Slotastic is an established online casino operator which stays true to its name and offers a nice range of world-class slots courtesy of respected software developer RealTime Gaming.
The focus here is indeed on slots, with players being able to choose from hundreds of bespoke titles, which boast different themes and features. There are options to suit all preferences, styles of play, and bankroll sizes as the casino offers both classic one-arm bandits and more advanced video slots as well as games with progressive jackpots that can change players’ lives overnight.
It may have borrowed its name from everyone’s favorite one-arm bandits but this by no means should cause players to jump to the conclusion the casino has nothing else to offer. Quite the contrary, the library features a number of other premium options, including iconic table games like roulette, poker, craps and blackjack, as well as various arcade games like Keno and many video poker variants.
The casino attracts players from a great number of countries with its easy-to-navigate, well-organized, and vividly colored website. Yet, great visual appearance and hassle-free navigation are hardly the only positives of joining the vast community here. The casino has a number of other perks to offer to enthusiastic players, including very time-efficient and friendly customer support, the option to play on the go on widespread smartphones and tablets, fair payouts, and numerous promotional incentives to keep both new and existing customers happy.
Software by RealTime Gaming
This casino operator went online back in 2009, after partnering with world-renowned casino software provider RealTime Gaming, also vastly known as RTG. Their partnership has proved to be long and extremely productive, not to mention it has attracted the interest of hundreds of thousands of players who have come to associate RTG with seamless gameplay and user-friendly interface.
This is anything but surprising considering RealTime Gaming is one of the oldest and best known developers of premium casino software on the online gambling scene. The company was founded almost twenty years ago, in 1998, and quickly built an enviable reputation among players and casino industry insiders alike, a reputation it successfully maintains to this very day.
At RTG, they claim to “Take gaming seriously” and it truly shows in the quality of their products. Each game that bears the brand name of “RealTime Gaming” is instantly recognizable with its flashy colors, life-like audio effects, and sleek animations. What is more, players who open their accounts here will benefit from a variety of useful features RTG games normally boast, including flexible betting limits and lots of cool bonus rounds.

Games Selection
As was previously mentioned, the operator focuses primarily on slots and has plenty to offer in that particular department. In fact, there are so many titles in the casino’s slot collection that even the most avid reel fans can remain on the edge of their seats for hours on end.
More importantly, new titles are added regularly, so the casino’s content library is constantly growing. Players are presented with two different options as the casino offers free downloadable software but also supports Instant Play.
Video Slots
The online casino’s gaming collection comprises over 300 games and the majority of these are indeed slots. Players get to make a pick from an impressive arsenal of classic and five-reel titles but it is the selection of Real Series slots that attracts hordes of reel enthusiasts to the website.
Naturally, these games are unique only to casinos running on RTG’s software but what is more important, players get the chance to collect random jackpots. This may not sound like anything new to those unfamiliar with RTG’s Real Series slots but the games are unique in that one is not required to line up a particular combination of symbols across the reels in order to collect the jackpot. Winning the jackpot is possible at any stake as players are not expected to bet the maximum in order to qualify.
That being said, the games in the operator’s slot portfolio certainly do not lack in terms of features.
Players will also benefit from multiple paylines, special symbols like wilds and scatters, various bonus games, multipliers, and free spins. Some of the most noteworthy titles in the gaming collection include Aladdin’s Wishes, Mermaid Queen, The Three Stooges, Goblin’s Treasure, and T-Rex.
Slot fans looking to bag a massive prize should head to the casino’s jackpot section where they will be able to try their luck on several progressive titles, including Shopping Spree II, Aztec’s Millions, Jackpot Piñatas, Cleopatra’s Gold, and the newer addition to RTG’s library, Spirit of the Inca.

