I wish I could add screenshots. Warning to US players!
I’ve been playing Uptown Aces for over two years until recently when I won $180. That’s when they suddenly decided my account didn’t pass ‘security filters’ and suspended my account without allowing any withdrawal. it is a well working online casino site in old school style but after depositing somtime, all in all about $ 150 in several weeks, it was no more possible for me to claim any bonus, wether a free bonus nor any deposit bonus. Ya they have always been solid at paying out in 72hrs. Untill 2021. I have had 2 payout requests so far this year and the first one ($400) took almost 3 weeks (They said I had to send a new set of documents after 5 years of playing there!!-What a Joke) and the 2nd one ($1,030.00) is still pending after 4 days.

Well, who doesn't love a good free chip when they sign up? Though I dare say everyone loves a good free chip more when they actually get to do a little something with it. Up town aces is a clone of a bunch of the sites you'll find in the no deposit bonus section here, and it's no different from the rest. You'll get a few bucks to throw around, but i'd be amazed if anyone made it through the rollover process. I wonder if these casinos are ever confused when people don't rush to deposit after using their free chips? I've been verified here for a long time with many easy deposits and withdrawals. I was a little nervous after winning my first jackpot ever and starting the process to receive my $3000, having read horror stories about other sites. But, the only inconvenient part of the process was having to wait another week or so after getting the foreign check for it to credit to my account. Staff is always friendly as you can find & wait time for support has improved tremendously in the past year or so. I highly recommend Uptown Aces! They are just as good as Slotocash (I believe their sister casino). Great coupons and customer service. The verification process is fast. They do have very good bonuses for deposit but I made a deposit in litecoin for a small amount $25 worth and wanted to use one of the bonus deposits with it. When I copy and pasted the address they provided, hours went by and my deposit still was not present. So on coinbase it shows my deposit was verified and when I looked on to the blockchain cypher website the transaction was completed but when I look closely on the litecoin explorer cypher, it seems that the amount that I deposited went to an address that started with a 3 as if it was a Bitcoin address. I asked them about it repeatedly in the chat support and when I went to give them a screenshot of the blockchain proof of payment it would kick me out of the chat which was just a software glitch. but it just blows my mind that they're telling me that I have to wait till Wednesday or Thursday Wednesday at the earliest to get my money back you would think a casino with the money and resources they have which is comp the player $25 until proof of the payment went through. I have deposited at Uptown Aces and slotocash and fairgo for a while. I've never won until this year . I have won two different times 1500 on uptown and 600 fairgo. I signed up for a player account in 2015 and had made multiple deposits. When trying to log on recently, I had to retrieve my forgotten password and after resetting it I was informed I was unable to log in and had to contact support. When contacted support, they stated I am unable to access account and could not give me a solid reason other than it was due to their security checks. Horrible excuse and unfair practices.

They give a lot of free chips but their slot games are just okay in terms of variety and payout. I had some technical issues logging into their software and the web based version crashes a lot. I'm not sure about their cashouts and how quick or easy that process is.

I love the tournaments offered here. Otherwise is very similar to other casinos especially those in it's group. Went through new player bonus pretty quickly with no winnings. I Will continue to visit for the freeroll tournaments however just for the heck of it. After all it is free so....

I've played here many times, but unfortunately never made cashout. I Love the slots. I am a real sucker for RTGs slots. They have some great promotions. I’m not a big fan of RTG casinos but this one really caught my eye. They have a nice name and layout to the casino. I had trouble depositing here with a prepaid MasterCard but I was able to test the casino out with a no deposit free chip. I have nothing to complain about this casino and reccomend giving it a try.

Uptown Aces is one of the few good RTG casinos out there. Personally I don't like RTG casinos, simply because the vast majority are rogue, long withdrawal time, terrible bonus terms and the games are not looking great either. I've given this casino a chance because of the good ratings. I made one deposit and claimed the welcome offer. Did not have any luck though and it was my first and last deposit here.

I like this casino a lot. Chat assistance is good. Sometimes though they will give you pre-written answers that do not answer your question. All you need to do is ask in a different way and let them know that their answer didn't address the original question. The bonuses are great and the cashout is easy. It does say that it may take up to 10 business days to process a withdrawal. While this was my experience the first time due to needing to turn in my documents and such, it hasn't been my experience since. The usual withdrawal time is about 2-3 working days. There are a wide variety of games and I deposit here and withdraw from here more than any other online casino.

This casino along with slotocash in Jackpot capital Casino extreme and a few others offer a lot of free rolls on LCB and on some other forums and I win quite a bit and the tournaments are awesome but have yet to ever get enough money accumulated to cash out. I think I'm going to start saving what I win from tournaments and cash out once I get high enough in my balance to do so because otherwise I just end up spending what I want and losing it all! I did notice that if I use some of the money to play other tournaments that I can make it accumulate quicker. I think there's a Max cash out on any winnings derived from free play tournaments but I'm not positive. That is definitely something I need to check unless somebody else knows?

Slots with bonus rounds are good once you get the feature or free spins though. I haven't played the video poker or any table games. The keno hits regularly but nothing big. I was able claim the $10, win around $100, already sent all document and photo that they ask. But for last they decline my winning because he said Indonesia restricted from bonus $10.. In this page i cant find Indonesia restricted from this bonus.. But in they email, they insert Indonesia between Hungary and Kazakstan.. Not recomend to play in it..

I was able to claim the $10 bonus but it went soooooooooooooooooo fast and when I tried to find my play history I couldn't and then i hit the live chat and in the single worst show of customer support the whole industry over I never got a peep back, not when I was on the screen for over a hour there and not in my in box like "while you were offline" ....nothing....

