Slotastic is an embarrassment. I won $2,000 from them entirely unencumbred, not tied any bonus and every spin whether won or lost was played within their terms. Rather than pay my withdrawal request, they rejected it and told me I am limited to withdrawing $500 per week. THEN they rejected my second request stating my verification has expired. So I resumitted the same documents, and now I have to wait another 48 business hours. To receive the first $500 of what they owe me. It's already been three weeks since I submitted the first request. I am not desperate for the money so this is almost an experiment to see just how low these crooks will go. Embarrassing.

It's normal overrun rival casino. Pretty much all the same. My main dislike about this is minimum cash out is 100. This was my go to casino, I was playing here for over a decade, then one day they removed all match codes for anything over 199% match and jacked their play through amount through the roof. A little glitchy on my mobile phones. Not many wins and not very often. Tournaments have constant errors during play, kicking you out and requiring you sign back in to continue, but the game timer keeps running. This happens just about every tournament game several times a game.

So this used to be one of my favorite casinos to play at. Used to be is the word here. I have played here for a few months and I finally got through a playthrough at was able to request a withdrawal. This is another casino that does shady things. I did not receive my winnings due to it being the 2nd free bonus coupon which I did not realize that it was the 2nd free bonus. It was several days apart. Why do you let me use the coupon then and playthrough it? I would think the system would say the usual "cannot redeem coupon, contact customer service"....

If you are familiar with rtg software there will be no surprises in that department. Their bonuses are not the best if you are looking for large % with decent 25-30 wr as I do. That being said I have had some luck here, and had no issues with my payout. They were not real fast, but it was within the time given in their t&c page. These guys have been pretty shady. The verification and withdrawal process was as with any rtg. . . 3 weeks to finally get a payout. oof. Simply put, this is an RTG Casino. So, if you've seen 1, you've seen them all. Where Slotastic differs, tho, is in the gameplay. I have been a fan of Slotastic since my NDB a couple of months ago.
If you've seen any of my past posts regarding RTG Casino's, you'll see that I question gameplay, promotions, etc. quite a bit. I've always considered the top-tier RTG Casino's to have an impeccable financial track record, so win or lose, at least you know you're doing business w/a financially stable entity.
But, I'v hated my luck at damn near all of 'em. So, it's a Catch-22. Then, I started playing at Slotastic. The 1 thing for me that seperates this casino from others of the like, is that there is not, or at least, has not been in a steady 2 - 3 month diet of Slotastic, those long lull's of nothingness and losses, as well as the seemingly long-runs of bad beats (I once lost 11 straight blackjack hands @ Intertops Red.....that's damn near impossible to do playing w/a RNG) just don't happen. Hasn't happened. Any experienced player @ these RTG Casino's will tell you that RTG's are famous for that.
Long-runs of losses, slot spins equaling nothing for an extended period of time, black (or red) hitting on a roulette will 17 straight times, etc. BUT, these same experience players will also tell you that when you hit, or get on a roll @ an RTG Casino, you can run that up to a staggering dollar amount (I went from $18 to $202 on $0.60 spins once playing Cai Hong.....in less than 50 spins). It seems to be really good for a moderate amount of time, or really bad for an extended amount of time.
Well, I know my sample-size is small, but I'm a player, and not a casual one, so I've got some hours in there, and Slotastic has yet to show me those long stretches of bad spins, nothingness, bad beats, etc. You couple that with, as I said, an impeccable financial history, and you've got an amazing RTG brand in Slotastic. Deposits here as for me are very easy but not sure how about skrill processing of deposit and payouts now, it's possible that it looks this way that you can deposit but withdrawal may go only to the bank.

i like this casino, you can play rtg games and not deposit a lot of money but even 5 or 10 euros and you can choice between many different ways of payment... customer service slow and unfriendly, but the real problem is that you have to wait even 5 or 6 days each time you want to cashout. An other problem is that oftern they send you codes but you can't never redeem them.