Video Poker
Many players prefer video poker over slots since it is among the few casino games which can actually offer positive expectation if a good playing strategy is at hand. Unlike slots, this type of game is not based solely on chance as players can influence the outcome with their decisions. As video poker is a simplified version of five-card draw, it is suitable for players at different skill and experience levels.
The online casino strives to meet the needs of video poker fans by offering them a nice selection of bespoke variations, including all-time favorites like Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Bonus Poker, All American Poker, and Joker Poker.
Those who are interested in playing something less standard can opt for the Loose Deuces variation where the lowest paying hand is a Three of a Kind. Another interesting option is Sevens Wild where sevens can substitute all other cards, regardless of their suit or value.
| Logo | Name | Software | Play |
|---|---|---|---|
 | Loose Deuces Video Poker | Real Time Gaming |
Table Games
The online casino operator targets predominantly slot fans, its selection of table games is not extensive. This is not to say, players are left without options but the operator also demonstrates quality is far more important than quantity since all card and table games on offer impress with authenticity, superior graphics, intuitive interface, and immersive sounds, which are normally part of the unique ambiance of landbased casino floors.
Blackjack fans can attack the virtual tables of Suit’em Up Blackjack, Match 21, Perfect Pairs, European Blackjack, Super 21, and Face Up 21. One variation of Pontoon is also available. Roulette fans are granted the option to test their luck in the European, American or French variations of the game or opt in for Multiplayer Roulette.
It also offers several quality variations of the game of poker, namely Vegas Three Card Rummy, Texas Hold’em Bonus, Caribbean Stud, and Tri Card Poker. It is also possible to shoot the dice in a game of Craps or Sic Bo, but these can be found in the Specialty Games section.
Arcade Games
Betting enthusiasts who lack the necessary knowledge and experience to play card games but are not interested in slots, either, are not left without options. The casino offers a separate category of Specialty Games, where players can make a pick from various scratchcards and bingo games.
One of the most interesting options is the game Treasure Tree, where players need to choose money bags hanging from the branches of a magical tree to earn monetary prizes or more free games. Those who succeed in revealing three bags of the same color can collect either 500x their initial bet or 25 free games where the payouts are actually tripled.
Fans of number games will not be disappointed either as they are presented with several enticing options.
Roaring Twenties Bingo is a dynamic bingo variation where it is possible to play up to a hundred cards simultaneously. Interestingly enough, the game is played with 91 balls, one of which is a wild. Playing Bonus Bingo is also a great option for fans of this particular type of game. One variant of the lottery-style game Keno is also available in the Specialty Games section.
Supported Devices
The casino keeps up to date with the trends in the industry as becomes apparent by its compatibility with an extensive range of devices, both desktop and mobile. The desktop casino is available for a free download via the casino client which is only 1.4 MB in size so that players will not have to waste too much of their disk space if they decide to install the software.
Once installation is completed, players will be prompted to sign up with a real-money account by filling in their personal and banking information in the registration form. As of the present moment, the downloadable client is compatible only with desktop devices running on Windows OS.
Many members prefer to enjoy their favorite games in Instant Play. This allows for greater flexibility since it enables players to access their casino accounts from any desktop device they like as long as it is connected to the Internet. The website and games run smoothly on all widespread operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and Mac.
Some players have noticed the graphics and sound effects of the Instant Play version of the casino are not as crisp as those in the downloadable software, but this can be explained by the fact the games are loaded directly in the browser. Also, this would not be an issue provided that a reliable Internet connection is at hand. Speaking of browsers, the Instant Play version of the casino runs seamlessly on all widely used options, like Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera.
Mobile gaming is the latest craze among a huge number of online casino enthusiasts.
This casino caters to popular demand and enables registered members to enjoy their favorite slots and casino games while on the go. At the present moment, the casino does not offer downloadable applications for smartphones and tablets, but players will never miss out on any of the action as the casino’s website is mobile-friendly and can be accessed via devices, based on iOS, Windows OS, Blackberry OS, and Android.
To access this online casino on the go, players only need to type in the address in the phones’ browsers and will automatically be redirected to the mobile version of the site.
Scanning the QR code is also an option. The mobile casino features a smaller number of games, with players being able to choose from around 35 titles. Yet, all the popular games have made it to the mobile site, including vivid and engaging slots like Enchanted Garden, T-Rex, Achilles, and Count Spectacular. The mobile casino is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Players will also benefit from the easy-to-use cashier menu and various exclusive mobile promotions and extra spins offers.
One great way to increase the value of your betting session and potentially give your starting bankroll a boost is to partake in the promotional incentives of the online casino.
The casino also rewards existing players for their loyalty by offering them a broad choice of ongoing promotional offers.
Payment Methods
The online casino supports several trusted and convenient payment solutions players can use to boost their accounts’ balance or cash out the winnings they have accrued while spinning the reels if exciting slots.
Players can conveniently load money into their accounts by using their credit or debit cards by Visa or MasterCard. One important thing to mention is that when depositing via their cards, players are required to fill in a credit card authorization form for every card they have used at the website before they are allowed to make a withdrawal.
Those, who are reluctant to use their cards for online gaming purposes, are provided with the option to deposit via popular digital wallets, such as Neteller, Skrill, and ecoPayz.
Depositing via Bitcoin is yet another option that grows in popularity among online casino players. One of the safest methods for online payments and purchases is Paysafecard. This method is also supported here and is very popular among casino players but prepaid payment does not make a gambling account anonymous or remove identity checks.
One of the deposit methods, EasyEFT, is country-specific and is reserved exclusively for casino fans from South Africa. Players’ accounts are credited with the deposited amounts instantly, so they can join the action right away. Deposits are normally transferred to players’ balance for free but the deposited amount needs to be turned over at least once.
The minimum limits for deposits vary depending on the method players use.
Withdrawals can be processed via a range of reliable methods, such as digital wallets like Skrill and Neteller. Another way to cash out your winnings is to use international wire transfers but in this case, you will need to wait for 10 to 20 working days until the money reaches your account. Customers from the United States can withdraw via checks as well.
You’ll want to familiarize yourself with the specific payment methods’ minimum and maximum deposit limits.

