Banking Methods
Planet 7 accounts are in US dollars only. According to its banking page:
- Deposits: Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum from $30 with no fee; Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover from $30 to $1,000 with a 3–10% fee; Changelly from $60 to $200.
- Withdrawals: Bitcoin ($50–$2,500, fee up to $40), bank wire ($100–$2,500, fee up to $20), cheque ($100–$2,500, fee up to $25) and Coindraw ($20–$2,500, 5% fee). Card withdrawals are not available.
The terms set slow payouts. Each withdrawal can take 7–10 business days to be reviewed, then a further 7–10 business days to be paid. The standard limit is $2,500 per week, which VIP players may have raised, and monthly limits of $5,000 or $10,000 apply depending on your balance compared with your total deposits. A large win can therefore take months to collect.
If you withdraw a deposit that has not been wagered at least once, Planet 7 charges an 8% fee (minimum $4).

Responsible Gambling
Planet 7’s terms mention deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is requested through live chat and takes effect immediately. There are no self-service limit tools or reality checks in the account.
Licensing and Availability
Planet 7 Casino is operated by Primrose Media Limited (company number 15804), registered in Anjouan, Union of Comoros, according to its terms and conditions. The terms say it is licensed in Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, but give no licence number, and we could not confirm a licence on a public regulator register. Australia’s ACMA named Planet 7 Oz in its first round of illegal gambling website blocks in August 2020, and mirror domains such as 1planet7.com and iplanet7.com remain on its blocked-website list. The review site Casino.Guru records 90 player complaints, mostly about slow withdrawals.
The terms set a minimum age of 21 (or higher where local law requires) and prohibit players from Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and much of Europe, including France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
Independent complaint sites record a large number of disputes involving Planet 7 and its sister casinos, mostly over delayed or denied withdrawals and verification problems.
Our Verdict
Planet 7 has a familiar RTG game library, but its payment terms work against players: card deposit fees, a $2,500 weekly cap, a review and payment process of up to four weeks, and an offshore licence with no published number. We do not recommend it while better-regulated alternatives are available to you.

I have been a VIP5 at Planet7 and several sister casinos for several years. If I recall correctly it's been since 2010. They have the best no rules bonuses and monthly chips. a single deposit of $100 a month makes depositors at my level eligible for a $700 appreciation chip the following month - as long as I follow the terms - even then, based on my deposits my personal VIP Hosts have made exceptions and have been available to chat or even call me to discuss issues.
As long as you have the patience to wait for payment - they pay. My only wish is that payment was quicker - but hey, if I am waiting for $10K to hit my account after using a 420% no rules bonus - I am not complaining.

Planet 7 Casino has been a frustrating experience. The interface is outdated, making navigation difficult. Customer service is slow and unhelpful, and I’ve encountered numerous issues with withdrawals. Bonuses seem attractive, but the terms are overly restrictive, making it hard to enjoy the games or cash out winnings. Overall, I can't recommend Planet 7 Casino due to its poor support and problematic policies. There are much better options out there!

It's 2024. Despite having always at the ready deposit bonus coupons available for players if so desired, withdrawal times can exceed 7 to 10 business days. Casino can receive and credit deposits within 30 minutes. How come withdrawals aren't processed in the same amount of time?

Ruby slots this one and a variety of others are all exactly the same and took me about a month to withdraw after I won and they were not easy to get your kyc process done and over with. Definiatley would never put a penny into this casino after seeing what happened to my buddy. He never got paid for his real money winnings. I would never trust any of the casino's with outrageous welcome bonus offers. 400% deposit bonus is NOT any kind of bonus in my opinion. It's actually much more of a restriction than it is a bonus. Just read the fine print and do the math. That's ALOT of wagering you'll have to do without losing your entire balance before you'll be able to cashout.

