Uptown Aces is a renowned online casino brand which provides a wide selection of first-rate games, ranging from virtual slots to various authentic casino staples like blackjack and roulette as well as numerous specialty games. The online casinoโs website boasts a classic Las Vegas-themed layout with bright neon lights and provides players with the ultimate gaming experience from the comfort of their own homes.
The virtual casino is a relatively new gaming operator as it emerged on the scene just two short years ago, in 2014. Donโt let this fact mislead you, the casino covers all aspects necessary for a high-quality gambling session. It provides comprehensive customer support via Live Chat, phone and e-mail and accepts a vast range of secure, quick and convenient methods of payment.
Existing members are in for the royal treatment as they are eligible for a myriad of ongoing promotional offers and are granted membership to the casinoโs VIP Club where numerous exclusive benefits await them.
The casino accepts players from various countries around the world, including the United States. Registered members are provided with greater flexibility as the casino is also available in a mobile format, allowing players to engage in their favorite games at all times, regardless of their location.
Powered by Real Time Gaming
The operator has joined forces with one of the most reputable and respected software providers in the gaming industry, Real Time Gaming (RTG). The developer is highly-regarded for the quality of its games as its entire portfolio boasts superb, upscale visuals and compelling and immersive sounds that come shockingly close to what one would expect to see and hear in an actual land-based casino.ย In addition, the interface of each game RTG has to offer is exceptionally user-friendly and easy to navigate, while gameplay is hassle-free and smooth.
The quality of RTGโs game collection is commendable, yet it is to be expected as the software developer has a rich experience in this industry.
RTG is highly praised for its enticing progressive slots, the likes of Aztecโs Millions, Jackpot Piรฑata, and the Egyptian-themed, Cleopatraโs Gold. The software provider attracted even more attention and praise with the recent release of its โReal Seriesโ catalog,ย a collection of top-notch quality video slots with unique features and feel, allowing for up to 30 lines to be played at the same time. Naturally, many of the โReal Seriesโ slots like Caesarโs Empire are to be found on the operatorโs portfolio as well.

Games
As stated above, the online casino is home to an ever-growing gaming collection, designed to meet the individual preferences, style of play and budget of all players. The website features an impressive collection of the hottest virtual slots which includes classic 3-reels, a plethora of video slots as well as a nice selection of progressives.
Fans of classic casino games can indulge much to their heartsโ content in different variations of blackjack, poker and roulette. There is also a separate Specialty Games section where various options like Ken, scratchcards and bingo are included. Numerous RTG video poker variations are also present on the sitesโ extensive list of games.
Players who join the casino are provided with two options; they can either download and install the casinoโs safe software for free or opt for playing the flash version of the games.
Slots
Slots are often considered to be the backbone of online casinos as they are exceptionally easy to play, enjoy great popularity among players and often enable them to win life-changing prizes with humble stakes. Here, slot lovers are provided with the opportunity to choose from a vast range of options. More importantly, the casinoโs extensive slot collection is adequately subdivided into separate categories allowing players to find exactly what they are looking for in a matter of seconds.
Fans of classic slots should visit the 3-reels category where they will find popular titles like Diamond Mine, Double Ya Luck, and Jumping Beans. The most extensive subcategory is the one featuring 5-reels. In this section, players can find various RTG favorites such as Aladdinโs Wishes, Cleopatraโs Gold and Aztecโs Treasure. There is also a special subcategory dedicated to slots with special features like bonus rounds, designed to make playersโ gaming experience even more thrilling and rewarding.