Customer Support
The customer service provided by the online casino’s support agents is known as adequate, timely and rather efficient. The members of the support team work around the clock to ensure all inquiries are replied to and all issues are resolved as soon as possible. At the current moment, there is no section with Frequently Asked Questions on the website so if players need information concerning payments, software or promotional offers, they will have to contact the support representatives to request assistance.
Luckily, the casino’s website has a very convenient and easy-to-use live chat functionality, which makes receiving answers to your queries as easy as pie. The support agents are very obliging and work tirelessly 24 hours per day, seven days a week to help players. The weekends and public holidays are not an exception.
Another option is to call over the phone on the toll-free hotline. If you are not in urgent need of assistance, you can always reach the support team via email and will receive a response within several hours. The operator’s friendly support representatives can also be contacted via Skype at “slotastic_support”. Both the website and the support service are available in one language only, which is English.
Licensing and Restricted Countries
Slotastic does not name an operating company or licence on its website or in its terms and conditions. Review sites disagree on who runs it: Wizard of Odds names Greavestrend Ltd of Cyprus with a Curaçao licence, while Casino.Guru says the casino holds no gambling licence, and we could not find it on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s public register. In July 2023 the Australian Communications and Media Authority asked internet providers to block Slotastic as an illegal offshore gambling service.
The operator is committed to protecting its players’ privacy as all the information they provide in the process of registration is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with any third-party companies. Additionally, players can have their peace of mind that their sensitive banking information is in good hands as the casino has adopted the latest SSL encryptions to encode all transactions to and from the website.
The RealTime Gaming software the operator uses is tested on a regular basis and is proven to be fair.
The online casino is also a strong proponent of responsible gambling and utilizes special controls to ensure only persons of legal gambling age can open accounts at its website. Special measures are taken against illicit activities, such as money laundering, as all players are required to fill in a special credit card authorization form for all cards they use at the casino. Players are expected to go through this verification procedure for security reasons.
One of the greatest positives of this casino is that it welcomes players from the United States. However, there are some exceptions as the operator does not allow players from certain states to register at all. These include New York, Kentucky, Maryland, Louisiana, Missouri, New Jersey, and Washington.
Unfortunately, not all players are eligible to open real-money accounts at the website because of various legal restrictions. At the present moment, the online casino cannot accept registrations from the
Australia, Costa Rica, Mauritius, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom are completely exempt from bonus redemption at Slotastic.

No deposit bonus available for Brazil. I registered and received the bonus instantly and was able to use it on the platform.

Hello, I was just wanting to inform people that I actually did withdrawal from my very first welcome no deposit bonus. I don't remember what the bonus was it was so long ago but I was able to withdraw in Bitcoin my winnings after verification deposit. And verification of my identity and whatnot. So there's that for this casino. I would like to see and hear other opinions. If I'm the only one who has been capable of doing this then I doubt it. So people be honest and just have fun. It only play with money you have to lose and don't be a sore loser cry baby if things don't go your way.

This site looks like all the rest of them. I didn't do very well but I don't judge a site on that since there are a lot of sites with the same games. I am not sure about verification or withdraw and doubt i will find out. Minimum cash out is too high for me to take serious.

Slotastic is an embarrassment. I won $2,000 from them entirely unencumbred, not tied any bonus and every spin whether won or lost was played within their terms. Rather than pay my withdrawal request, they rejected it and told me I am limited to withdrawing $500 per week. THEN they rejected my second request stating my verification has expired. So I resumitted the same documents, and now I have to wait another 48 business hours. To receive the first $500 of what they owe me. It's already been three weeks since I submitted the first request. I am not desperate for the money so this is almost an experiment to see just how low these crooks will go. Embarrassing.

I enjoy the free tournaments avaliable to play most about this site.. well worth registering in my opinion.

Absolute trash. They offer their "World of Fun", but if you use two promos in a row, they void your winnings. They also don't approve or reject your payout request for 3+ days. They do not follow their own terms and conditions. Absolutely scammers.
Reply
It's normal overrun rival casino. Pretty much all the same. My main dislike about this is minimum cash out is 100. I worked up my 15 tournament win to about 60 then i couldn't hit a single win after that. This is the second time this has happened on this casino. Once you reach 60-80% it's like the games turn off 😐

Good casino! Great games lots of bonuses to choose from. Nice people on chat if you have any problems. And pretty quick payout time.
Reply
Average. Very similar to other RTG casinos that came out around the same time. Always keep in mind, like everybody says - follow the rules and you won't get burned. The rules are not in place to piss people off, they are there to prevent bad actors from stealing/laundering money. Just have fun, and check these guys out along the way!

like the free tournaments you can play, the games that you can choose are ok.

