenticating my account. Videoslots has one of the most comprehensive account verification procedures I have ever encountered. One has to verify with documentation every aspect of one's account. Credit cards have to be photographed and sent in to be approved, address of course and screenshots of online wallets as well as proof of wealth amongst others. My complaint is with the multiple times they continuously required me to do it. Somehow even though it is incredible they seemed to lose the data they had already approved and I had to resubmit the same documentation over and over again. However, it reached a point where they stopped doing this and things got stable again in terms of my account being verified and cleared for withdrawals. I was very enthusiastic about this casino for a long time and won more than I lost there and loved the lightning fast withdrawals. But I could not understand why they repeatedly required account verification over and over. Thankfully they have not done so for a long time, but it was a hassle there for a while and now I do not play there as often as I used to. I would still play there again and did make a deposit last week but I do not regard it as my go to casino anymore.

Videoslots Casino is true to their name I must say. They do have a lot of amazing slot games and video slots in their roster. I mean, that's what you get for having amazing game provider partners, right? Great site but I think they can somehow make the site more modern.

just take a few minutes and check the RTP % at some usual suspected games like "book of dead" from play and go and "blood suckers" from netent. this is just a example to show you
how badly you are treated at casinos like videoslots (mga license) these days ! ok here are the shocking numbers.
book of dead:
the highest possible variable RTP value videoslots can rent "book of dead" from play and go is 96.21%.
the variable RTP value they rent and you have to play with is unbelievable 87.25%
blood suckers:
the highest possible variable RTP value videoslots can rent "blood suckers" from netent is 98.00 %.
the variable RTP value they rent and you have to play with is unbelievable 90,04 %
one or the other will now say...yes, these are definitely only exceptions or extreme examples, but unfortunately that is the rule at videoslots. I took the trouble to randomly go through almost all providers and the result is: at videoslots you will no longer find a slot game that has a higher RTP% than 92%
you don't have to be a math professor to understand that you simply can't win with such underground RTP values...there's nothing to argue about either...it's statistically almost impossible to end a session with a win.... whether you play with or without a deposit bonus

This casino has fallen from grace in my opinion. They went from 5/5 casino to probably a 2 or a 3. They used to have all the slots on the highest rtp settings, they have changed that and all the games are now on the lower settings. Their rewards have been drastically decreased and the match bonus is not good as it get released in increments as you wager. They also ask for ridiculous types of documents and will not budge no matter what the reason. They will take your money without question if you dont provide them.

I have been playing at Videoslots for a long time and never had any problems with them. Withdrawals have been processed always in less than one hour. They dont offer that many deposit bonuses, but they do have Battle of Slots freerolls, where you can win freespins. They also have amazing slot selection.

One of the casinos with the greatest variety of games! I like the "battle of slots" section, I won freespins several times during the freerolls! And it is also possible to interact with other players in this section! The support is really friendly. My ID was verified quickly and I would say it took about 2 days to receive my withdrawal by bank transfer! Pretty good :)

Here's one I liked but required extra effort to verify docs when I tried to withdraw first winnings.I haven't bothered since for that reason, others verified and paid out with same docs so they get my money first..simple,would recommend though as it's a good casino with some good reviews.

I wanted to write a new review of this casino because I have more experience with playing at the site now. I am overwhelmingly positive about Videoslots.com after using the site more frequently. I like the battles a lot especially when I am broke and cannot make a deposit. I like the wheel of jackpots freebie which has come often and is exciting and helpful. And I like the customer service interactions I have had as well as the very fast and efficient withdrawal times. So now I am giving it a full five.

Would have scored 5 but not anymore, at first i loved thos casino but now im feeling a bit suspicious of it... Have deposite about 2000 or more eur without any withdrawals cus I won at first and after that all games started to eat my money and lately all the bonuses i have got were measeley 1x - 70x bet which is awful considering i had to spin 200 to 800 times to get one, there are games i haven't still gotten any bonuses. I think i will use it for free battle of slots freerolls where i dont have to make a deposit anymore, 20 eur a month only... Otherwise i liked layout and costumer service etc... Maybe i just have bad luck, if anyone has some good suggestions where to play please do tell me, dont mind to play 100 eur a month and losing it, when it actually will give it back someday

i have just made my first deposit here 2 days ago. it is a very nice casino with so many providers too play.
the only thing that i didnt liked is that de spins and wins in a bonus are frree to play but the 100% bonus money was stocked and i needed to wager with my real money to release the bonus in parts... i didnt read wel before i deposited. cuz i am used to see the real balance and bonus balance together in the balance while playing a slot.
soo the site is great but the way the bonusses works is not rly the way i love to get bonusses

