My first time Playing and depositing here, I met playthrough requirements after a couple days and was able to request a small withdrawal. It's been over a month and still hasn't been processed. Finally contacted support only to be told I had multiple accounts and they had closed it. Caution when playing here!

Proceeded wifh caution for good reason! I was asked for player verification before i was allowed to deposit. I claimed no bonuses and played. Won a small jackpot. Tried to withdraw and was told I had more than one account in my household and they blocked my login. No payout possible. I'm the only adult in the house and keep a strict record of where I've played.. Will not be playing here again!

This casino will take your deposit but the cost to play some games is unreal.
They convert it into mBIT so if you deposit 50 bucks it shows 5 but when you play the slot- you can maybe spin 5 times on the minimum bet and your money is gone! I don’t know how to explain it but basically they charge a massively higher amount per spin then ANY other casino does.
Say if the min is 5 cents- it still shows .05 but it’s actually in MBIT which converts to like 5 bucks or something like that.
This casino is a joke and they are making money of of people using deception.

This place is laughably bad the chat support is friendly but beware they will lie and say anything to get you to deposit I played a couple no deposit bonuses for fun and has really good hit on the second one, I knew I would not have my withdrawal approved when talking to online support I asked if i would be able to cashout they were insistent that after I made a verification deposit it would definitely be approved been even with breaking the terms

I used to be a big supporter of Crypto Thrills but that has certainly changed. They have denied three different payouts and they weren't even that clear as to why each time. Even though I barely deposit there they still garage me with emails a promotions and I've asked them to stop. I don't think casino is very professionally run so I certainly say avoid it at all costs!

SCAM WARNING CRYPTO THRILLS CASINO
They do not pay your profits.
They would give me a cashback of 10% of what i deposited but one of their coworkers made a "mistake" and turned it into a Bonus of 50mBTC and i turned it into 2.100mBTC, after completing the wager requirements they simply stated : Sorry there was a malfunction with the betting system, your bets are too high therefor we can only pay you 10mBTC and in our t&s we only pay out a max of 10mBTC.
Keep in mind i deposited 0.9BTC in total and it wasnt a problem when i burned 0.9 BTC with high bets.
Criminal charges will follow because i recorded it on my stream and 3K people saw it.
If anybody wants to join me in a lawsuit contact me, all cover all the costs.
it is clear that victims who fell for this should be compensated + damages.

Having multiple accounts is a serious breach of casino T&C. It is not allowed. It's better not to deposit since the casino has the right to deny your payout requests based on multiple account breaches.

The withdrawal times on here are very very long. 2 weeks plus minimum. There's always an excuse on why you didn't get paid when they said you would on any given day. I've always gotten paid, just not without pulling teeth. If they can change their withdrawal times to what it says on their website I will gladly change my feedback.
Their website states that all withdrawal requests will be processed immediately within the weekly limit, pending a brief audit. This process may take up to 30 minutes.

I just started to deposit here. I love how you get to play using mBTC, instead of U.S. $. It is tricky and after I had put it all back, I looked at a converter, to see how much I would have won, if I would have withdrawn. Well...I wish I would have looked before, because it was close to $1,000. I did meet the wagering requirements to withdraw and it was taking a while, most probably because it is the first time I put in for a withdrawal. Anyways, I just ended up canceling the withdrawal and playing it. From all the reviews, I am reading it looks like withdrawals can be a problem here and that is my main concern, when depositing. So, I will only give the casino, 3.5 stars and make smaller deposits, until I can actually withdraw from the casino.

Earlier this month (mid-Oct 2020), I won playing a deposit+bonus and submitted for withdrawal. I contacted Live Chat, found out everything I had to submit and did so. I ended up withdrawing the withdrawal request in parts, and played the winnings out. Yesterday, I had won again, and contacted Live Chat to ensure everything was in order. I was informed that my winning were void, due to my placing a bet over the maximum amount. I made small bets according to what was possible and never placed a max bet. I informed the casino Live Chat host of this. First the casino host told me that I had placed a 3.0 mBTC bet and that was over the allowed amount. I stated that I never played that amount while I was playing the bonus and deposit, and only played the higher amount with the remaining funds after the maximum requested withdrawal of 260 mBTC. I stated the highest amount I played for was 1.96 on 7 Chakras, and was told that the max bet allowed is 1.0. The lowest bet possible for 7 Chakras is 0.49. The casino Live Help agent then pasted part of their very long Terms and Conditions, section 9.5.
"9.5. The maximum bet amount allowed is 1 mBTC/33 mBCH/147 mLTC. Exceeding this bet amount could result in winnings being forfeited. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black. Players are limited to bets that do not exceed 0.86 mBTC/29 mBCH/126 mLTC per round and 0.054 mBTC/1.82 mBCH/7.93 mLTC per line when playing with an active bonus. Any bets that exceed these limits will cause all winnings to be void."
Note that according to this section, buried in a long Terms and Conditions, the maximum bet is NOT 1.0 mBTC as stated to me by the casion host, but actually 0.86 mBTC.
When I won earlier this month, I was encouraged to play out the remainder of what I had won (minus withdrawal) to compete for the Leaderboard. I was never informed that there was a maximum bet of 1.0 as told by Live Chat for this second withdrawal, but actually the highest bet can not be over 0.86 mBTC; which they will use to deny payment to anyone betting 1.0 mBTC.
I explained this to Live Chat and was repeatedly told I violated the maximum bet amount, even though the amount I bet was very small according to the amount I could possibly bet for the games. I have found nowhere else in the casino where the maximum bet for 'active bonus' is mentioned. And the 1.0 mBTC maximum bet that Live Chat informed me of is not valid, because a lower bet maximum of 0.86 mBTC is listed later in the same section 9.5 of their Terms and Conditions.
Summarizing: I won earlier this month, and made a withdrawal but reversed it. I won again, playing the same way and my withdrawal was declared void due to violating the maximum bet amount 1.0 mBTC. when asked where the maximum amount allowed to be bet is posted, I was provided with a small section 9.5, that I had to find in the Terms and Conditions. The section has an even smaller maximum bet amount for anyone playing with a bonus, 0.86 mBTC, to be used to deny payments to players following the 1.0 mBTC rule. I had informed chat that I had won earlier in the month and no problem was found, else I would have bet differently this time, but it didn't matter. I let Live Chat know I would go to the casino boards and post that it does not pay depositors

It is very difficult here to get prompt resolution if you have any questions or concerns. Chat has granted me bonuses that were not redeemable and gave inaccurate information on max bet amounts that ultimately forfeited several withdrawal requests I've had. They did resolve an issue I had but it took over a month, they are very slow to reply. I would play here more if they offered better, more knowledgeable chat, communications were prompt and information given was consistent with actual terms and conditions. Note that on any given game the bet increments go way past what is actually allowed, even if you are playing with bonus free money! If you bet over 1mbtc (please check before you ber!) you won't be able to withdraw and your deposit may be confiscated when you make a withdrawal request.
I wish I had known this before I played here!

Watch out for this place. Chat isn't always knowledgable- I was issued a bonus by them, played through the gigantic playthrough amount, and was denied a withdrawal no reason given. My attempts to reach anyone via email were unsuccessful. I decided to play here again (not sure why) and won 15mbtc off of my own bonus free deposit, requested a withdrawal and the next day I find they have confiscated my winnings but credited my account with a 50 mbtc bonus. I doubt I'll ever see any of my money... this place is a scam!!