Not really impressed. Kinda generic casino like many seen before nothing that makes me want to play and spend money here. No real attraction for someone with any casino experience.
Reply
This was my go to casino, I was playing here for over a decade, then one day they removed all match codes for anything over 199% match and jacked their play through amount through the roof. Now they have put max cashout amount on a majority of their match codes, I am so disappointed and disgusted with this casino. They are more greedy than ever. I am no longer a VIP after not depositing for a month even though I was a VIP for about 10 years.
Reply
It's reputable. However I think that their wagering requirements are way too high for today's standards. 60x is nasty.
Reply
A little glitchy on my mobile phones. Not many wins and not very often. Tournaments have constant errors during play, kicking you out and requiring you sign back in to continue, but the game timer keeps running. This happens just about every tournament game several times a game.
Their missions only point is to get you to spend more money. Not much return for the cost and effort.
Chat people are polite but not very informative.

Always fun too play on slotastic, good bonus offers many deposit methods, and a very friendly customer service, they are also pretty fast with processing withdrawals which is for me personally one of the important things when playing at a new casino. The game selection is good many slots too choose from the site works fast and also smooth when playing from my smartphone.

This casino is one that I started on years ago and it's always been good, good (winnable) bonuses, customer service is on top of things and overall a good casino

You can't get through any playthrough it seems and I deposited a few times trying thinking this was a different casino I read about. What a horrible mix up and experience. The slots are so tight they don't even give the illusion you could win. I won't be going back here it's a joke to say the least. At least let me play for more than 10 min.

Slotastic has a very interesting loyalty program that can have huge benefits to the right loyal player. The site is good and support was quick and polite. Give it a shot and good luck

I’d give it the Applebees places of fine dining. You can go anywhere and experience the same thing. I believe they use the same chat reps as you’ve already experienced elsewhere. It’s slower payout that Extreme, Brango or adrenaline. Don’t expect payout same day or instant. Expect several days, emails, and your continued pressures to get the money you deserve

So this used to be one of my favorite casinos to play at. Used to be is the word here. I have played here for a few months and I finally got through a playthrough at was able to request a withdrawal. I was approved fairly quickly, around 48 hours from documents sent to approval to withdraw. Pretty painless really. I had my money to my Bitcoin wallet within 24 hours. All is well right? No. I was going to turn around and deposit some of my winnings back in. There are a couple of weekly coupons I really liked and used almost every week, so I was headed back to the coupons page and nothing. Not one coupon or promotion code. I thought, that's weird so I logged out and back in. Still nothing. Again, I thought that was weird but I got sidetracked with my normal everyday life and didn't get back in the casino for a few days. So I log in and again, nothing. I reached out to customer support and the only thing they could tell me is there are no coupon codes available for my account right now. I asked why? Again, all I was told there are no coupon codes available for my account right now. I asked if they could tell me when there would be any available. Again, there are no coupon codes available for my account right now. So, I came to decide, since I knew I had a page full of coupon codes up until I received my withdrawal, that since I have made a successful withdrawal I can no longer claim any coupon codes. This has happened to me in one other online casino but it was quite some time ago and I actually had forgotten about it. Anyway, when I asked the support rep why this is, again there are no coupons available for my account right now. So I will no longer play here at Slotastic. It sucks cause I honestly loved this casino, it's games and bonuses. But I do not like the way they treat their loyal, depositing customers. Coupon codes are a great way to play with a small amount and have a better chance to win something and if by a slim chance I make it through the sometimes very large playthrough, you take away all the perks i had before I withdrew? That's dirty business to me and I won't spend one more time here. So if you ever what to withdraw and keep playing here with coupons, I absolutely cannot recommend Slotastic. They won't answer questions and refuse to reward loyal depositing customers.

its a fun casino and I like the new world aspect it has. Never been able to cash out and kyc is hard to get through...at least for me

Another re-skin of the same crash bandits and friends this game selection is so one dimensional and so common I just dont think there is anything worth picking this one over all the other options out there.
Reply
I signed up and then immediately was blocked from playing or logging in. So I was unable to claim any no deposit bonuses, make any deposits, pass KYC and withdrawal. So that leaves me unable to leave an opinion on this particular casino.

Meh, like almost all the RTG casinos, payments almost allways take minimum 2 days for process, no matter which payment method u use, games catalogue is too a meh. 3/5

I enjoy playing at slotastic very much. They give a lot of freebies FC,FS, etc. I wish that the min withdraw via crypto was like $20 or $50. The withdrawal times via crypto could be quicker too it took me 2days/48hrs to receive my payout. Besides the withdrawal times and the min withdrawal amounts, I enjoy it a lot.

This is the best casino in my opinion.I have never been cheated here, I always withdraw all my winnings without any additional verification. I play here and told all my friends about it, I get a lot of excitement from the game, and that is the most important thing for me. The payments come quickly, in other casinos usually have to wait for almost a day to withdraw money

This is another casino that does shady things. I did not receive my winnings due to it being the 2nd free bonus coupon which I did not realize that it was the 2nd free bonus. Dear Cajunmama,
We are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed.
Please note that Slotastic's terms and conditions are very clear: 23. Customers cannot redeem multiple free-bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free-bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.
You've agreed to the T&C upon account registration.

