Launch-era team
The roles and biographies below reflect the original 2021 coverage, not a current staff directory.
As already hinted, the team gathered in this studio has extensive experience in the industry. Being familiar with all the trends, and equipped with lots of knowledge, they know how to deliver eye-catching and rewarding games.
One of them, Vitaly Kourets, the software engineer in OAE, is a highly-trained software developer with approximately 2 decades of experience. So far, he has worked for multiple international companies, among which NetEnt.
His colleague Sergejs Tarhanovs had also worked for versatile corporations. Before becoming part of the On Air Entertainment team, he was a software engineer in Avoni Technology, developing a sports betting platform using the Reactive approach.
Mathijs Beugelink, HOO, is a proactive leader with a proven track record of international success in the iGaming industry. He was Head of Operations Live in NetEnt, and Head of Floor Management Live Operations in Evolution for almost six years.
Values that Bring Together
Being part of this fast-paced industry means being ready to adapt to changes and trends while staying true to the basic values. Looking for the right words to highlight the core characteristics of the OAE team, these one’s seem most appropriate:
- Disruptive
Always eager to immerse into challenges, the team pushes the boundaries and strives to deliver excellence. They are forward-thinking, creative, and above all continuously motivated to bring more innovations.
- Passionate
Driven by delivery, the team incorporates fun and energy in everything they do. Every step of their journey is about delivering the finest products and exceeding consumers’ expectations.
- United
With open, transparent, and honest communication, they leave no room for misunderstandings. Each of the members of this creative gang respects other colleagues and feels free to share ideas with others.
The original launch coverage reported a team of more than 50 people and plans to grow beyond 200. These figures were projections at that time, not a current headcount.
Relying on more than 100 years of experience and knowledge, the team’s mission is to deliver customizable and competitive world-leading content in a simple, fast, and effective way. Step by step, they will work passionately on building their reputation as a global innovator for the tailored live experience.
Strategic Agreement with Microgaming
In June 2021, On Air Entertainment was presented as Microgaming’s strategic partner. John Coleman, Microgaming’s CEO described the studio as a new evolution of live casino gaming, pointing out a high level of passion each of the team members possesses.
Equally thrilled was Andres Renfigo, Managing Director of OAE, confirming that this strategic opportunity and access to new markets. He is positive that this cooperation is a game-changer for the studio but equally beneficial for live dealer fans looking for a sophisticated and innovative live dealer experience.
The June 2021 agreement provided for distribution through Microgaming’s Universal Game Launcher. It was a historical commercial arrangement, not a guarantee of uninterrupted service at every casino.
The launch-era coverage also described work with Live Fraud Solutions. A risk-management partnership does not establish that every game or operator is safe; check applicable licensing, table rules and the casino’s complaint process separately.
Purest Entertainment for Demanding Fans
The original review described offices and studio plans across several countries. These details should not be interpreted as a current inventory of operational live-dealer studios.
The November 2021 and early-2022 release plans are now historical. Subsequent Games Global coverage confirms live blackjack and roulette products, so this is no longer a pre-launch studio.
All we can tell you is that those products are browser-based and mobile-friendly. Thanks to the scalable design each release adjusts smoothly to smartphone and tablet screens, ensuring a best-in-class experience while on the go.
Growing Popularity of Live Dealer Games
No matter how well-equipped with action-packed slots and tons of rewarding campaigns, online casinos still seem to be mission one key ingredient land-based facilities has- interaction with players. Truth be told, not everyone has a brick-and-mortar casino nearby or simply isn’t willing to dress up and spend the evening in a smoke-filled room.
However, with the development of live dealer casinos, the gap was properly filled. The compromise was found, so finally fans of interactive content could enjoy their favorite games from the comfort of their homes.
As time goes by, more and more elements are added and included. Some of the sessions are streamed from authentic casinos, the others from breath-taking studios perfectly mimicking atmosphere from “offline” venues.
In addition to this, some providers offer the possibility of tailored branding, to add more uniqueness to the product. Also, some providers, Evolution, for example, offer native-speaking dealers, aiming to optimize their products for consumers from all over the world.
Compare the live game’s rules and stream at the operator offering it, and check the casino’s licence and terms separately from the studio’s reputation.
Frequently asked questions
What does this On Air Entertainment guide cover?
OnAir Entertainment’s live-casino products and studio background. Use the profile to understand the supplier and its products; individual casino lobbies may carry only a selection.
What should I compare between On Air Entertainment live tables?
Compare the exact game variant, table limits, language, opening times and rules shown in the live lobby. A familiar provider name does not mean every table uses the same format or has the same betting limits.
How can I check whether On Air Entertainment content works on my phone?
Check the operator’s supported devices and browsers, then look for the exact product in its mobile lobby. Desktop coverage in this guide does not confirm that every older title or feature has a mobile version. If a free preview is available, use it to inspect the controls and screen layout.
Who should I contact about an interrupted On Air Entertainment live round?
Contact the casino where the round took place and provide the table name, time and round ID if available. Review the table’s disconnection rules and account history before starting another round. The operator can investigate the session with its supplier.
Why might a On Air Entertainment game or product mentioned here be missing from a casino?
This guide can include historical releases as well as different product lines. An operator’s catalogue also depends on its integrations and the content available to that account. Search by the full title and developer, and ask the casino to confirm a missing version rather than assuming an older listing is still offered.