Blackjack
Blackjack is an absolute must in both land-based and online casinos so it isnโt surprising the game made it on this virtual casinoโs list as well. In the 21 Games section of the website, players can choose between a total of eight variants of the classic card game. It matters not which version of the international favorite you decide to go for as all of them are equally authentic and enticing. The visuals are crisp, the sound effects are extremely realistic and navigation is easy.
Players who register tend to favor Blackjack+Perfect Pair, Pontoon, European Blackjack, Super 21 and Face Up 21.
Poker
Poker fans are not left without options, either, as the virtual casino is home to an impressive selection of casino poker games. If you feel confident enough in your skills and experience, you should definitely give poker a try. The game is quite demanding but also very rewarding. The online gaming operator has set up a nice selection of poker variants that totals nine first-class options. Some of the titles of interest include Tri Card Poker, Let โem Ride, Red Dog, Vegas Three Card Rummy, along with one that can trace its roots to Aruba, Caribbean Stud.
Roulette
If spinning the virtual roulette wheel appeals more to your personal taste, you would be delighted by the roulette selection. Each version stands out with immaculate visuals and sound effects, as great stress is placed on authenticity. However, all roulette variations are to be found in the Specialty Games section along with games like bingo. There is a total of five options to pick from โ American Roulette, New American Roulette, European, French and Multi-Player Roulette.
Dice Games
Dice games are also included in the Specialty category, but frankly, the number of options is a bit underwhelming as there are only two alternatives to choose from. Fortunately, quality is once more up to par which at least partially compensates for the lack of versatility. Fans of rolling the dice can test their luck in a game of Craps or opt for Sic Bo, which is based on an ancient Chinese dice game.
Keno and Scratchcards
Maybe you have grown tired of playing table games and slots? If this is the case, you can diversify your gameplay a bit by visiting the Specialty Games section where you will find several less standard options such as Keno, and always a popular choice, Bingo. The latter are exceptionally easy to play as they come close to standard lottery games where numbers are drawn at random. The casino offers a Keno variant alongside various bingo games such as the popular Roaring Twenties Bingo and Bonus Bingo.
Slightly greater diversity is at hand in the Scratchcards subcategory. There are a variety of options to make your pick from, most notably, Hot Dice, Lucky 8s, Magic 7s, Treasure Tree and 5 Diamond Blackjack.
Supported Devices
The virtual casino keeps up with the latest trends in the online gaming industry, providing players with a vast range of ways to access the casinoโs portfolio. As was previously mentioned, players who register can download and install the casinoโs native software on their desktop devices or enjoy the games in Instant Play.
In our opinion, the first option is more beneficial as the downloadable software encompasses a wider range of games and provides instant access to the entire portfolio. However, those of you who demand to be able to play from different devices, like public computers, for example, should probably go for the flash version of the portfolio.
Of course, in both cases, your machine should meet some minimal system requirements if you wish to enjoy seamless gameplay without any hitches. The downloadable software is compatible with desktop devices running on the Windows OS. The download takes only minutes to complete provided that playersโ internet connection is stable enough. The installation process is also seamless.
As the software is optimized for devices running on Windows, Mac users are advised to play the games in Instant Play mode. Of course, in order to do so, players are required to have an up-to-date version of the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed on their devices. Also, it would be a good idea to update your internet browser for optimal results. The flash version of the gaming portfolio works very well on all popular browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari (for Mac devices) and Internet Explorer.
To further its playersโ convenience, the casino provides them with the opportunity to play while on the move, regardless of time and location. This is a great option as it enables players to keep track of the latest games and promotional offers. The latter is mobile-responsive which means members can launch the website directly through their portable devicesโ browsers. Once you enter the casinoโs address in your browser, you will be automatically redirected to the mobile version of the website. Another way to access the mobile counterpart of the virtual casino is by scanning the QR code, available at the website.
The mobile-responsive version of the casino is compatible with all widespread devices running on iOS, Windows and Android. These include iPad Mini, iPad Touch, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, Google Nexus 6 and 7, Samsung Galaxy S6 and S7 as well as Samsung Galaxy tablets 7 and 10.1.
Check to see if Blackberries, Kindle tablets and Samsung Galaxy S4โs are supported on the website.
Payment Methods
Of course, in order to win, players are expected to fund their accounts first and play for actual money. Luckily, the casino accepts a nice range of secure and established methods of payment, some of which are suitable for processing both deposits and withdrawals. Furthermore, the gaming operator complies strictly with the most stringent security standards in the industry and employs special SSL encryptions to protect its customersโ personal and banking details.
Popular deposit solutions, available include Mastercard, American Express and Visa credit and debit cards, payments via e-wallets Skrill and Neteller as well as Quick Cash, Eco Payz and Direct Money. Keep in mind there is a minimum deposit requirement. Deposits are typically transferred to playersโ casino accounts right away.
Some of the aforementioned payment solutions can be used to process withdrawals of your winnings. The most convenient options are to cash out via Neteller, Skrill and EcoPayz. Courier checks and bank wire transfers are also available. The time required for the withdrawal to be completed depends on the method you use. The most time-efficient methods to cash out funds from your casino account are EcoPayz and the e-wallets Neteller and Skrill. Check casino review time, provider processing and any charges for the specific route; later wallet cash-out may have separate fees.
Meanwhile, courier checks and bank wire transfers require several business days to complete and fees respectively range per transaction. Check with the casino for the maximum cash out amount per week. Please note that if you are withdrawing funds from your casino account for the very first time, there is also a withdrawal limit for the first week.
Also, check to find out which currencies the operator works with, as transactions processed with any other currency will result in some additional expenses due to conversion. Conversion costs can depend on the operator, bank, wallet or other provider performing the exchange.