Videoslots was one of my favorites, and the key word here is "was". You can trust this Casino, but that's their ONLY UPSIDE!
Apart from their "Battle of slots", the Casino doesn't have anything to offer in return for your money (except from ridiculous weekend boosters of a few euros etc).
That also wouldn't be a problem, but you get the idea of their business running (and customer appreciation) only by the way they deal with their players! They just don't do ANYTHING to make you feel special as a player!
Apart from that, a site who has millions of dollars could at least optimize it for mobile, and make their search bar on mobile work as it should :D

Videoslot had great competitions and bonuses, but nowadays those are not so great. You have to spin and play quite much and prizes from that are ridiccilous. You can trust this casino!

I think this OC is one of the best if you don't always want to wait until a payment is processed because it usually happens directly.
Game selection really huge
really a great online casino ..
now one of my favorites
there are also weekend battles and other battles where you can grab free spins very well;)

This casino is where I spend most of my time, and money... It's a bit of a mission gathering xp for free tools but once u get to that threshold it's well worth it, with a chance to win something every 2 hours with 0% wagering you can't go wrong. Every game I've ever played available, 4 hours of free rolling every thursday and a whole weekend of free rolling once a month, this is where u should play. Lightning fast cashouts once your account is verified. Fastest I know of sometimes the money is in the bank before I've even logged into my online banking to check

Absolutely love these guys. Tons and I mean TONS of games, the hourly tournaments of every variety and size as well as the customer reps are fantastic. Truly give them a go :)

This might be my new fav. Casino. I Have only played there three times but enjoyed it a lot. I won a spin to The Wheel Of Jackpots three times. Nice with some unexpected x-tra cash when one are low. And speaking of low (as I was yesterday) there was a mail from them in my Inbox about The Weekend Booster. They had put some money into my account, so i went there and had 1½ hour of fun and won an x-tra spin on The Wheel Of Jackpots. Nice, very nice!
This casino is the top so far, and there is a ton of games to play. Could easily be The Casino of the year, it's without any doubt the best "New" Casino I have bumped into for many years. GREAT!

Played here a lot, never withdrew anything. Couldn't win anything. And bonuses are 0, every code you find you have to receive from them otherwise it doesnt work, and for someone who deposited there a lot I never got any bonus by them(no deposit).

I like this casino because of really fast withdrawal times. Maximum 15 minutes and money are on your bank account. Also that their site works so smoothly py phone is great. In the past Videoslot had great competitions and bonuses, but nowadays those are not so great. You have to spin and play quite much and prizes from that are ridiccilous. You can trust this casino!

Videoslots changed my view on online casinos. They really stand out from other online casino's. You really gets rewarded for your activity. Like Steef mentioned below, They used to send voucher codes on Tuesday for free spins but they suddenly stopped it. Then you had Casino Races.. where you get cash prices the more you wager which were paid on Monday and that also stopped. They introduced Clash of Spins that..sort of tournament where you Can get freespins but that is only profitable for High rollers unfortunately.
The 2500XP(2500-3000EUR wagering) needed to participate in the Freerolls is way to high(much) mostly requires lots of deposits
You can really experience a cut into bonuses etc..They took down the WeekendBooster('cashback') Multipliers on the Wheels of Jackpots..you almost would think they will cut into the Weekendboosters aswel.
I atill play here daily its just sad to see playersbenefits dissappear.
It was Videoslots that stunned me with their Lightingfast withdrawals into my Neteller! Always within 5 min. Where others casino's will take 24-48u to do the same :)
Still my number 1 casino to play.. but a luckstreak is really needed VS ;)

It is unfortunate but fortunately that this casino is the only one in the network where you can freely play any brand including netent games, it has some occasional promotions but no bonuses for players I hope soon that the changes are better and have more reasons to play here I recommend To my countrymen from Mexico.