I don't understand why this casino gets such a bad rap I've deposited there and played multiple times and even cashed out I had no issues I think that their Cash Out times can be a little faster I don't see why any casino now that accepts Bitcoin should take any longer than an hour to release the funds but to me this place was legit

Slotastic is a really good casino that you can trust. They give out quite a bit of free bonuses and most of them come with a $180 max payout which is nice. I do not like that the min deposit is so high at $25 and they also have a very high min withdraw amount of $100. The chat is responsive and it does not take too long to get verified so that is nice. I would suggest for other players to give this casino a try

these folks are real deal thieves.
had a promo sent to my casino inbox 300% boost to play ALL SLOTS. i made a deposit and noticed that the usual real series video slots locked. I reached out to chat support who 1st said they were included, then didnt, then i was forced signed out and when i signed back in the promo was gone from my casino inbox. i already had a screenshot of it. they still refuse to honor it and what me to playthrough. after about an hour of going back and forth with live chat I had my account closed upon return of my deposit. I received the confirmation of account closure but was told it would take 3 days to process my refund. its now been almost a month and I reached out to the support forum here on LCB and Slotastic is again changing what they initially agreed to and now saying they are refusing my refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE, even when you have clear proof of something, they will make things disappear out of your account/ the website to try and cover their tracks.

I was able to cashout $180 in crypto after using the LCB30FREE coupon. Got verified in about 4 business days and received my payout in about 3. So I definitely recommend playing here.

This is a dependable casino. Payouts are correct. They pay in a short amount of time. Once your documents are verified, the payout process is as easy as entering the information your payout option requires. I have collected through Bitcoin, check, and wire transfer.

Does casino was not at the top of my list but it was also not at the bottom of my list. Same games as a lot of the other casinos. Customer service was very insightful and helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. So I would say they had a very good customer service compared to some of these other casinos out here. I have not withdrawn yet but hopefully by The time some of you are reading this I will have one big and I’ll start the withdrawing process then. LOVE LCB!!!

One of my favorite casinos. Payouts are prompt. Many bonuses to chose from and cash back if you play without a bonus. Chat is friendly and always helpful.

This is one of the few casinos I trust enough to deposit. Never have a problem with payouts, and customer service is always nice and helpful. This and affiliated casinos have my trust and loyalty. Can't ask for more.

This is one of my favorite RTG casinos. The verification process was a bit slow going but once I was verified everything was smooth sailing from there on. There customer service is very fast and very friendly and has a 24/7 online chat feature. I have not ever had a negative experience with any of their customer service representatives quite the opposite actually. They are always upbeat and friendly and will go above and beyond what I've seen elsewhere to get your problem resolved. I have not once had a problem with their payout process and find it to be on level with most other casinos for timely payouts. The only thing I do not like is that you cannot deposit with a pending payout and they do not process payouts on the weekends. Other than that this is one of my go-to casinos. I've been a depositing member since 2020. Your money is safe here and you will get paid if you win. Just don't use two freebies in a row but that's a pretty standard rule across the entire casino enterprise. ?

If you are familiar with rtg software there will be no surprises in that department. Their bonuses are not the best if you are looking for large % with decent 25-30 wr as I do. That being said I have had some luck here, and had no issues with my payout. They were not real fast, but it was within the time given in their t&c page. Which payout process is the main factor when choosing where to play in my opinion.

I like slotastic but can not seem to win here at all . Not even on a free bonus .....not even win anything to play on a free bonus. So hope others have a better exsperience.

I tried to register at this casino. After registering and trying to enter the LUCKYPADDY coupon code, but without success.
If you see, there is nothing special at this casino, and it is the same in general. A minimum deposit of $ 5 can use Skrill. For the withdrawal process, your account is verified first.
Reply
I immediately sent in my verification forms once I decided to make deposits to my account. it only took 3 days to get my account completely approved and verified, which was quicker than other casinos I had done this with. Once I was satisfied with my winning to redeem, I sent in my redemption request that I had elected to receive via Bitcoin, as it's the fastest way and has no fee associated with this payout method. Much to my surprise, I had my winnings in my Coinbase account a little over 48 hours later. Compared to other casinos, when making a redemption, this was by far the fastest. Other casinos had taken an average of one to two weeks to receive any winnings. Customer support is decent. I had very little issues Slotastic Casino. 4 stars, ★★★★, out of 5 is my review from experience.

Worst Site on the internet. rap game play and Shit bonus codes. Avoid this site. Site with really bad Staff.
Reply
These guys have been pretty shady. The verification and withdrawal process was as with any rtg. . . 3 weeks to finally get a payout. oof. I won on a tournament and they did pay out the winnings, but now they've disabled tournaments. After depositing again i asked customer service if they could reactivate them and they gave me the run around saying i dont have any balance. Well in the 30 minutes i waited in the customer service chat i played it, now i dont think ill deposit again because cuastomer service is horrible and very rude.

A simple RTG site, with some of the nicer customer support agents I've encountered. Ive yet to make a withdrawal, but the bonuses I claimed were pretty great. I'm hoping this is another respectable site that won't just steal your money.