Customer Support
The support representatives are trained in detail to answer all types of inquiries and to cope with all problems players could possibly encounter.
Of course, there is an extensive FAQs section at the website, which covers all popular questions and issues. It is recommended to go through this section before you attempt to contact the support staff as it is very likely you will find an answer to your question there. If you fail, you can always write an email to the support agents or call over the phone. There is a toll-free phone line for players who reside in the United States. Keep in mind, in many cases players are put on hold, especially during peak hours when there are too many calls to respond to.
If your issue is more pressing and requires an urgent response, you should consider using the Live Chat feature, available at the casinoโs website. There is always a support representative on standby to provide players with information and assistance. The Live Chat agents are not only exceptionally quick to respond but very professional and polite as well.
Skype users, on the other hand, can contact the casinoโs support staff using the username Support_UptownAces. All of the aforementioned methods are available year-round including on weekends and holidays.
Licensing and Restricted Territories
Uptown Aces Casino does not name its operator or give licence details in its terms. Review site Casino.Guru names Deckmedia N.V. as the operator and says its claimed Curaรงao licence cannot be verified, and we could not find Deckmedia N.V. on the Curaรงao Gaming Authorityโs public register. In February 2020 Australiaโs ACMA asked internet service providers to block Uptown Aces as one of 14 illegal offshore gambling websites, and in August 2022 the ACMA warned software supplier Proxous for providing games to 13 illegal casinos, including Uptown Aces.
Playersโ personal and financial information is secured as the operator goes to great lengths to protect registered members and prevent any fraudulent activities from ever taking place. Playersโ transactions to and from the casinoโs website are heavily encoded with state-of-the-art SSL encryptions so that everyone can enjoy their favorite casino games without having to worry about safety.
Players are allowed to register with real-money accounts as long as they do not reside in one of the following US states or countries โ New York, Kentucky, Washington State, New Jersey, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri as well as in
Israel, Moldova, Netherlands, United Kingdom.

So got lucky and won 20,000.00.
I go to take care of kyc and it says should take 2-10 min. SOMETIMES it can take 3-5 business days. Well surprise, surprise... mine is going to take 3-5 business. Complete and utter B.S.!
They said its because some problem with documents but they dont know what so it has to be manually reviewed. Absolute B.S.
I never have a problem verifying. In fact, I just verified with thier payment processor minutes before and no problem.
The ONLY reason its going to take this long is because I have 20k to withdraw!
Takes all of the joy of winning right out.
These ppl suck. Now I get to sit and wait and sit and wait. No reason they cant verify right now.

Hi wh0079,
Sorry to hear about your experience.
Normally account verification should only take a few minutes, like you mention above. However, in some cases manual review is needed which can take a bit longer. In your case the document provided did not match the data you registered with, so we needed to update this. It's good to see that by now your account has been verified.
Thank you for your patience and congratulations on your win.