I understand a lot of the complaints players have with Planet 7 and yes, their payouts could be quicker, however, I want to share my personal experiences with Planet 7.
I've withdrawn a couple times with them and slow, yes, but without too much difficulty or pushback from their staff.
The most recent payout I want to write about....
I'd been waiting approximately 6 days for a rather sizable payout when I had a family emergency that required air travel. I immediatley reached out to them and asked if they could expedite my payout because of my unfortunate circumstances. Long story, short, I was paid that day and sent an email of condolences. So, I gotta say, I'm sticking with Planet 7 for this and, I seem to win more on their site than any other!

well before i even knew about LCB and in general how to try to vet these websites, Planet 7 was one of the very 1st online casinos I found and played at and its the reason I am so stringent about the casinos i play at now, document *everything.*
I made a $30 deposit with a match with free spins promo; i ended up with $112.50 playable with the match boost + free spins on Sweet 16. As i was playing I noticed that my balanced dropped suddenly by ~ $100, They did not have any easy pop down with your rollover to check your progress so I periodically checked with live chat. When i got to the final ~$200 to rollover to claim some winnings I started to keep closer track to how much i was wagering to make sure i didn't accidentally blow through the withdraw minimum after completing play though, i had had that happen at a different casino and i was kicking myself as i still at that point never had any real winnings that i could withdraw.
I was spinning and i knew i was about $1 away from meeting the rollover requirement I pinged live chat to confirm, upon live chat verifying i did complete the RO my balance dropped ~$100, which I thought that was the casino taking back its bonus money, however chat also gave me a heads up that "i need to to continue to to wager to be able to cover the minimum deposit and meet the withdraw minimum."
I had the funds to cover the return of promo funds and withdraw prior to reaching out to chat support. The have since block my account so i cant even access their customer service. and because they did want to cash out what would have amounted to $70 winnings, considering I did make a $30 deposit. I have cashed out on this casino site a few times for a decent amount and was eventually paid. The payout time was several weeks and 1 payout took over a month after having to contact customer support many times which is not any fun at all. So I was a weekly depositor for a while. I still play on the site but not nearly as often. I was verified last November and right now trying to get verified, address verified which hasn't changed. My utilities are included and in my husbands name so they accept insurance documents. I forwarded that information with my name and physical address it was denied so I suppose I will have to take the time at this point to contact the casino by phone. Just not sure it is even worth the time at this point, the need to be verified every 6 months seems a bit bothersome especially when your information is still the same and gets denied either way.

Another scam site masquerading as a legit RTJ site. I have waited 33 days so far for a withdrawal of $2K. I have sent every bit of documents, even my bank statements (sketchy request). Every 7-10 my request gets cancelled and I have to start the request all over again. The chat reps keep saying they go in order and I need to wait for the final approval, oh and it should be done in the next few days. The games are fun to play, but its not worth it if you cant get your winnings. Be very careful, because some free bonuses will only allow you to keep $100 Max even if you win a large amount. Follow the rules, no multi account, no consecutive free bonus, and they will honor your winnings. Getting them to pay you is another story. You will get paid but it will take forever. They make account verification a nightmare and it is hard to get them to progress through the withdrawal process unless you hound them. Once you are verified and your withdrawal has been approved, the battle is far from over. Message them every week to keep the pressure on and dont be too rude with support agents. If you walk on egg shells and hound them for months they will pay you. Highly recommend only using crypto. They charge huge fees on card transactions.

So I have to start this review at Planet 7 Casino with fact that they did successfully pay me out a very decent-sized win. So I guess you could say and they get a few points to my book for that. Now as it goes to the timeline for my payout, my payout took nearly three months and it was a absolutely horrible experience. I don't even know why it took so long, the never really even told me but after rigorous identity verification and a lot of patience they've actually paid me. As much as I am a fan of their daily free spins for recent depositors, it just left too much of a poor taste in my mouth for me to continue with them so I've no longer game at the casino. I have played Planet 7 for several years. My identity was stolen, accounts hacked and they helped me set up a new account. I won't $1300 and although it took 7 weeks to get paid they did send my winnings and FYI it was on a free spin. Here a year plus later I have deposited several times like 5 and won $800. been almost 2 months and just today my withdraw was approved and sent through Bitcoin, my preferane. I won $39,800 from Planet 7 . This was Oct. 15 th 2020. They sent me two checks , one in Dec.of2020 and one in Feb. 2021. Less then 2500.00 each check. Now all of a sudden they want more and more info to wire it in my acct. They said no more checks. When I sent them an acct. checking, had $40.00 in it. Horrible place, the only reason I gave it more than 0.1 is because the games actually seemed pretty balanced. However the customer service is terrible, might as well be non-existent because they just send replies that are copy and pasted, and the issue will go unsolved for months. If you want to withdraw anything, good luck. I waited 7 months for a withdraw to process, I submitted all the verification documents, completed the play through requirements, and after 7 months of me emailing and getting no response they finally sent one to let me know it couldn’t be processed and gave me no reason why. Stay away from here, trust me.