I like this casino. You can have a good time. Today I took a bonus on my deposit and it brought a lot of joyful moments. I put 4 only because they do not allow me to install a mobile application. And the downloadable version on my personal computer does not work. I hope that casino managers will have a conscience. And they will help fix errors in the downloadable version.
Reply
Playing on the download version is much better. You have access to tournaments and the games run smoother. Lot's of video poker variations. Lot's of progressive slots.
Reply
Not a very good site imo. It gets cold out of the blue and your only chance is to come back later. Plus I see a lot of never get 3 scatters or get to bonus and now suddenly never a wild or miss everything in the bonus round. I can't say they cheating but I wont deposit here again as that money is ad good as gone. And I cashed once or twice and they took my bonuses away. Except for a couple that you dont want because they are terrible like 40x wr for 30 freespins. But the playthrough includes deposit. So if I win $3 in freespins on a $25 deposit I have to wager $28×40= WTF
Reply
It was not horrible and it was not the best. The games are pretty standard compared to other online usa casinos, the bonus was smaller than most of comparable sites and the playthrough is a tid bit higher. In any case I was glad to get a free bonus and check out a new site, not sure I would deposit there though.

This casino has a fast payout as long as your verified. Basically 3 days total. They have a sister casino Jackpot Capital. This is the only casino that will put $20 in your account even if you never made a deposit there. Awesome and it's in your messages so you don't even have to ask..

Excellent! I would recommend them to anyone. They honor their free chip cashouts, and are one of the best as far as RTG casino's go. Wonderful bonuses for new players as well, sometimes as low as 10x wagering.

Slotastic Casino is a great casino. First, I have had many bonuses given and applied and a couple to cash out. I really enjoy the layout and feel of this casino. Great customer service. low withdrawal minimums and decent payout times as well. Nice variety of slots and table games too. I have done well with video poker many times as another reviewer stated. above average casino for me and worth a try if you are looking.

If you like to play video poker this the place to play. I had have at least 17 Royal Flushes so far here. Slots also are loose.Been playing here for at least 10 years.

Same is same old as with RTG casinos. They did really well with my payout though. Had used two bonuses in a row and I was unaware of that. But they said since it was my first time cashing out they would overlook he rule. It was fantastic customer service in my opinion

Nothing great here either in my opinion.. I thought I was going to like it because in the beginning as in my welcome bonus , I did awesome and i got to play a lot and for a long time.. ultimately i didn't cash out but since i did get to play so long and build up money, i decided to deposit.. after a few i am so over it .. never played the same as in welcome bonus..

I really wished I would have found them, and deposited, a long, long time ago. I've always had a good feeling about these guys, but just had too many irons in the fire to deposit at 1 more RTG casino. But, a couple months back, I took a chance, and while I had zero cash-out luck with them everytime, I still came close. I admire their transparent bonuses, timely customer service, and seemingly fair gameplay. Then, just a few days ago, the real test. I took a deposit bonus of $25 + 100 spins (no max c/o), and ran that up to $250. Request a withdrawal. In a matter of 3 - 4 days, I went from the request, through the verification process, down to the completion of my withdrawal. 3 - 4 days!! Now that my account is verified, I'm sure that will be closer to 2 days. Either way, kudos to these guys for doing EVERYTHING they advertise. Slotastic is def a place that you should trust with your time and money!

Registered about a year ago but never made a deposit until today. With my first deposit of $25
I got 117 free spins (.50 per spin) with only 10x playthru (slots-keno-scratchers only ) - no playthru on deposit. I won 27.00 on free spins w/$270 playthru. Slots seem very loose. Completed playthru with a balance of $185.00 left playing only .25 and .50 cent spins.
I only gave then a 4.0 rating because their instant play flash games are very choppy at times and I have to log off and back on again,

same ol rtg games same ol slow payouts if only the owners of these casinos realized that faster payouts means players deposit faster and more often.

this casino has slow payouts and no free tourneys. and the games are all the same style as her sister sights it was ok but lacks flare.

I believe this is the sister site of Grande Vegas. This is a very reputable place to play. I have done wonderfully here a few times. Their customer service is exceptional in my opinion and their payouts are within reason. With all of the bonus one can use at any or most of the RTG casinos, it's good to keep in mind that your balance, once you've met the playthrough requirement, with drop off instantly to reflect that you have indeed met the playthrough. So keep an eye on the playthrough as your playing. As well as your balance especially if your placing higher than normal bets.

It's a decent casino with an above average customer service team, they were very helpful and polite.

