Slotastic is an embarrassment. I won $2,000 from them entirely unencumbred, not tied any bonus and every spin whether won or lost was played within their terms. Rather than pay my withdrawal request, they rejected it and told me I am limited to withdrawing $500 per week. THEN they rejected my second request stating my verification has expired. So I resumitted the same documents, and now I have to wait another 48 business hours. To receive the first $500 of what they owe me. It's already been three weeks since I submitted the first request. I am not desperate for the money so this is almost an experiment to see just how low these crooks will go. Embarrassing.

It's normal overrun rival casino. Pretty much all the same. My main dislike about this is minimum cash out is 100. This was my go to casino, I was playing here for over a decade, then one day they removed all match codes for anything over 199% match and jacked their play through amount through the roof. A little glitchy on my mobile phones. Not many wins and not very often. Tournaments have constant errors during play, kicking you out and requiring you sign back in to continue, but the game timer keeps running. This happens just about every tournament game several times a game.
Their missions only point is to get you to spend more money. Not much return for the cost and effort.

I’d give it the Applebees places of fine dining. You can go anywhere and experience the same thing. I believe they use the same chat reps as you’ve already experienced elsewhere. So this used to be one of my favorite casinos to play at. Used to be is the word here. I have played here for a few months and I finally got through a playthrough at was able to request a withdrawal. I was approved fairly quickly, around 48 hours from documents sent to approval to withdraw. Pretty painless really. I had my money to my Bitcoin wallet within 24 hours. All is well right? This is another casino that does shady things. I did not receive my winnings due to it being the 2nd free bonus coupon which I did not realize that it was the 2nd free bonus. It was several days apart. Why do you let me use the coupon then and playthrough it? I would think the system would say the usual "cannot redeem coupon, contact customer service"....

Slotastic is a really good casino that you can trust. They give out quite a bit of free bonuses and most of them come with a $180 max payout which is nice. I do not like that the min deposit is so high at $25 and they also have a very high min withdraw amount of $100. The chat is responsive and it does not take too long to get verified so that is nice. had a promo sent to my casino inbox 300% boost to play ALL SLOTS. i made a deposit and noticed that the usual real series video slots locked. I reached out to chat support who 1st said they were included, then didnt, then i was forced signed out and when i signed back in the promo was gone from my casino inbox. i already had a screenshot of it. they still refuse to honor it and what me to playthrough. after about an hour of going back and forth with live chat I had my account closed upon return of my deposit. I received the confirmation of account closure but was told it would take 3 days to process my refund. its now been almost a month and I reached out to the support forum here on LCB and Slotastic is again changing what they initially agreed to and now saying they are refusing my refund. This is one of my favorite RTG casinos. The verification process was a bit slow going but once I was verified everything was smooth sailing from there on. If you are familiar with rtg software there will be no surprises in that department. Their bonuses are not the best if you are looking for large % with decent 25-30 wr as I do. That being said I have had some luck here, and had no issues with my payout. They were not real fast, but it was within the time given in their t&c page. Which payout process is the main factor when choosing where to play in my opinion.

These guys have been pretty shady. The verification and withdrawal process was as with any rtg. . . 3 weeks to finally get a payout. oof. I won on a tournament and they did pay out the winnings, but now they've disabled tournaments. After depositing again i asked customer service if they could reactivate them and they gave me the run around saying i dont have any balance. Well in the 30 minutes i waited in the customer service chat i played it, now i dont think ill deposit again because cuastomer service is horrible and very rude.

Not a very good site imo. It gets cold out of the blue and your only chance is to come back later. Plus I see a lot of never get 3 scatters or get to bonus and now suddenly never a wild or miss everything in the bonus round. I can't say they cheating but I wont deposit here again as that money is ad good as gone. And I cashed once or twice and they took my bonuses away. It was not horrible and it was not the best.