I only started playing here recently, but so far I have a good impression of the site. I got the sign up package, which was pretty extensive with a 100 percent deposit bonus, access to freerolls for a week and 11 cash or wager free spins on starburst. I forgot to activate my bonus in the my bonuses section. I did not realize one had to activate it I thought it was automatic. Since I had read the bonus is only given in ten percent increments I assumed it would be credited after I had made ten percent of the playthrough in an ongoing fashion. I lost my deposit before I realized what was wrong and missed out on the match bonus. Do activate your bonuses before you start to play at this casino. And another thought in connection with this experience is what happens if you lose your deposit before the entire bonus amount is credited? How can they call it a 100 percent bonus? In any case I am unsure how this bonus in increments of 10 percent plays out, but I assume you can lose before you make it up to 100 percent if they give it in increments, right? All in all despite my blunder I would probably deposit here again. It seems like it might be a top notch sort of casino. And I have freerolls to amuse myself with for a week.

im playng in this casino alsmost a 2 years i have many deposits and cashouts, verifycation is very fast 20 min, cashout time is super fast e walets 15 mins thats incredible, bank transfer 24 hours also super fast, compare to oder casinos videoslots have fastets cahout times, live chat is very nice and pleasent they answer fast and resolve problems very fast.Daily tournaments freerolls you can play them if you have depoist min 20 eur and collect 2500 xp,when you play with cash balance you discover jackpot wheels(whells are hiden in the games, when you triger a trophy) and spin that wheels rewards are free spins, tickets, multiplayers for wekend booster, also every deposit have reward program when you play you acumulate points and you can get up to 300 eur in cash every day depends on bet size, every friday you can get form that points pure cash, also all free spins are in cash so you dont have to wager that spins.they some changes after neww year like a clash of spins and they dont send free spins via email like a last year, for me old format was a little bit beter, but in owerall this is the trusted casino you play and if you win you will get your money for sure.

Videoslots is one of the best casinos. All slots, cashback, a lot of promotions. -1 for slow withdrawals. All other things are 5+

This used to be my favorite. It has crazy a fast payout system. But they changed the bonus system and freerolls. They used to give spins every tuesday but that stopped.
Also the freeroll system is very hard to get. You need to make a lot of deposits to be eligeble. The live casino is new though but it has big flaws. Like they miss personel and in many rooms there is no dealer...
Still i give it a very high rating of 4.7 because of the payout speed and variety in games.

A little no disappointing as no birthday bonus was given after several 100$ in deposits

Even though the new license severely constricts them from offering bonuses and free rewards, VS manages to stay on top of the market. This is because they keep offering new and original ways to reward the players. SNG freerolls, "jackpot wheel" spins hidden behind random achievements, and cheap tournaments with so many prices that at least 25% win over €10. Still not perfect, but damn close.

I have had to lower my rating for Video Slots because of the new changes they have recently made to their casino which is sad as I regarded them as the best casino out there but they have fallen amongst the rest and are just another casino online with many overtaking them in my rankings , the tuesday free spins have been removed which was something that I always looked forward to during the week the slot race has been replaced with clash of the spins which really does not favour low rolling players and rewards far less than the weekly slot race money you won by playing slots weekly , the support have become very arrogant from my experience comparing them to the staff I used to chat to four and half years ago , hopefully they improve from now onwards instead of trying to fix something that was never broken

I have been playing for a long time and have tried a lot of casinos, but VIDEOSLOTS have such a good strategy that I have not met yet. I will only mention the best benefits. As you play the game, you are automatically ranked in the weekly race and you receive the reward according to your placement on Monday. For the same game you also receive a cashback and it is always awarded on Friday to your casino account. besides, you are still getting progress to higher levels and benefits. For a deposit of over 20 euros, you can access free rolls for 14 days. Super fast withdrawal - I've been at a higher level so probably because ..hehe. Free spins are without a wager. Unbelievable slots and daily news slots. Recently added The Wheel of Jackpots and Clash of Spins. Here's what you can win here. Tournaments during the day of the selection also with higher value in money. I was here at home :) Absolutely the best casino on the web. But you can only understand this if you have enough experience with other casinos. You have? I have played and sponsored more than 450 casinos so I know clearly what I write here. I have a lot of happiness because you need it to be the winner.

When it comes to bang for your buck there are few, if any sites that can hold a candle to the BOOM for your buck at videoslots. With the largest collection of slots to be found online, a generous welcome bonus, daily free spin battles and races and the weekend booster, built in trophies and awards, bimonthly all day battle events and more not only is there something for everybody, but you'll find yourself gaining extras every time you turn around, just for playing the games you love and enjoying the site.
In case of an issue, support is 24/7 and always very helpful. Videoslots without a doubt gets TheAverageGuy seal of approval.

Okay,so ive opened an account here a couple of weeks ago. Couldnt do anything before making a deposit. Guess i figured they would send a no deposit bonus to test the casino. It didnt happen. I had to make a deposit before i could test the games and see how the winnings are. I like to test each casino with a no deposit bonus before putting money in,but they dont have that option. I then had to talk to 2 different operators just to get my account closed. Maybe this casino just isnt for me.