I finally got the bonus on this casino after pressing the button 500 times in a row and the very second I get the bonus they show a notification across the screen saying I have been kicked for extended inactivity. Which is impossible because I just press the button 500 times in a row without stopping. The very second I finally get the bonus. They pull this crap. TOTALLY RIGGED. I want to see the reason I dislike this casino was due to the fact that in the beginning when I signed up for it it said that Washington plays were allowed to play on there I tried the whole Casino I was able to sign up and then a day later I was automatically blocked from my account I tried to regaining access and I was mad by a really rude support person and I asked him why was my account blocked and I was mad back with one second please literally like 34 minutes later and I finally got a response back and it was because I guess I'm not allowed to play from the local region I stay in and it was just all back from then on no good no bueno8

Just another less than average casino. Not the best selection of games. Nothiing that stands out. Nothing happened to make me never want to play here again, but also nothing that makes me want to go back. Just meh

This one is one of those that have special skills in wasting people time. I registered an account, tried to activate bonus code, they asked me to verify email, after I verified it They said โMy account is not eligible for free bonus โ finally I asked them politely to just closed the account. In the casino online when there is a chance to communicate with someone there is rude to hear that you are not eligible for free bonus I think

This is one of the first online casino ive ever played. But i left them because of how long they took to pay me each time i won. They have nice bonus selection. Another thing i disnt like was how long it took to get verified

I didnโt cash out this time.. But I still gave a fair rating of 4.5.
The welcome chip was very generous and appreciated. And the max cashout from the chip is great if you get lucky enough to get there.
So just with that you are getting a great start.
As I understand they also have an app you can download. But I just stayed in my browser for now. I did enjoy playing here. And I would consider making a deposit as they also have a good first time deposit welcome package.
Of course I would have preferred to cashout, who wouldnโt? But thatโs usually a deciding factor whenever I consider depositing, if I was able to successfully cashout out and considering the overall process of cashing out, if it was problematic and the thresholds for cashing out are also given some weight and consideration.
So despite not reaching cashout, I might still consider depositing. Especially since they were so generous with not just the chip but also with the max cashout from the free chip. I feel like that deserves to at least be acknowledged and rewarded, regardless of skill issues or not cashing out.
Just my worthless two cents.

Uptown aces is a lot like Oz win they cater more to the existing player than the new ones banking is same as Oz win 48 hours to get your money on withdrawals which again is way above average deposits are easy they have very high deposit bonuses 30 to 50 or $80 not very many lower deposites on all this is one of my top five casino I have one money at in quite a bit

Uptown Aces Casino is a vibrant online gaming destination with a strong focus on cryptocurrency. As a crypto casino, it offers players the convenience and security of using digital currencies for deposits and withdrawals. The platform boasts a wide array of games powered by Realtime Gaming (RTG).
One of the standout features of Uptown Aces is its engaging tournament scene. Players can participate in a variety of tournaments, adding a competitive edge to their gaming experience. Notably, the casino hosts a monthly LCB (Latest Casino Bonuses) tournament, providing a dedicated event for fans of that community. This commitment to regular, exciting tournaments sets Uptown Aces apart. If you are reading his and haven't checked the tourney's out you should :).
While the game selection is solid and the crypto integration is a plus, some players might find the user interface a bit dated compared to newer online casinos. However, the generous bonuses and promotions, coupled with the fun tournament offerings, make Uptown Aces a worthwhile option for players looking for a crypto-friendly casino with a strong community feel, especially those who enjoy the thrill of competition. Overall, Uptown Aces delivers a fun and reliable gaming experience, particularly for crypto enthusiasts and tournament lovers.

No deposit bonus is nearly impossible to wager. Good game selection though and I like the site. Overall a good casino. Good game selection and multiple no deposit bonus but it is challenging to win/ wager/cashout on these. Easier to win on games after depositing.

I enjoyed the tiered VIP program, which felt rewarding as I continued playing. Deposits and withdrawals were smooth, adding to the convenience. On the downside, the live dealer section could use more variety, and some older games feel neglected. Itโs a reliable choice for long-term players but might not appeal to those seeking a modern game library.

I used to play here on a regular basis until I had a withdraw incident they sent me free spins to try new game in an email during my withdraw process I used the coupon curing the withdraw claim and that you cannot do according to the many rules I did not know that then but valuable lesson but with some assistance they did grant my withdraw so all good i guess.