Same. I was paid $100 on 1/19/21, my next withdrawl of $2300 was requested on 1/2/21, 25 days ago and $5000 more just after. Per their own T&C I should get a deposit per week. Planet7 oz - I have been trying to withdraw my $1020 NZ since mid Aug 2020. They will not respond to my emails and have closed my account so I can't chat with a rep. I tried the ph number you include above, but it fails. Do I need to include a country code to call it? I also looked at the Central Disputes system as outlined in their Terms and conditions. It appears very amateurish and doesn't allow you to add the name of the casino in the space provided!! I'm very frustrated. I'm dealing with the same issue, withdrawal requested early Sept which they approved, now claim has been sent to their payment vendor. Online chat service keep advising me wait 3-10 days BS and that they have no control over payment vendor meaning they cant escalate the issue. Other online casinos take mere days for payouts.

I wouldn't bother signing up with them. Especially if you're new and wanting to collect on the "welcome bonus". I've signed up years ago and still to this day not been able to do so. I contacted "SUPPORT" and I was quickly blown off. With more questions and zero answers.

Sounds like I am not alone in this. I have 2 pending withdrawals and having already been verified I thought this process would be easy. Nope. Had to email a pic of myself holding my ID and the days current newspaper. Did that a week ago. We are going on 3 weeks since the request for withdrawal and my "payout specialist" nor anyone else will answer my emails. My husband is going on a month since his withdrawal request and no sign of payment or info as to what the hold up could be. I have deposited more than a few dollars into this silly casino. I used to play here frequently because they offer some generous no rules bonuses but after waiting several months for a withdrawal I started playing elsewhere. My account had already been verified (which also too FOREVER) when I requested the withdrawal. I began checking in with chat regarding the status around week number two and continually was told it would be any day now. I never saw the money but it was credited back to my account at the casino and I ended up playing it and losing it.... which is likely the goal in making people wait so long. I can not recommend this casino if you seek a positive playing experience.

I made a withdrawal on April 2, 2020 for $700. I inquired about it many times and finally they said they apologized and expedited it. I got to check my account today April 23, 2020 and they credited me $50 and claimed it was declined because of a bonus. Which is a lie I only played with my deposit no promo codes. I have all the emails and chat transcripts to prove it. They are nothing but a scam.

Made the mistake depositing/playing at Planet 7 before checking LBC reviews. On 3/28 cashed out for a $1400
withdraw, sent required documentation to them the same day and asked if it met the requirements and let me know if addition info required! No response from them. After making two addition deposits with in a week from my withdraw request, I is was locked out of the accout/website. No response from Planet 7! DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!

this is the worst casino that may have received an email to open an account and test the site with $ 25 and then finish the wagering requirements, request a withdrawal for $ 100 via neteller, submit my documents. Today this day I request information about my payment and they have blocked me without any logical reason. I’ve only made 1 deposit here. I used a bonus code before the deposit. Then a bonus code after the deposit. Then I used a 2nd bonus code after my deposit (therefore apparently voiding this 2nd bonus being possible to withdraw). Typically a site will just not allow you to use a bonus code back to back. Planet 7 allowed it but then got an error when trying to request a withdraw. After 2 long conversations with customer service, that was the final conclusion and response that I could not withdraw the money made on this 2nd bonus. Then the rep just ended the chat quickly

I have been depositing and playing at this casino for 2 years almost and have made about 5-7 deposits, but have also redeemed bonuses. The issue is that I feel like the amount of deposits made overrules the small amount of bones claimed and not to have ever cashed out. I know it is on the Blacklist, but it was one of the first casinos I started playing with in 2016. But I'm moving on. Good luck to those that can have winning withdrawals and better service.