Was basically my #1 casino for a very long time until I had a very bad month and decided to take a break for 6 months, they refused to pay me the weekend booster that I had accumulated with my losses. Worst t&c clause ever, punishing players for taking a break. Changed my whole feelings about them.

Of all the online casinos that ive played, im quite sure VIDEOSLOTS Casino is one of the greatest. On top of the free spins you get along the way, there are also slots tournament where you can win free money, weekend booster works like cashback every end of the week and casino race which will give you free cash at the start of the week ofcourse based on your wagered cash/point from the past week. I strongly recommend this casino, its full surprises..

Absolutely my favorite casino - BEST CASINO. A great selection of games, weekend booster - reward for playing is TOP, still reward for play - free spins, money etc. Withdrawals are super quick !!!!! Really up to 5 minutes to skrill :) for customer support is always there for you 24/7.
The one inconvenience - even though I have been playing for years, my deposits are very high - so I have a limit of 30000 monthly, even when I could be a VIP player. So great inconvenience - a little limit on month..

I love and I hate this casino. Played here only a few times and would have played more, and maybe even constantly ..
The first thing I want to note is that this is one of the best casinos I've ever played. In appearance, an ordinary casino with a pretty good design, with beautiful banners and offers on the main page.
My favorite gaming manufacturer is gaming, so in most of my gaming sessions I'm tweaking exactly these slots, but playing one provider more often than others, he certainly starts to get bored and we start looking for something new to your liking. And from now on the casino video slot in my eyes was a few steps higher than the previous casinos I dealt with. There is a very large number of slot providers, I have never met such a variety of games in any other casino. I was happy that there are providers like fast back and amatic here, usually such a combination of slots is not enough to find!
During the game you get rewards in the form of icons for doing any job on slots, it's something like collecting candy wrappers from beautiful candies: D just nice, but. This is something for which I love video slots.
But for that I hate .. Very difficult verification.

Yep, this is the place to be if you are a casino fan. This casino has it all, the best games, the friendliest support staff and of course not to missed the fastest cashout time frame. I love this casino and I am the number 1 fan. I played at this casino almost daily and still happy to be their customer. Videoslots has been more than 5 years among us and more and more people are liking them and those things I mentioned above are the reason why. Great job Videoslots, keep up the good work.

This is by far the very best that online casinos have to offer. Videoslots is exciting, with the massive amount of games available for players to choose from , you'll never find yourself bored. The freerolls and paid tournaments are plentiful, the random piles of free spins they email you and available for a player to earn and win are always in abundance. The graphics are top notch, support staff are always there when you need them and know what they're doing. The information they share with players from game payouts to personal stats on each and every game a player plays are an amazing option that I think every casino needs to have . I started playing here about 4 months ago and they are the ones that get about 95% of all my deposits now. The withdrawal time for me, using ecopayz is only a few hours wait, awesome speed. These guys are the best, new ideas around every corner and they keep on giving. They will be on top and number 1 for a very long time.

This casino is a great one and has every single licensed and working provider out there.I really enjoy playing here but i usually do low bets on this casino the reason for that is becouse they dont have reload offers or many deposit bonuses. The compensate that on slots battle wich offers you the oppurtinity to win freespins almost all day every 30min or so you have a chance to enter a slot battle.I dont like this kind of thing becouse if a lot of players join your chances are dim of winning anything.Anyway this casino is a top one fully licensed and well designed you wont have any problems playing here.

I find Videoslots to be tight on RTP winnings. Also the main reason for this low score is that I never once had an abundant cashout. Currently I closed my account for good!
The good news, the variety of games like Silver Lion and weirdly one of my favourites......Ted is still there! Also, free spins from 10 - 25 are handed down every week.....wonder if they still provided that after I closed my account

One of the top super cool casinos! And these are not empty words, but really true. In all respects, a wonderful casino, a welcome package consists of 100% bonuses for the first deposit with not a big wagering, constant contests, tournaments for active players, cliques, and also return a part of the loss in the form of cashback, there are few conditions for wagering, where they give a return loss without a wager, send individual bonus coupons for the first 8000 activations, also periodically on weekends they send coupons to a freeroll, a choice of different games and slots from different manufacturers. Good quality of customer service, players, polite and responsive support knowing 100% of their work, all this together makes this casino a fantastic place to play, a class to keep it Video Slots Casino !!!