I found the registration process at Uptown Casino to be quite simple and straightforward. While I wasn't able to take advantage of the bonus, the game selection seemed promising, although many of my personal favorites were missing. It's a bit difficult to provide a full review without having used the bonus, but overall, the casino appears to be user-friendly

Pretty dope RTG casino with pretty nice bonuses. I was able to complete the requirements on one of their deposit bonuses. I'll admit I'm a little spoiled by other casinos when it comes to KYC verification and withdrawal speed; but I got verified within 3 business days like their site says, and after waiting on them to process my withdrawal (took 48-72 hours) I received my winnings via bitcioin. They also have pretty good loyalty bonuses (free chip or deposit bonus mostly), a lobby jackpot I won a couple times, and they send you emails with bonuses you can actually redeem, like, every other day

Slotocash's ugly step brother. Not a bad spot. Bonuses are pretty enticing with fairly accommodating playthroughs but chat agents are a bit curt and something about the experience overall left me feeling something was off so I don't play here anymore

Run of the mill RTG casino. What sets it apart like so many other sites is the drawn out withdrawal process. I feel any online platform that makes you wait more than an hour for a withdrawal just isn't putting the effort in to retain customers. They all take our deposits instantly and should return the love

Uptown Aces, like its sister casino Slocash, has a really rich bonus offer. All you have to do is make a deposit here from time to time and the casino will reward you with free spins or free money after each deposit. In short, a good casino, but the cashouts process should be fast
Reply
This RTG casino is more than fair when it comes to the free bonuses with high max cashouts one can redeem after doing even a minimum deposit ... But be careful if you win too much... There will no longer be a free bonus in sight and your account appears completely dead. The casino has recently reduced their cashout amount on some of the free bonuses which is a bit of a disappointment..but this casino is awesome otherwise.

This was actually the first casino I ever deposited on. And it actually turned out to be the first casino to ever pay me out. After creating my account I claimed a free sign up bonus, lost it, deposited, lost it, claimed two no deposit bonuses in a row, I end up making through the play through on the second one and after verify my account, they granted me the withdrawal anyway even though they didn't have to, they were really kind and generous, as far as straight up, no BS, no funny business, 5 out of 5. Ended up taking about 30 days to verify my account, on several different occasions they declined my submitted documents, after resubmitting them over and over they did get approved, after that withdrawal process went just as advertised.... My very first casino I deposited on and the very first casino that paid me out, top five of my favorite. 5 out of 5 stars

This site lured me in just like sloto cash with the exciting promotional offers for new players. Superb welcome package but wagering is a bit on the high side for me. The promotions are plenty if you keep losing your straight money deposits but as soon as you start having some decent paydays, the casino management starts restricting free play, match bonus offers which is not to my liking. Verification was simple and quick but the cashouts always tend to be on the slow side. Good customer support though.

I like the name uptown sounds cool . I remember it Ive played for awhile, lots of fun, played games for hours, learning still everything went good, was helped by support feedback5

it is a well working online casino site in old school style but after depositing somtime, all in all about $ 150 in several weeks, it was no more possible for me to claim any bonus, wether a free bonus nor any deposit bonus. I asked live- chat because of the reason and they said to me that they do not have to tell me the reason. It was the same thing as at Sloto Cash, their sister casino. I also did not start any withdrawal request at Uptown Aces so i don't understand this, perhaps other players have more luck with claiming bonuses there.

Withdrawal time could be a little quicker personally. But thatโs it thatโs what instant withdrawal casinos do to you. They allow you to overlook casinos that donโt do that even though theyโre very great casinos

This site is just like the rest. If you are cashing-out then you will lose your bonuses, and then it's no fun playing there anymore. They weed out the winners. We put up the money, the risk, and if we can overcome, and beat the WR, then we are punished for it!!!

Along with Casino Brango, this one is my go-to for RTG games. The only thing keeping it from getting five stars is that their mobile interface weirds we out a little bit, but their browser interface on my laptop just isn't sized or centered properly when you actually get into the games. It looks fine on the Windows app, however.

This casino is with planet 7 and I wouldn't trust them. When playing at this casino with just free chips I would do very well and win a lot. As soon as I started depositing I also stopped winning. Also, like many other casinos I have played at, after making a deposit I stopped getting any decent bonus offers.

I have had 2 withdrawals from this casino. The verification process was quick and from the time I requested my withdrawal, it was In my bank account the following week. Unlike other casinos that take over a week just to confirm your withdrawal.

Good casino all around. Payouts between 24-72 hours are ok but not great. They make up for it with great non-sticky bonuses and no deposit bonuses with the highest max cashout around ($500) Definitely worth playing here

I really like this one and it's sister casino I'm a fan of the rtg platform and that's what they offer here

Hi quball,
We had similar complaints if you want us to check on the progress of your withdrawal please let me know. I'll also send you a private message with the link if you want to post your complaint.

