Premium American Roulette by Playtech uses a double-zero table with 38 outcomes. The Premium interface adds presentation and bet-management controls, while the extra zero remains the main mathematical difference from single-zero roulette.

Layout and game features
The screenshots show a slanted green betting layout, chip selector and separate 0 and 00 positions. Camera and appearance controls are at the upper left; statistics and a star-shaped favourites control appear near the bottom. Our older review describes saving favourite bets and changing the view. These conveniences do not change winning probabilities.
Bet limits and version details
In the captured configuration, the payout panel shows a $1 table minimum and $5,000 table maximum. Individual limits differ: a straight-up bet has a $20 maximum and the five-number bet a $100 maximum. Treat these as historical examples, not an offer or a current limit at any casino.

The five-number bet has different odds
The pictured “Five bet” pays 6:1 and covers 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3. With 38 equally likely outcomes, its theoretical return is 35/38, about 92.11%, giving a 7.89% house edge. The ordinary bets in the table have a 5.26% house edge under standard double-zero rules. A premium camera view, saved chip pattern or results history does not reduce either figure.
Result histories describe earlier spins and do not predict an independent next result. Screenshots of older speed or autoplay controls do not establish their availability in a current release.
Frequently asked questions
How many pockets are on this wheel?
The historical table shows 0, 00 and numbers 1–36: 38 outcomes altogether.
What does the five-number bet pay?
The pictured payout panel lists 6:1. It covers 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3 and has a higher house edge than the ordinary double-zero bets.
Is Premium American Roulette mathematically better than standard American roulette?
The pictured ordinary payouts follow the standard double-zero structure. Interface upgrades alone do not improve the return.
Can one displayed maximum be used for all bets?
No. The captured payout panel has separate maximum stakes for different bet types, as well as a table total.
Can recent results indicate which number will come next?
No. A history panel records earlier outcomes; it does not predict the next independent spin.