And the fact that withdrawals don't take so long, up to 24 hours if documents are ok

High and quality customer service, players, polite responsive support. All this together makes this casino the best of all casinos, my opinion of the casino is top # 1 and it's my favorite. One of the best casinos in world wide net. The pay out process will be done within 2 hours. Support is fast and friendly and they got a very wide range of slots (maybe too many ;-) ). But this casino is just for players without a bonus. The bonus offers are bad because this casino just has a first deposit bonus. But if you look for a trustable onlinecasino and like playing without a bonus it will be the right choice.

To be honest, at first I didn't really like this casino but after playing and exploring it I have definitely changed my mind. They have plenty of slots to choose from. I find they have great casino races and fun freeroll tournaments. I really like their sng freeroll battles but unfortunately most of them are on netent slots which are unavailable to Canadians. They have plenty of rewards that are given out frequently as long as your a depositer. I have been given rewards on netent slots and where most casinos don't allow to change the game for you, videoslots does. Thumbs up to their customer service! They are very friendly and quick. If your a slot player then I definitely recommend this casino!

Cash back and "rake race" is awesome. You get some different bonuses from "milestones" by playing different slots and archiving mystical things :) One of my favourite casinos

I have been playing VideoSlots Casino for a few years. And I strongly recommend this casino. All the processes are done in a very speedy manner. And the Live support is very nice. The game library is one of the very best casinos. The withdrawal is mostly done within just a few minutes. And I like Casino Races and Weekly Booster (cashback) program too. And slot battle is also great. Good luck.

is videoslots pulling out of the australian market? i read somewhere that Videoslots were planning to stop accepting AU players as of 30 June. The change obviously hasn't come into effect yet coz i was still able to register an account there a week ago.... hopefull this means they have decided against pulling out of the aus market

I dont understand why people are voting this casino as 'awesome' or a 5+.. This casino has over 2k slots yeaahhh, awesome.. Live support is so bad, they wont give you a goodwill bonus or free spins.. The have the 'reward' system yeaahh, awesome.. Its just an average casino like every else casino i experienced.. cash back offer is the same as other casino.. race u have that in other casino too.. live casino is just netent, no evolution gaming or other providers.. I give this casino a 2 because 2k videoslots that's all.. live support is bad, reward system is bad, i will deposit again when they offer me a good offer in the future.. i guess not!

Yes, a good casino. One of the best. Besides good service, excellent bonuses with little wager.and often give free spins.

Nothing is perfect but it's pretty close. As Canadian user, it's my favorite website for the whole package experience...especially mobile version +++ simply the best mobile experience I ever had.

Pretty good casino but i dislike their bonus code releases as they are only limited to whoever gets their first.

sounds good, but it could accept deposits at $, not just in pounds

Very nice casino. Don't like the look of it but the features and functionality as well as offers are all there. This is where I usually deposit.

this is the greatest casino, very generous with free spins even if you never deposit just have to be quick to claim them, great software, easy to navigate its website, love it 10 out of 10

The tournament they run are great but you have to wager and deposit a certain amount to even be eligable to partake in the free ones.
Customer service are mint and happy are really helpful if you encounter any problems.

My best casino at the moment very fast withdrawal a lot range of slots very friendly support every tuesday the offer you free spins without wagering. And they have battle of slots

Great casino. Fast withdraws, slots work smoothly, lost of different deposit methods and chance to win free spins for free from battles. You get lost of reward at the early stages of your experience progress but reward become quite rare after you have got past stages 30-40(?)?

best casino of the world, only casino with the battle of slots , bonuses no wagering, more competitions, fast support, weekly race and cashback .

I am so disappointed with this casino. They do not have a fair reward system.
I deposit many times a week and never get codes. Know that players from other countrys have been given codes in the mail every month from December - mars - Bonus + spins. And nothing for me. Very frustrating.
And I am registered for the news letter.

no doubt my FAVOURITE casino!!! Im still in shock that its not listed in the top casinos!!! Biggest range of games availble on the net, over 1800 games and counting....so many providers, all the big names; Netent, Microgaming, playtech, Playson the list goes on!!! New games added every week if not every couple of days!!! Wager free on all bonuses and free spins, cash back every friday and on mondays casino race money...depending on how many spins you accumulated throughout the week! Always a nice treat to the start of the weekend and the start of the week :) Freeroll tournaments are great too, although one thing is you have to make a deposit of at least 20euros and have wagered 500euros throughout the week to be eligible (i find this a little high, and the aussie dollar is crap against a euro) but if your a frequent visitor like myself, not hard to accomplish. Can win up to 100 free spins all wager free :D Verification is superfast, and payouts are lightning quick..i use ewallets to deposi and im talking minutes for it to hit my account. I think the longest ive ever waited is 15minutes!! Its the casino to be a part of, i do venture to a few other casinos..but ALWAYS spend my big dollars here!! Videoslots FTW

well this one worked for me ,no problems with bonus codes , IF ONLY THEY WERE MORE OF THEM . might get to explore more of it then