So I’ve played at planet 7 casino with a non deposit bonus, luckily after following the terms and condition of the casino and finished the play through I won. The maximum I can withdraw is $100. So right away, I’ve sent all the necessary documents on the January the 31st. Right away I have the system replying I will be notify within the next 2 business days. 7 days have passed without any notification or anything so I contacted the customer support through the live chat, and they told me I was missing some documents. Well so I resend all my documents which the same one that I already did the first time. This was on Feb 7, Again the system told me I will be notify within 2 business day. Once more I did not hear back for 5 business day I contacted customer live support then they told me my doc still incomplete. So I escalate the issue to the documents department and finally they approve it in 7 days. My withdrawal also finally approved on the feb 21 so I’m just sitting here to wait for my fund to be delivered. Oh and by the way I requested bitcoin withdrawal. Yesterday I signed in to check on the status and suddenly they told me I requested a check withdraw. I contacted the live support and asked them to fix the issue and I also provide them with my crypto address for the 4th time I provided them with it. They told me just be patient and they assured me the payout is coming. And today feb the 27th I tried to log in this morning all the sudden they locked me out of my account saying I have duplicate account with them, This is the one and only account I had with them. I’ve never play at planet 7 casino before, Somik writing this complaint to you guys frustrated and exhausted after I’ve sent all the nesessary documents and following their procedure in the end they refuse to pay what I’ve won. Planet 7 used to be my casino of choice, however over the past 18 months they have become a slow pay / no pay casino. They've gone from a 48 hour cash out to a 2 month cash outs, while many other RTG casinos have actually sped up their pay out process. So sad to see them going backwards in a forward moving world! I requested a withdrawal for my winnings in mid-July! I follow up on the request weekly as I still have not received my check and it's mid-oct! . If I had listened to any of the negative reviews...I would not have won, not one, but two jackpots!!! As many bad reviews as I see this is still my favorite casino! I would not suggest playing here. I used to love Planet 7 when I was playing for fun. They have a pretty goof variety of games, but most of them won't let you win anything over $10. They offer a lot of no deposit bonuses, but play through takes forever. I have deposited a few times, but no luck in winning enough to withdraw. The last time I played I said that was the last time. I used a bonus and actually started winning big, and was going to withdraw, but as soon as I hit the play through requirement it seemed like the games all went dead, and wouldn't pay anything so I ended up losing it all. I noticed that a few times before also. They let you play and have a great time until they know there is a chance you are gonna cash out and then they freeze the games. It is really unfair, and sucks for the people really trying to win. I don't know about withdraws, but judging by how they act when they think you might withdraw I would think that's not gonna happen easily. I wish they were more fair, because they are a nice casino easy to use, fun games, but not a serious casino.

I've won quite a bit of money here so and I haven't really had any issues with deposits or payouts. Planet 7 has one of the best progressive jackpots that I've seen and with the 4 deposit bonuses I was offered I was able to build up my winnings pretty quickly. After playing here for a while I was eligible for exclusive bonuses which I now use to enter the progressive jackpots. I'm a fan of RTG compared to other softwares as I feel the games here run a bit smoother and less laggy. Overall i enjoyed my time here and I've been playing here for the past couple years. 4/5

I actually played and won 1500, and though it seemed to take forever... they did work with me and pay me via Money Gram in 3 installments. I was impressed that they paid... and Robyn in the payouts department was fantastic as far as keeping communication open with me and helping me stay on top of what was going on with my withdrawal. As I read some of people’s comments for this site, it is obvious that I am not the only one who has had horrible experiences here. I do not currently play here anymore and I don’t encourage anyone to continue playing here. They have a lot of problems that need to be taken care of. I first noticed the problem when I was waiting for a payment and never got it, at least, not until after a good month had gone by. That is completely unheard of and I thought maybe it had been some kind of fluke. So, I kept playing at the site in hopes that it would not happen again. However, to my disappointment, it did. I tried contacting customer support and constantly received little or no help from them. It was as if they had no time for me. I attempted numerous times to get in contact with them and was met with little in return. The one time I was able to get a hold of someone, they left me waiting, telling me they would get back to me and never. What they do here is totally unacceptable.