Simply put, this is an RTG Casino. So, if you've seen 1, you've seen them all. Where Slotastic differs, tho, is in the gameplay. I have been a fan of Slotastic since my NDB a couple of months ago.
If you've seen any of my past posts regarding RTG Casino's, you'll see that I question gameplay, promotions, etc. quite a bit. I've always considered the top-tier RTG Casino's to have an impeccable financial track record, so win or lose, at least you know you're doing business w/a financially stable entity.
But, I'v hated my luck at damn near all of 'em. So, it's a Catch-22. Then, I started playing at Slotastic. The 1 thing for me that seperates this casino from others of the like, is that there is not, or at least, has not been in a steady 2 - 3 month diet of Slotastic, those long lull's of nothingness and losses, as well as the seemingly long-runs of bad beats (I once lost 11 straight blackjack hands @ Intertops Red.....that's damn near impossible to do playing w/a RNG) just don't happen. Hasn't happened. Any experienced player @ these RTG Casino's will tell you that RTG's are famous for that.
Long-runs of losses, slot spins equaling nothing for an extended period of time, black (or red) hitting on a roulette will 17 straight times, etc. BUT, these same experience players will also tell you that when you hit, or get on a roll @ an RTG Casino, you can run that up to a staggering dollar amount (I went from $18 to $202 on $0.60 spins once playing Cai Hong.....in less than 50 spins). It seems to be really good for a moderate amount of time, or really bad for an extended amount of time.
Well, I know my sample-size is small, but I'm a player, and not a casual one, so I've got some hours in there, and Slotastic has yet to show me those long stretches of bad spins, nothingness, bad beats, etc. You couple that with, as I said, an impeccable financial history, and you've got an amazing RTG brand in Slotastic. Well deserving of a 5 our of 5 in my eyes.

to me the casino was alright and they seem to have great bonuses that what i usually receive in my email. Again Its just not for me I'm not a fan of there type of casino game plays I enjoy more betsoft and liberty, redstag game play I think its wgs. Also they don't have any tournaments.

Lots of games great service ok bonuses wagering is way to high not at top of my list but not at the bottom

Their website is improved last time I visited them. Back then it was ugly and very unattractive if I may be honest. Slotastic is not my favorite casino and I signed up there because they were offering $20 no deposit bonus. I had a fun time of 30 minutes with that bonus money. I made a small deposit and claimed their welcome offer but with no luck. Nice range of games but unfortunately they all from RTG and if you don't like RTG games, I wouldn't recommend this casino. Wagering on bonuses are too high if you ask me.

I love playing here. I had a huge Keno win and no problems with my withdrawal, just the usual 2 week +/- wait for funds.

I've only played here a few times, but I love RTG's! I have been weary of depositing here. Why, I have no idea! I've read nothing, but positive reviews and seems their bonuses and cashout times are great as well! They do limit your ability to use Free chips unless you've deposited. Which is fair. I love RTG slots. They are the first slots I've ever played when I started playing online casinos so many years ago.

A very good first deposit bonus to enjoy playing here they have a lot of payment options but be careful becouse wire transfer can be a little messy depending on your location it may take up to 2weeks and its really annoying. They mostly offer rtg games they are fun expecially cash bandits is my favouritw one.Good luck all overall is a good casino
Reply
This is a good RTG casino and they, like all the other really good RTG casinos-Pay as they should when you win.
For me, it seems like the bad RTG casinos have a way of manipulating the speed of they're games.
Even when you yourself have turned down the speed of the card play.

i have made deposits here and i have always made withdrawals form here and i don't really have any complains. the games are rtg games i think and nothing to fancy about them just the same old slots but at the same time when they hit they can be big hits you know so that's what i lucked into last year and it was easy time frame was meet to complete my verification of paper work and payout was fast the only thing i don t like here is that must place like this let you do two bonus in between cash deposits but they only let u do one and very strict about that also i don't have any tournament available for me in my app so why i have been restricted denied access to the tournament s since my wins i don't understand but i will ask and hopefully clear this issue up but other then that i enjoyed my experience here a this casino online good luck

This site is very annoying. I mean they constantly spam my emails with offers, sometime no deposit. I tried a no deposit once and won big little i knew when i tried to cash out that in fact you have to beat the wager and only cash out a little but in fact you cannot cash out because you have to deposit and on top the money you won and wager becomes bonus that you have to wager again!?! Don't go there, avoid.

Hello, my experience in this casino is positive. I made deposit of $5 and redeem $25 bonus on top. I played before here with no deposit bonus with no luck. This time I won on single spin of 0.25 cents about $236 on Lucky Last slot and continued playing on Mermaid Queen slot and wagered it very easy. I sent the documents and wait eight days before my account was verified. I though it should be the problem with my documents because it usually takes two business days for the account verification. And two business days to process the withdrawals. I think the casino played for time. Finally after more than one week I received my winnings. Thx!

i wasnt a big fan of it when i used this site, several years back, but it wasnt bad i just already played so many other rtg casinos that it seemed kind of redundant, and i just went back to the other casinos with the same games, and possibly better consumer service, although i never got into talk to a rep at this site so i could have been missing out

I was playing at this casino some . then they stopped letting me receive any free codes . Said I already claimed them. I went to support and they said that someone on my i.p address had . I said yes my boyfriend plays here also. They said it was not allowed .( we are both good depositors all of our paperwork was in) They had no problem taking our credit card time and time again but it seems they were unable to know what acct was whos???I was upset that the live help was so matter of fact about it and said there was nothing that could be done. no multiple accts. I explain that it was not multiple accts we have 2 separate address and two different people that have had all paperwork in to them . It does not matter he said same ip address. So I told them we would still be depositing at many other places that have enough sense to know the difference between accounts! So goodbye to slotastic!