Ya they have always been solid at paying out in 72hrs. Untill 2021. I have had 2 payout requests so far this year and the first one ($400) took almost 3 weeks (They said I had to send a new set of documents after 5 years of playing there!!-What a Joke) and the 2nd one ($1,030.00) is still pending after 4 days.

This use to be my favorite favorite casino that accepts credit card deposits. In the past, if I cash out on Monday with bitcoin I would receive my winnings Thursday morning. My current cash out is still pending review and it should've been processed yesterday.

I have made a very small deposit, after that I have played a free bonus. I won 500$. Even my deposit was below $20, they made an exception and they paid me the free bonus winnings.
Uptown Aces casino is a very reputable casino! Great support team! Regarding the reliability and timeliness of payments they are definitely on top.

I have right here but I don't continuously I've heard nothing but good things about it so I wouldn't steer clear just maybe you want to try out. I'll try them all out to find out which one you like

I played here a lot. Yes they payout, but for me not enough to want to keep playing here.

I don't care for this casino waste of time and money there bonuses you don't win anything and all around bad exsperience.

72 Hours for an E-wallet cashout??? Come on, give me a break guys! This is 2020! I gave a homeless guy $5 the other day to his ewallet within a fraction of a second just by placing our phones NEAR each other. There is no excuse for you all hanging on to our hard earned Cashola for 3 days!

It lets you have playback, you can win a decent amount of money and it only takes like a week or two at the most to get back, in bitcoin three days. on bitcoin I guess it has all the games and especially to use a computer thereโs more games available. customer service is pretty good if you went to much they cut you off your bonuses though thatโs the bad thing about it.

2 importants points:
1- you can withdraw money only once ร week
2- itseems that their 'VIP' program works funny, the more you play, the less free bonus you get, ...strange casino.
For this 2 reasons, i think i will stop to play in this casino

I tried their mobile version of site and was really disapointed , very laggy and slow , didnt have good experience .

I just made my first deposit at this casino and what do you know I happen to win, not alot just a few hundred but I had not yet been verified so they would not let me cashout just yet and since it was the weekend I would have to wait until the next week to be approved, well lets just say by the time I got approved there was nothing left to cashout .LOL I had fun though not a bad casino and im ready for next time.

This is the very first casino I got varied in and that same week I won1,200 jackpot in Plentiful treasure ! Payout did take some time but they have a load of bonuses to you to redeem just Incase you lose

Ok to play at i didn't find anything special about it for me can't comment on deposits or withdrawal methods as I have not made either at the casino.

This is another good RTG casino and its ran by the same people who run slotocash so its gonna be good. Always offering free spins promotions. Good casino.

This is one of my main casinos to play at, they have lots of bonuses and reward their depositors with weekly freespins and freechips. I have won a few thousand here and haven't had any issues with deposits or withdrawals. Staff is friendly.

made a few deposits not bringing anything home yet what i won i later lost but enjoyed playing here. They have many free spin and deposit bonuses to choose from playthrough 30X high but normal for casinos to have.but over all enjoyed losing i guess maybe next time

I played this casino only once, not with a deposit but only with a no deposit bonus. I managed to go up to 400 euro but lost later because I changed my bet.

After reading the other members' comments, I don't have anything different to add. I don't have any complaints, but I don't remember any wonderful moments either. I am keeping them off my spam list, at least. Bonus was no trouble .

I love playing at this casino. This is one of my regular casinos I play at every day usually. The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal , they are always so kind of helpful! I have won a lot of times here at this casino and the games are always a lot of fun. They are always adding new games which is a huge plus so the casino doesnt get boring. i highly recommend this casino because it is very fair and the customer service is always on top of it.

Well, who doesn't love a good free chip when they sign up? Though I dare say everyone loves a good free chip more when they actually get to do a little something with it. Up town aces is a clone of a bunch of the sites you'll find in the no deposit bonus section here, and it's no different from the rest. You'll get a few bucks to throw around, but i'd be amazed if anyone made it through the rollover process. I wonder if these casinos are ever confused when people don't rush to deposit after using their free chips? I certainly do when I had a crazy winning experience using mine, because even though in the back of my head I think, "i was only winning with that because I couldn't withdraw yet", but the gambler in me wants to believe that "just maybe..."
I didn't deposit at uptown aces after playing my free chip.