I like Uptown Aces, I've made a couple good cashouts there. They pay promptly and the bonuses are good. The only downside is they were quick to put me on a bonus restriction after my first cashout even though my total deposits amount was more than my payout. I would definitely play there more often if they removed my bonus restriction. Other than that its an all around great RTG casino, and I would definitely recommend them.

Have never had the pleasure of withdrawing from this site but have actually won a lot but this was a couple of years ago. Chat support is readily available and very friendly and helpful. They accept US players (must submit ID and other information that most do not want to disclose) but the games are never lag, play well of both desktop and mobile devices (which is hards to find). They have so many bonuses for players I would say it is one of the top for casinos accepting US players that send out a ton of bonuses!! It should be my favourite one because i had a quite good win with them last summer and i had been paid (most of times i had not with RTG casinos) even if after more then 10 days. So, i can witness their honesty, what made stop depositing is the fact that after that win i never received the common bonus offers the other players receive, i can say that because i am not the only player my home. I never (maybe only once) redeemed a bonus anymore, i felt like if my won made me a non-desired player. Anyway on RTG games it's one amongst very few ones you can trust. My habit is to register on all RTG casinos. For uptown aces, it's similar to the others. The difference is that have a nice welcome bonus with low wagering requirement (5x). You can profit from it to begin your experience there.

I joined this casino not too long ago and already, I have reached the playthrough of one of the no deposit/free chip coupons and on top of that, profited almost $500. I like that you can withdraw via neteller, skrill, etc. and the free tournament buy-ins as well. However, three things I dislike... When I talked to customer service the first time I tried to withdraw, I was told that I didn't need to make a deposit in order to, that I'd just have to submit two documents to verify my identity. I did, got them approved, all that. I still had trouble trying to withdraw. So, I talked to customer service a second time. This time, I was told that I'd have to make a deposit of at least $25. Second, the difference between the mobile casino and the desktop casino is that you don't have as many slots to choose from on mobile (which is the case for a lot of casinos). Lastly, the wager multipliers for the playthrough are pretty rough.

uptown aces is in my view one of the better RTG casinos out there and was one of my last RTG casinos that i joined, i have not deposited real cash at this casino but have played a few no deposit bonuses that the casino offers new and existing players, the mobile site is smooth and runs great but pritty much all RTG mobile casinos do due to the lack of visual eye candy on the games they provide, 24hr support which is also super qucik on emails and live chat, download version available to players along with an instantplay site, ive never wagered a bonus here and never requested a payout but from the forums and internet reviews i dont think there would be issues with this casino in terms of fairness so ill keep my account open and maybe just maybe do a deposit sometime soon :)

I signed up with a no deposit bonus and played through it fast meaning it didn't last long. About a month after I signed up I went back and made a deposit with a bonus and I got decent playtime but not so many wins on the different slots I was playing. Shouldn't a hundred one hundred dollar spins occasionally result in a win of 500 to 1000 times the bet....? That hasn't happened to me and I've learned that winning more than the ten thousand one starts with is exceptional....slots are boring often little wins less than the amount bet are the norm.... What a tight-fisted casino ! I remember about a month or two ago this casino didn't accept players from Bulgaria at all and now I see that they already welcome us, but unfortunately (of course) the no deposit bonus is still restricted to my country... I don't like the site at all and I don't think that I can trust this casino to make any deposit at all despite of the 250% bonus that they offer. I like playing here, they have fairly decent bonuses and good customer service. They don't really have anything special to offer aside from all the other RTG casino's out there. They are one of the more trustworthy casino's that are online, but I don't care for the fact that they charge a $60 fee for a bank wire withdrawal, that's a big turn off for me.

This casino revamped itself months ago with the name it now has "Uptown Aces Casino." It use to be "Desert Nights Casino." When the revamped themselves they gave out free chips and had special no deposit bonuses and tournaments to celebrate the reopening of the casino. I haven't deposited at this casino as yet. Uptown Aces is part of the SlotoCash Group, which is a reputable group of casino's. This casino and SlotoCash Casino are very similar in promotions. I have not heard anything bad about this casino. I would say that there is no reason not to deposit here and give it a whirl.

I did not have a good experience here after my first deposit. I was able to claim a deposit bonus which was quite good, so that was nice, but playing the games I did not have anything special happen, I did not hit free spins very often on any games. I did hit a very good free spin set on Hens House, but it did not pay me. Every game I played nothing happened, it was like the old days when I was playing the RTG, if brought back bad memories, with so many deposits and no wins, but because I had such a good experience at Slotcash I will give RTG another try. I have tried to get free spins deposit coupon and then found that any of coupons work for my account. I have an old account here for several years and even had cashout from no-deposit bonus, but now they have changed their policy and I'm not eligible for free bonuses anymore. I went to support and got just 25% bonus that turned my whole deposit to bonus chips and lost it fast playing my beloved games that usually pay good and even didn't get addittional comp points. Desert Nights became Uptown Aces and it seems that not only name's changed. Firstly, they offered 5$ to all players with massive 72x playthrough requirements - no big deal here. I much more like another try - 100 free spins on Count Spectacular slot with only 20$ deposit. I know it's tight enough, but winnings need to be wagered only 10x bonus. That sounds! Standard bonus has 250% and max 2500$ with 60x bonus - pretty standard. I hope Desert nights, made decissions from the mistakes and Upwon Aces now would be more respectible!