Pretty muchyour typical microgaming casino with a few twists.Videoslots is one of the top casinos ive tried so far (and theres been quite a few), they have solid bonuses, a great game selection, and the battle of slots is ALOT of fun, but one of the biggest selling points for me has been the loyalty bonuses, ive made 2 or 3 smaller deposits and because of that i get free loyalty spins once or twice a week constantly.
Reply
Sadly you can only claim this coupon code if you have received an email from the Casino.Well that is what I was told . So I could not claim this time . Perhaps they will send me a little welcome email . Cannot say if the Casino is good or bad as I cannot access it .

I would really like to play at this casino cause as far as i have seen they probably have the best range of providers and the pay fast as well.i had experience only by videos of live streaming players and it seems really nice, but they dont accept greek players...:(

You can only claim a no deposit bonus (code MONTEZUMA100117 if you have received a promotional email from the Casino. Otherwise you have not got a chance which I think is a little pathetic of the Casino. It is not as if they were giving away a fortune . Just a few little old spins . Surely it would not break their Bank to let users of the LCB claim .

One of my favorite casinos, Fast payouts and they have a great cashback every friday and casinorace payouts every monday, and a lots of wagerfree spins depending on how much you play and every thuesday they have a voucher code to wagerfree spins. And battle of slots freerolls there you can win up to 100 wagerfree spinns.I recommend this casino.

I would give a 5 if they actually gave no deposit bonuses that are worth my time. And it sucks to play bonus games and free spins that don't pay more than a dollar its really disappointing to win 75 cents or less on more than 25 free spins.

The best casino, very fast withdrawal, it's 5-10min!!!

They dont have regular deposit bonuses so mostly no bonus play .
But they do give rewards for playing certain games.
i cant never get any rewards or free spins cause im playing the wrong slots ,you do get cashback everyweek and every tuesday freespins

For me the number one in casinoland, almost all gameproviders, a real nice welcome bonus, every week freespins (no wagering) and you can win really easy with the weekly casinorace and cashback, got no negative things on videoslots, also real fast on payout

One of my favorite casino.
Support players always at the highest level, a variety of games, bonuses and rewards stable. I wish you all good luck))))

I never like ever had problems here at all. Maybe, there is no goodwill bonuses available and only those Tuesdays spins but their Customer Support validate my documents and everything when I asked on chat. Which casinos verify documents if you asked to? None so it really changed my point of view on others :)

I personally have good feeling about Videslots.com site.
They offer attractive bonuses however I was missed with loyality free spins and free cahs vouchers until deposit.
I believe that you need to deposit at least once in order to activate all of their bonus features for loyal players.
Everything else is running very good and smooth, quality and big list of microgaming games including jackpots.

I wish I had found out about this casino way earlier than beginning of 2016 ...
I think I can honestly say that there isnt a better casino online! They are very generous when it comes to giving the players rewards. Best thing about that is that all freespins are wager free. And you can actually win freespins every day on a lot of moments in freeroll battles (ofcourse you need to be an active player to be able to play these freerolls) ...
The best part still has to come; The promotions they run (cashback every friday and casino race every week) are AWESOME !!! I dont know any other casino that does such thing in the way videoslots does. Withdraws are also fast; I never have to wait more than 15 minutes (24/7) before withdraws reach my Neteller.
I also need to mention their super friendly costumer service that is also available whenever you want.
No negative things ... For me videoslots really is THE way it should be !!!

My favorit casino, But when you become a active player they give you less bonuses and freespins.

Pure excellence: lots of free spins, casino battles, cashbacks, casino races and I believe the largest number of videoslots ever, except for Novomatic - but perhaps these will be added too? Lightning fast withdrawals, friendly 24/7 support. Smooth game play, hardly any casino errors. Top casino, really!

Videoslots looks great. This site has been on market for a very long time and is offering big range of videoslots especially from microgaming which is a powerful game provider. Here you can score a big win on the site being a part of big network, many deposit and payout options and secure withdrawals make this site very trusted and stable.