I've been verified here for a long time with many easy deposits and withdrawals. I was a little nervous after winning my first jackpot ever and starting the process to receive my $3000, having read horror stories about other sites. But, the only inconvenient part of the process was having to wait another week or so after getting the foreign check for it to credit to my account. Staff is always friendly as you can find & wait time for support has improved tremendously in the past year or so. The big downside now however, is that because of my one big win a year ago, I'm still not eligible for bonuses most others are, despite my ap. 50 deposits since.

I highly recommend Uptown Aces! They are just as good as Slotocash (I believe their sister casino). Great coupons and customer service. The verification process is fast. Payout is not immediate, but pretty fast compared to other casinos. I've cashed out a few times and received within three business days. I will say, each time I asked for an estimated time to receive my payout, I received it on or before the date they gave me.
Highly recommend Uptown Aces!

They have the best bonuses or at least some of the best bonuses but I had to deposits that just never showed up when using crypto. Now the next day they made it right you know it can be irritating one you feel like playing and you can't until the next day

This casino group has had to deal with quite a few complaints but go out of their way to find a solution to retain and keep their clients happy.
Verification is quick and winnings are processed on time everytime.
I am glad to have discovered this forum and this casino group as I do sometimes win and cashout from the decent bonuses on offer.
Thank you LCB and I hope that this csino group keeps up the high standards.

Another casino that's in my top 5 is uptown aces and her sister casino uptown pokies!
Fast withdrawals 2-5 business days the lovely staff that work at uptown are super friendly always asking how your day is which always helps the mood!
Wicked bonuses and free spins as well.

Simple lovely online casino with nice old school slots.
The payout / RTP is actually really really really good/impressive compared to big names in the online casino business..
And the best part (what i didn't expect at all).. You'll actually receive your money if you manage to wager the bonus lol
Perfect

Not horrible at all. Alot like slotocash. Similar promotions and free spins. Has a mediocre cashout time frame, 3-4 days. I prefer casino extreme or casino Brango as the cashouts are instant. Who wants to wait forever for a cashout. Casinos receive our deposits instantly, we should get our winnings just as fast.

This is a good casino - but nothing more - not alot of different games like its sister site

They do have very good bonuses for deposit but I made a deposit in litecoin for a small amount $25 worth and wanted to use one of the bonus deposits with it. When I copy and pasted the address they provided, hours went by and my deposit still was not present. So on coinbase it shows my deposit was verified and when I looked on to the blockchain cypher website the transaction was completed but when I look closely on the litecoin explorer cypher, it seems that the amount that I deposited went to an address that started with a 3 as if it was a Bitcoin address. I asked them about it repeatedly in the chat support and when I went to give them a screenshot of the blockchain proof of payment it would kick me out of the chat which was just a software glitch. but it just blows my mind that they're telling me that I have to wait till Wednesday or Thursday Wednesday at the earliest to get my money back you would think a casino with the money and resources they have which is comp the player $25 until proof of the payment went through. That's what's nice about blockchain is that there's no arguing where the money went. No I don't know how in the hell it was sent to a Bitcoin address, but that's really not my issue I sent it to the address that was on their website I even double-checked and triple checked all this to make sure I didn't send it to one on accident it was something in there software that did it so for new players out there I WOULD NOT DEPOSIT WITH LITECOIN. JUST USE BITCOIN BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY SOMEWHERE IN THEIR CASHIER SOFTWARE IT DID NOT DO IT CORRECTLY . But what worries me is how I was treated over the deposit of $25 because how would they act if I deposited a thousand or wanted to withdraw thousand. I screenshotted the chat sessions with them and the proof of payment so if anyone would like to see it I will post it

Sister casino of slotocash and has similar promotions and bonuses , tournaments i like the welcome bonus and free chips but your need deposit frequently.

Just because my favorites casino is a RTG powered casino doesn't mean that RTG software is my favorite. It isn't by a long shot. So this casino is ok. But if you aren't like Extreme or Brango and you don't have immediate payouts then you are just another cookie cutter RTG casino. That is kind of the way I feel about it anyway.