Awesome no deposit bonus of 25$. That is above average what other casinos are giving. I have played only one game on this casino, Cash Bandits, and the reason i haven't tried any other is because i like this one very much. Deposit codes never seem to work here. I like the overall appearance of the site just frustrating that codes don't work. I love RTG casinos too. One of the best RealTimeGaming powered casinos around. well established brand with zero issues ( that I am aware of anyway ). Cashed out few times ( granted I did lose more in the long run, but that's the name of the game ).

Interesting casino i registered today and got bonus 25 eur but wagering is realy to high its 60 so i had to rollover 1500eur to be able to cash out and i played The three stoges 2 and i only managed to rollover 300 eur and spen over an hour for that so its basicly imposible :)

A week ago, i tried to login but my password seems to failed. I recovered my password, and tried to login , but still failed! After reviewing Slotastic casino again I decided to make a deposit and really wanted to play here. So I contacted the Live chat to ask what do I need to send for verification of my account and some other questions. Unfortunately they told me that I can't play here, and gave me absolutely no reason !! :( They also said thet this is the decicion of the managers and its final. It's strange why they did this as I want to make a bonus free deposit and just play a bit... Changingf my rate to 1/2 star instead of 4 :( but they don't deserve even this!!

I like Slotastic very much :) I remember that I registered here about 3 or 4 years ago and have claimed many no deposit bonuses in the past. After that I forgot my username and password thats why I created another account. Of course I tried to redeem free chips but that did not work anymore :D I think that my next deposit will be here :)

Slotastic Casino is affiliate with Jackpot Capital, so there is no problem in payment. Once I win some small winnings from their tournament. And I played with some small deposits too, but, I lost all. I felt that the games paid out very very tight, and some of my friends feel about Slotastic in the same way. And, the bonuses are not as good as those of Jackpot Capital, either. Maybe this is only for me :) The free bonuses are attached with the wagering requirement of 60x bonus. This is too high. I have only played at Slotastic casino with the LCB no deposit bonus but i was not lucky to win something. I do not like that they do not have no flash version of the casino but you have to download it and istall their casino. I guess this is a decent RTG casino since i have not seen the usual complaints I see for many RTG casinos from the other players reviews.

I never had any clue I was a member there until I received a letter from them. I played there once afterwards with a free chip but never won anything. They seem like a good RTG casino (good game variety and good support) so I'm thinking of making a deposit there soon.

This casino use to be one of my favorites, my deposits would give me a lot of playtime here. Their customer service is great and the free chips they use to give out was even better. This casino was at one point in my top 5 for us usa players but is no longer seen as 100% honest. I feel they are now using delay tactics (errors in my last withdraw transaction...this causing me to obtain signifigant time and gas money losses in attempt to collect a transfer I would not recieve until their error was/is corrected. theyve even removed me from vip after winning this very transfer. Slotastic is part of the the Jackpot Capital group and in my opinion they do not get the credit they deserve. The offer a weekly bonus, hump day bonuses and send out regular emails and snail mails with deposit bonuses and sometimes a freebie. I receive freebies every couple of months and I really appreciate those and think its great customer service to keep your customers loyal. They always give a holiday bonus and great birthday chips. I have never received less than 50.00 which is a wonderful freebie for a birthday present! They are a regular RTG without anything special but RTG is a good platform. There games are pretty loose in my opinion and you can play for long periods of time instead of putting in money constantly. They have a variety of deposit and withdrawl options and you can deposit as little as 5.00 using Paste and Pay. This is very important to me because sometimes you just want to deposit a small amount and try your luck. The one problem I have is that the minimum amount for credit cards is 45.00. I think this is way to high and I am sure they are trying to cover costs, but they are one of the only groups that have the minimum deposit set so high. On the good side, they have comp points that accrue very quickly (1 for every 10.00 you spend but it seems quicker than that). There customer service is great and I have called them twice due to software issues and each time they rep was very helpful, conversational and fixed the problem that I was having. I am not a big fan of the layout and loading the slots seems to take longer than usual here. It is very bright with lots of yellows and oranges which at times is a little much and gawdy. Overall I really like slotastic and always look forward to my freebies and depositing here for a good time.