Well, I can't say that I very much care for the software that this online casino uses, but, I don't know if I am embarrassed or not to say that I didn't mind taking the free chip that was offered to me when I opened up the account way back when! And that's the thing, even though this online casino has been around for YEARS, I really never hear too much "buzz" about it, good or bad! They just, in my eyes anyway, just kind of "exist" Well, good luck to anyone who takes a shot at them!!

Very nice casino, though affiliated with some bad "sister" sites this site offers more for a player ni the line of looser slots and more capability to have more money for the games ie: bonuses, the bonuses are generous and gives the player time to try to play it thru.Their sign on bonus isn't "much" but it's enough to give a chance to a newbie to try it,payouts seem well and all (though like most timely, but they at least pay) I would rate this a better slot casino than most :)

I personally like Slotastic very much.
Not so big casino coming from RealTimeGaming.
Deposits here as for me are very easy but not sure how about skrill processing of deposit and payouts now, it's possible that it looks this way that you can deposit but withdrawal may go only to the bank.
Everything else was running very smooth

i like this casino, you can play rtg games and not deposit a lot of money but even 5 or 10 euros and you can choice between many different ways of payment... customer service slow and unfriendly, but the real problem is that you have to wait even 5 or 6 days each time you want to cashout. An other problem is that oftern they send you codes but you can't never redeem them.

Awesome no deposit bonus of 25$. That is above average what other casinos are giving. I have played only one game on this casino, Cash Bandits, and the reason i haven't tried any other is because i like this one very much. When the bonus is triggered you need t guess the combination of numbers to open the vaults which is very exciting.

One of the best RealTimeGaming powered casinos around. well established brand with zero issues ( that I am aware of anyway ). Cashed out few times ( granted I did lose more in the long run, but that's the name of the game ).
One thing I would like to see gone is the pending time. Other than that its a stellar casino , hence why 5 star rating from me.

So I contacted the Live chat to ask what do I need to send for verification of my account and some other questions. Unfortunately they told me that I can't play here, and gave me absolutely no reason !! :( They also said thet this is the decicion of the managers and its final. It's strange why they did this as I want to make a bonus free deposit and just play a bit... Changingf my rate to 1/2 star instead of 4 :( but they don't deserve even this!!

Slotastic Casino is affiliate with Jackpot Capital, so there is no problem in payment. Once I win some small winnings from their tournament. And I played with some small deposits too, but, I lost all. I felt that the games paid out very very tight, and some of my friends feel about Slotastic in the same way. And, the bonuses are not as good as those of Jackpot Capital, either. Maybe this is only for me :) The free bonuses are attached with the wagering requirement of 60x bonus. This is too high. A very popular Real Time Gaming casino and if like me probably one of the very first international RTG casinos you came across, its part of the jackpot capital group and the group itself has pritty decent reputation online among players and casino portals alike, the support are very friendly and withdrawals are processed reasonably quickly compared to other RTG casinos out there, they have a download version of the casino offering all the RTG games and players can also access the casino on the instant play version and mobile versions, South African friendly but not offering ZAR as a currency option but these its better to play with the US Dollar in the event of payout

Above reading some of the reviews almost made me not consider even playing here. But as always I need to try things out for myself. I like the graphics and though some of the games weren't fun I did enjoy the couple I did play.I was pleasantly surprised that I actually lasted that long.I would tell others to try here and it's always a crap shoot either you win or you lose! It's the nature of the beast when gaming!I had fun here!

I have only played at Slotastic casino with the LCB no deposit bonus but i was not lucky to win something. I do not like that they do not have no flash version of the casino but you have to download it and istall their casino. I guess this is a decent RTG casino since i have not seen the usual complaints I see for many RTG casinos from the other players reviews.

Slotastic is a pretty good casino...I had a 250 dollar win once and the cashout was professional and fairly fast.

Took a LCB special no deposit over today, and of course I was unlucky as always with RTG slots. Website isn't offering a slots, that's why I downloaded their casino version. I cannot see me making a return hence my luck with RTG software.

slotastic casino is part of my favourite goup of jackpot capital and grande vegas casino, although this casino isnt that lucky for me as this groups other casinos but i have lot of respect for this group of casinos and i love to play, these are the casinos where you can gamble your money for progressive jackpots and you can trust you ll be paid your big wins if you get lucky.

I never had any clue I was a member there until I received a letter from them. I played there once afterwards with a free chip but never won anything. They seem like a good RTG casino (good game variety and good support) so I'm thinking of making a deposit there soon.

This casino use to be one of my favorites, my deposits would give me a lot of playtime here. Their customer service is great and the free chips they use to give out was even better. This past year things have changed in this casino as far as benefits for the loyal depositing customer which is unsettling. Overall, this casino has never done me wrong and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