There is many bonuses to find to this casino! But again the play through for the most of the bonusses is in the high end. Some nice games and easy to navigate on the casino site.

I love playing here alot of different bonuses change regularly, verification was smooth and my first withdrawl also was made in a timely manner and without issue. Very enjoyable experience here

Uptown Aces is one of the best casinos to play online. The match and free spin bonuses are large and the playback feels like it gives you more time to play. They also have a pretty funny magazine that I like to read as it has a calendar, stories and interactive seek and finds. Loyalty rewards are extensive and it has a great platform.

uptown aces and it's sister sites are by far my favorite. easy deposits, friendly service, multiple bonus options, never had an issue with a payout, though I wish they would bring the money gram withdrawal option back

A trustful realtime casino, with a very nice and nice support, with a lot of deposit bonus , my best choice for realtime gaming casinos.

I wasn't able to get the 100 spins. They ended up giving me a $10 credit which was good as well. The customer support was great. I didn't win anything but still had a good time. All in all, I enjoyed the experience.

I have deposited at Uptown Aces and slotocash and fairgo for a while. I've never won until this year . I have won two different times 1500 on uptown and 600 fairgo. Now those casinos won't let me get any coupons . I mean I can get really crappy coupons. I asked why and they said it's because I'm a winner now even though I deposited hundreds of times I never won anything. This was my first time. I don't understand this policy.
They want to lose me as a customer. I am being punished for withdrawing? It is completely ignorant to me that they would rather me go to a different casino than give me the same coupons as everyone else receives!!
So thats what I will do! I will go to the ones that have better coupons. I have withdrew at Intertops and Lincoln and was not punished for doing so, So goodbye Fairgo and uptown aces! This policy of punishing your customers for withdrawing just cost you alot more than the withdraw!!!
I know that this is not a policy of all casinos. It may be just for the sister sites of Slotocash, Uptown Aces, Uptown pokies, and fair go. They need to change this because it makes no sense at all. The land based casinos reward the winners. I really feel like I have been punished because I followed all the rules and withdrew.

I like it because they handle good promotions and also have a good loyalty reward system and if you lose any deposit bonus they have a second chance with up to a free chip of 50 or 100 usd depending on the case of the previous deposit you made, the bonus etc. I like it

Just received my first (and hopefully not my only!) withdrawal from Uptown Aces. The verification process was easy and only took a few business days to get confirmation that my documents were approved. I made the withdrawal request on a Friday, and the money was in my Bitcoin account by Monday. Fun casino, with lots of games. Tons of deposit match offers. Customer service is top notch.
Highly recommend Uptown Aces.

Slow withdrawal times. Bonuses with a lot of rules and fine print. Nothing that stands out to make this casino worth playing

OK, HERE IS AN UPDATE TO MY WITHDRAWAL THAT FINALLY CAME FROM UPTOWN ACES. At the end of the day...between their system, and non working emails, chats and asking LCB to get involved, the hard truth is my 24-48 hour withdrawal to bitcoin took waaaaaaaaaay more than the 24-48 hours. I am not sure if I will give them a second chance? Perhaps I might check around. THANKS Tania, and all for your help.

Some one said, when security, sent you a verify email? you emailed back security, that is your problem........if you want help> email security.......holy moly, I am so very upset now........I am hoping that SOMEONE FROM UPTOWN ACES WILL FINALLY PUSH THE BUTTON AND TRANSFER MY WINNINGS, VIA BITCOIN AS REQUESTED OVER A WEEK AGO..........repeatedly. I kept reversing and asking because they NEVER DID WHAT THEY SAID IN THE 24 TO 48 HOUR WINDOW. Does anyone have any suggestions? and notice, tania, who asked me over 8 hours ago to send her a message? used my user name and asked me to send her my user name............what am I missing here? Not a bad casino used a no deposit bonus code to play because I was unsure of the casino, haven't yet deposited money into it. They always have bonuses and no deposit bonuses but can only redeem so many

Good RTG casino..not as loose(so far) as others like Slotastic and Slotocash but have made two withdrawals so far without a hitch using check. Nice max cashout of 500 on free chips and cash.
